13/09/2026: We absolutely loved this brunch! The food was so delicious, so expertly prepared, and the presentation was so beautiful it made our mouths water and we wanted to try everything. Everything was delicious, we thoroughly enjoyed it! A lovely, indulgent experience that we loved sharing with our friends. We'll definitely be back!

27/05/2026: The service quality is very poor, breakfast is almost non-existent and terrible. The rooms are uncomfortable, there is no mini-bar. I do not recommend it.

13/04/2026: This was an overnight stop on the way to Germany. The hotel needs a bit of a refresh, but that said, it’s clean, comfortable and convenient. Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The rooms are large, well equipped and are quiet. Parking is free and on-site.

14/07/2026: The food is excellent, the portions are generous and delicious. The atmosphere was incredible, even on a game night when the restaurant was packed. Despite the crowds, the organization was top-notch and everything ran very smoothly. A big thank you also to Seda, who is a lovely, smiling, and very attentive waitress. I highly recommend it!

The managers are truly excellent: professional, dedicated, welcoming, and always available to ensure everything runs smoothly. It's a pleasure to see such a well-organized and committed team. Yes, there can sometimes be a bit of a wait for orders, but let's be honest: when it's busy, that's perfectly normal. And most importantly for me, the food is served hot, well-prepared, and of high quality. You can tell there's a team that's giving it their all, even during the busiest times. A big thank you to the managers and the entire Burger King Colmar team for their professionalism and hard work! I highly recommend it, and I'll definitely be back!

23/08/2026: I regularly ordered a pizza and a green salad from you, and at first, everything was perfect. Unfortunately, with each order, I've noticed a decline in quality. The salad is getting smaller and smaller. The container, which used to be properly filled, is now only three-quarters full. I had mentioned this to the receptionist during a previous order, simply asking her to make sure it was filled as it used to be. Today, the disappointment was even greater: the pizza seemed to be several days old. It was cold, hard, and tasteless. As for the salad, despite my request, the container was once again incomplete. When I called back to report the problem, I was told that "it wasn't their fault" and that "it's the same for everyone." This is not an acceptable response. The products are sold at a certain price, I pay for delivery, and I even leave a tip. As a loyal customer, I simply believe I have the right to receive what I pay for. I am very disappointed, both by the quality of the products and by the lack of consideration shown to my complaint. Unfortunately, I will not be ordering from you again.

07/10/2026: We stopped at this cafe after the road to just have breakfast and drink coffee, cappuccino costs 3.20 euros!! The cappuccino is absolutely no good, it is prepared in some kind of machine, it is tasteless, the worst I have ever tried in my life. Toilet: a disaster, this is the only word I can use to describe it.. It seems like no one cleans there at all, it is just terrible 😩 The eclairs were delicious and the girl at the cash register was friendly, these are the only two pluses

14/09/2026: High-end establishment? My wife ordered something she unknowingly couldn't eat. We pointed this out to the waiter, who shrugged and walked away, telling us we should have known (probably with an internet search or something). We were genuinely shocked by his attitude; it was almost comical, until it came time to pay when he returned and added, "You should have read more carefully," and "If you hadn't come with the Gourmet Passport, I would have changed your dish." We weren't even asking for that! Just a smile and to make sure we could still have a pleasant experience. Sir, if customers with the Gourmet Passport bother you so much, why do you suggest it?
