01/04/2026: I'm always satisfied. The staff is always smiling and efficient, and so is the owner. The food, from the appetizers to the main courses and desserts, is truly well-prepared in the traditional way, meaning everything is homemade—nothing is frozen. EVERYTHING IS HOMEMADE!! My steak was cooked perfectly rare 😋 I come back regularly with pleasure and I'm never disappointed, especially since the daily menu changes frequently. I highly recommend L'Entrepôt; this restaurant is truly excellent 🤗

01/05/2026: We had a wonderful stay at the estate (3 nights). The annex room was very comfortable, the breakfast was plentiful, the jacuzzi was a real treat, the massage was very pleasant, and the staff were lovely. However, a major disappointment was the restaurant, which had just reopened. We didn't enjoy either of our dinners at all, which was a shame. The bistro-style setting was completely out of place, and the food didn't impress us in the slightest. The wine list at the estate's restaurant, however, is spectacular. Trust the sommelier completely.

30/04/2026: Wonderful experience at this beautiful hotel. All the staff were helpful and accommodating. The rooms were comfortable and cozy. The hotel has chargers for electric cars and the front desk staff were helpful in showing me how it worked for our car. I walked around the property on the trails and even sat on the swing hanging from a tree. This is a perfect hotel for relaxing and enjoying life.

07/07/2025: We really liked this hotel. We only stayed one night but would very much like to visit again. The staff were very helpful and the breakfast was delicious. The only downside was that our room was on the top floor and there were a lot of stairs to climb!

21/01/2026: Excellent bakery, friendly service. The pastries and viennoiseries are excellent (King Cake, Easter pastries). The only downside is the limited selection of takeaway items. The wraps are presented in a way that makes them look full, but they are practically empty and dry.

18/03/2026: Two nights, two dinners, and two breakfasts. I regret that the bread was dry at each dinner, but the dishes were absolutely delicious and original. The service was attentive and discreet.

05/05/2026: This Tuesday, May 5th, we had lunch at Del Arte in Tours... a complete disaster! We ordered two classic salads, two Pepsi and Cokes, a Gourmand coffee, and a Natural coffee. The bill came to €52. €52 down the drain because the salads were so inedible we left them. The Caesar salad wasn't even fresh, with five barely toasted croutons, two slices of bacon, all sprinkled with a few indescribable pieces of cheese, and drizzled with a few drops of vinaigrette. The other salad was the same, but with cold pasta. These salads had no taste whatsoever... inedible. The Gourmand coffee, at €7.90, consisted of two small frozen cookies, a small glass of rice pudding, and a tiny scoop of ice cream. In short, a disgrace... blatant robbery... waiters aged 20 or 25, no smiles, no greeting. And in the end, the cashier offered no apology or gesture of goodwill, of course, despite our complaint. I'd even say he didn't seem surprised. In short, we will never set foot in these already poorly regarded restaurants again. Del Arte... avoid at all costs! Another bankruptcy for these dives.

03/05/2026: Another visit to try the pizzas: big mistake. The meat was very low quality, and the onions were huge chunks that completely ruined the flavor of the pizza. The welcome was very warm, the waitress was smiling but slightly too rushed, asking three times in 10 minutes if we had already chosen. The Camembert was excellent (it could be even better with honey). The Nutella tiramisu was sorely lacking in Nutella inside; it was only on top. It's a shame that for a table that requested no heat, the restaurant preferred to turn off the heating for everyone rather than move the table.

05/04/2026: We came for Easter Sunday lunch, and the meal was excellent from start to finish, with impeccable service. Thank you also for adding two more places for us at the last minute! We will gladly return! All the best.
