07/05/2026: Great atmosphere, delicious food. Really enjoyed the cave setting and the open grill cooking the meats. All the food was of high quality. Not a huge space so you'd probably need a reservation on busier days, but we just walked in on an early May Thursday. Only one or two servers so nothing moved too fast, but we weren't in a rush so everything went well

17/05/2026: A good brasserie in the center of Loches. A perfectly rare steak haché à cheval (steak with a roast egg), served with homemade fries and béarnaise sauce, was excellent. The petits fours included with the gourmet coffee were also homemade, and very good.

21/05/2026: Torn between the flavor of the food and the portion size. The dish was finished in three bites. Very good, but we left hungry. The bill came to over €120 for two people. And don't sit near the windows, as they let in a draft.

15/05/2026: We had dinner at this excellent restaurant in Amboise. I wasn't sure what to expect, as I'm a bit wary of overly enthusiastic reviews. But there's no doubt these are entirely deserved, and I'd even say I'm surprised they don't have at least one Michelin star. I tried the pea velouté. And I absolutely loved it. The composition, as described, seems complicated, and one might even think it's perhaps too much. But no, the palate isn't fooled; everything is there. The delicate flavor of the peas is enhanced by the crisp notes of the goat cheese bavarois, the texture of the small pieces of smoked bacon, and the slightly acidic touches of pickled onions. I won't go into detail about each dish, it would take too long, but one remarkable thing about Chef Stéphane Delétang's recipes is the satisfaction you get from discovering that every ingredient described is present in his dishes. I would also like to congratulate the pastry chef for his beautiful and incredibly delicious desserts. We thoroughly enjoyed his chocolate and hazelnut financier and his strawberry bavarois. Both are so tempting you want to devour them too quickly, and you find yourself thinking, "Hmm, I could really go for another one!" Finally, there's the impeccable service: friendly, smiling, and attentive. Madame Delétang takes such good care of her customers, quickly and with a smile, that you can't help but want to return as soon as possible. Looking forward to our next visit!

16/03/2026: Don't hesitate to stop by. You'll find generous and delicious home-style cooking, friendly and efficient service, and a relaxed atmosphere, all at unbeatable value. The set menu is €14.50 for two courses and €17 for a starter, main course, and dessert. There are also additional à la carte options.

10/04/2026: This is currently my favorite bar in Tours! The selection of local beers is incredible and the platters are generous! The darts are a big plus!

09/03/2026: Friendly atmosphere: the team is very cool and welcoming, and you can even enjoy a game of darts during drinks with friends. The beers are divine; I had a pint of "Naughty and Nice," it was extraordinary, the chocolate notes are very pronounced, it's a success, well done.

05/05/2026: A restaurant focused on local cuisine. So, a must-try if you're looking for local specialties. The decor is really charming (old-fashioned school theme). The service is good. The food is excellent and lived up to my expectations. The value for money is unbeatable. A must for anyone curious about local cuisine.

02/05/2026: Table reserved for May 2nd at 1 p.m. We made our selection. When we went to order, the waitress informed us that the chef had decided to stop serving appetizers due to the time! Regional specialties, in the most touristy square in Tours, during a three-day weekend—we were shocked. Admittedly, the andouillette was very good, but the other dishes were disappointing in terms of both quality and quantity. Dessert: tarte tatin and ice cream served in an unsuitable, small, and shallow dish. 😃 The tart was excessively sweet. What a waste!

14/03/2026: We organized a friend's birthday party at this venue, we were welcomed by a super friendly and smiling team, and the atmosphere was fantastic! I highly recommend it.

16/05/2026: I've been coming here for years. This is the first time I've seen such tiny toddlers, except for one that was taken by someone else. I mentioned it to the employee, who didn't even respond. Bravo. P.S. The photo is after a child's tongue. 1 out of 3 is correct.

03/06/2026: What can I say... nothing... don't change a thing... the setting is lovely, the staff are very pleasant and kind... as for the pizzas, they are excellent, and so is the dessert... we have never eaten such excellent, flavorful, and delicious pizzas... our only regret is that you are so far from our home. Otherwise, everything is perfect! 👍👍👍👍

08/08/2025: A lovely surprise during our short visit to the Loire Valley – Pizza Casa may be small and simple, but the pizza was fresh, perfectly made, and full of flavor. Friendly service and spotless surroundings made it even better.

20/05/2026: If you love peace and quiet, you'll be in heaven. The meats for grilling, wok dishes, and seafood are delicious and, above all, high quality, as are the sushi and maki. The staff is helpful, very attentive, and absolutely lovely ♥️ P.S.: From the outside, the restaurant looks closed; some music would be nice to create a pleasant atmosphere. I also suggest the owner create an Instagram and Facebook account for free advertising, as the restaurant deserves to be even better known.
