16/05/2026: Excellent menu! There's only one vegetarian option, but I was able to request a vegetarian meal. It's definitely a bit pricey (I don't know, I was treated), but it was absolutely delicious, so I think it's worth it (especially the rhubarb meringue tart 🤌).

11/05/2026: We came to discover the Auberge du Soleil restaurant thanks to the Gourmet Passport and we were delighted with our experience. The welcome was warm from the moment we arrived, with the option of sitting on the terrace or inside, depending on our preference. The staff was kind, attentive, and present from beginning to end without ever being intrusive. Thank you for the thoughtful touch with the dessert. The ingredients were of high quality, including a beautiful piece of perfectly cooked meat. The dessert selection was extensive, and we particularly enjoyed the baba au rhum, soaked in rum just the way we like it. A truly wonderful experience. We highly recommend it.

24/04/2026: The food was okay. I had calf's liver, which was unfortunately a bit salty, but otherwise it tasted good. My husband had sauerkraut with five different kinds of meat; he's definitely had better, but it was alright. There were some general hiccups with the payment.

Thank you for the quality of the food, the atmosphere, the friendliness, and the very pleasant service. We will be back.

10/05/2026: Great menu, always seasonal! The service staff is very friendly and the food is perfect. The terrace and the restaurant itself are both cozy; we always enjoy coming to Restaurant Starck.

10/05/2026: It’s not a child friendly restaurant. Besides the staff are really rude. Just because we want to order salads and didn’t want to order the main dish and leave quicker as we had a child, someone came to us and told that we are taking place because everyone has to order the full menu. We had to leave after the first sips from our wine. There are definitely better options than this restaurant if you wants to spend some nice time.meanwhile the menu on the Mother’s Day was extremely boring and limited.

11/05/2026: A very warm welcome. The young trainee waiter was very pleasant. The meal was flawless. Snails, foie gras, beef fillet, trout au bleu, vacherin, and gourmet coffee. A truly wonderful discovery. An address to remember.

14/05/2026: Yes, if it weren't for the boss, her dedication and loving manner would be fantastic – everything would be top-notch. Unfortunately, the team isn't very motivated. The food, the kidneys, was good, but they were cooked a bit too long and were slightly tough. The outdoor area was a bit too cold; it lacks the boss's warm touch.

17/03/2026: We had a wonderful time with friends celebrating a birthday 🎂 we enjoyed a delicious meal at the gourmet restaurant where we opted for the grand menu at 125 euros and it was a pure delight, no regrets, bravo and thank you to the entire team.

15/01/2026: Excellent experience at Hoto. Passing through Mulhouse, I was looking for a quick bite. I definitely don't regret going to Hoto. Very friendly welcome, a wide selection of dishes, and excellent food. I'll be back on my next trip to Mulhouse.

19/05/2026: A pleasant and delicious evening. However, they aren't very flexible regarding changes. This is the first time we've been asked for an extra 25 euros! Just to exchange a dish (lamb isn't a meat everyone enjoys, and in this case, none of the three of us like it!).
