09/10/2025: We had an unforgettable time at the Puzzle Pub for my thesis defense.
Arnaud was a tremendous help from start to finish. The service was more than friendly and seamless, and the quality of the alcohol and food matched the event.
A beautiful space that can be privatized for special family moments.
We highly recommend it.

08/07/2025: A huge thank you to the Romains for their welcome and kindness throughout the weekend. We were celebrating our wedding in Chinon, and many of our friends were staying at the hotel. All our guests were delighted with their stay, the rooms, the terrace, and the on-site hospitality.

07/07/2025: We really liked this hotel. We only stayed one night but would very much like to visit again. The staff were very helpful and the breakfast was delicious. The only downside was that our room was on the top floor and there were a lot of stairs to climb!

14/08/2025: A very pretty setting and very professional welcome and service, with perfect timing between courses.
However, we were disappointed by the dishes, a little bland and nothing special or particularly well presented. We didn't understand the idea of the unpeeled carrot, just steamed, across the plate; a bit surprising, but not in a good way.
The ice creams that accompany the desserts are very good, but swallowed in two spoonfuls because they're a small dumpling of ice cream. As for the starter, which included a "perfect egg," we had it on one plate but not on the other. We called the waitress for it, who pointed out a small speck of yolk, which was therefore "the perfect egg," but you had to wear your glasses! So for the 27 euro menu, the experience wasn't great, but I suppose it's better à la carte...or if I had known, I would have taken the 37 euro menu, which I therefore recommend.

Marie-Paul knows how to recommend wines to complement the dishes like no one else, with a perfect mastery of pairings and a real passion for her craft. The flavors are spot-on, the combinations subtle, and the whole experience is truly memorable.

It's fantastic to have this place in Noizay. The prices are very reasonable for generous portions and delicious food.
When the weather is nice, he opens a large terrace out back for lunch.
He has three newly renovated rooms upstairs that regularly host our visiting friends. Perfect.
03/11/2025: A wonderful discovery at La Bonne Franquette in Noizay! The welcome is truly warm, the atmosphere natural and relaxed, perfect for a leisurely lunch with family or friends. The dishes are homemade, generous, and prepared with fresh ingredients; you can taste the care put into each plate.
The terrace or the inner courtyard, depending on the weather, makes the experience even more enjoyable. The menu offers excellent value for money, and the service is both quick and attentive. An address I wholeheartedly recommend… and one I will gladly return to!

It's a shame we would have liked to try the chocolates, but we were told to pay for our order and leave immediately, even though the bakery was empty during opening hours 🤷🏼♀️ Such a business remains a mystery to me: two visits, two cold, not to say glacial, receptions... Good luck for the future
