06/03/2026: It's good, it's nice, the prices are fair, and the food is delicious. The decor is Alsatian, it's a style, but it lingers in your mind, and for that reason alone, we'll be back. The tarte flambée is expertly made. A very charming spot in a very touristy area where some places wouldn't hesitate to serve you bland and overpriced food. L'Arbalète isn't a tourist trap, but a truly lovely restaurant! And we absolutely love it!

26/01/2026: We had a wonderful family meal at La Truite, l'Illhausern. It was a fantastic discovery! The lunch menu is simply incredible: very generous portions, beautifully presented, and excellent value for money (around €19 for a starter, main course, and dessert). The food is delicious, plentiful, and prepared with care—you can tell the ingredients are fresh and expertly handled. The service is impeccable: warm, attentive, and quick without being rushed. A special mention goes to the lovely terrace, which offers a superb view of the surrounding countryside—a truly relaxing experience. It's a place where you feel comfortable, where the food is excellent, and where you'll want to return. I highly recommend it, especially for the lunch menu, which is a great deal. Well done to the whole team for this wonderful experience!

19/06/2025: I'm TOO disappointed... Already ordering online the tracker doesn't work... plus uh taste-wise and everything is very average! Quantity level I don't know if it's because the pizzas are on sale which still remains 8€ (7.99€ precisely) the pizza at the moment but really there's nothing on it and the dough is super thin even the crust isn't even soft because it's so thin! ... Takeaway only, No toilet, disabled access 👍 The only positive thing is the young, super-smiling welcome. but otherwise once not twice!

03/03/2026: A wonderful discovery. A very warm welcome, perfect service, and excellent food. And all this in a magnificent setting. One of us ordered an Alsatian salad, but without bacon. Imagine our surprise when €2 was spontaneously deducted from the bill!

06/03/2026: Hello. I discovered this bakery and what a surprise! 😲 A very beautiful shop and tea room. The pastries I tasted this morning were sublime. I still have to try the spelt bread, which looks very, very appetizing. For me, this bakery is a first attempt, and a resounding success. You can go there without hesitation if you love good bread and pastries. I still need to try the snacks they also offer. The staff are super friendly. There's parking in front of the shop. Delicious bread, incredibly fresh and flavorful products, top-notch staff, and impeccable cleanliness: they never touch the bread after handling money like you see in all the other bakeries, and it's disgusting. At Cezami, they wear gloves and use tongs—I love it. Bravo! I enjoy coming to your bakery after work; I buy bread and freeze it so I always have fresh bread on my breakfast table.
