25/05/2026: The hotel doesn't match the photos on the website at all. We had two rooms for two nights on the second floor of a very old building overlooking the main road. There was no air conditioning, and it was difficult to leave the windows open because of the heavy traffic. There was no elevator, no hairdryer, and the towel was worn and needed replacing. The room cost €70, but it was far too expensive for what was offered.

23/05/2026: I booked three nights at this hotel and I'm glad I did. It's well located, surrounded by greenery and well-maintained. The rooms are clean, air-conditioned, and quite spacious, the bed is comfortable, the bathroom is well-equipped, and the toilet is adequate. Breakfast is included. This hotel is well-maintained and offers unbeatable value for money.

29/06/2026: I just had two medium pizzas and a bottle of Coke delivered for €35. The pizzas are so small they look like children's. And delivery is charged at €4 per pizza to the same address. I'm eating my pizza with the feeling that I've been taken for a fool...😡

11/05/2026: It's a real shame they don't offer tastings. Of course, it's impossible to open a hundred tubs of ice cream, but they could offer a variety of flavors each week. I would have loved to try the lemon Schweppes and chocolate ice cream (2.5L tub, and what if you don't like them?). The saleswoman wasn't very cheerful or friendly. We came all the way from Colmar, it's not exactly next door...we could have bought so much more.

We've brought someone new with us each time, and they've all enjoyed it very much. The only downside is the noise level in the restaurant when it's full, but that's pretty much the case everywhere. 28/02/2026: Very disappointed with this bakery. The staff member, who had multiple piercings and brightly colored hair, was rude and had a strange attitude, especially toward customers who don’t speak French. It made the experience very uncomfortable.

12/02/2026: Very disappointed. My husband went to get a kougelhopf to take to family tomorrow. When we got home, I returned it. The best-before date was 12/02, and it's 12/02. The waiter didn't tell my husband it was past its expiration date, and there was no discount on the product! They won't see me there again!

18/02/2026: My partner and I drove 30 minutes on February 18, 2026, only to find the buffet closed. We had checked online beforehand to see if it was open, and it was indeed listed as open. This is unacceptable for people who have made the trip. At the very least, they should update their online hours and inform customers of the closure. 03/06/2026: Tuesday evening we ordered pizzas. There was a problem with the delivery; the Coke was missing. Unable to get through to the delivery driver, I decided to call to report the issue. The first person I spoke to said there was a delay in the delivery and that I should call the driver, but he didn't call me. This person told me they would call me back. Having heard nothing, I called again, and the same person spoke to their manager, talking about me in a rather unpleasant manner. The manager finally answered, told me about the delivery delay, that it wasn't possible to call the drivers for safety reasons, and offered me everything except to get my drink back quickly. I told him that this was completely unacceptable and hung up. Miracle of course, 25 minutes later the same server returned with the drink. The pizzas had already been eaten. The manager showed absolutely no customer service skills, apart from offering a discount on the next delivery. The employee on the phone was unpleasant.
