20/06/2026: While passing through, we stumbled upon this gem. Astrid and her husband delighted us with the best moules frites we've ever had. With a salad buffet, a huge pot of moules, cheese, and dessert, we were more than satisfied. And all at a reasonable price. Simply wonderful and charming! 🥰

12/04/2026: On Saturday, we had lunch as a group at Astrid's, and as usual, it was memorable. The paella was simply excellent: flavorful, fragrant, and particularly generous. The portions were truly generous. Astrid's welcome is just like her cooking: warm and friendly. It's the perfect place for a large group. I highly recommend it, especially if you have a hearty appetite!

13/08/2026: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A wonderful discovery! We had a fantastic time at La Souris Gourmande. The welcome was warm, the staff very friendly, and the service top-notch. The dishes were generous, delicious, and especially perfect for cheese lovers 🧀😍 A friendly atmosphere, great products, and a team that goes the extra mile. We will definitely be back! I highly recommend it 😊

03/07/2026: A 10/10 restaurant!! We went as a family and Sephora served us. She's an incredible and professional person, one of the few left in the restaurant business. She helped us choose everything, even though we don't speak French and she doesn't speak English. As for the food, it was simply spectacular, the fondue was incredible and the raclette magnificent. A must-visit if you're in Tours. French Version. A fantastic restaurant!!! 11/09/2026: A place to remember. The service is impeccable, the food very good. Everything is served at the perfect temperature (the white wine and charcuterie, chilled, the main course, hot). The truffle mortadella is simply divine. The value for money is excellent. Flawless, a rare thing these days.

07/06/2026: We stayed at this hotel for a spa break at La Roche-Posay because the hotel offers discounted rates. It's a real gem, very charming. It's located in the center of Yzeures-sur-Creuse, a small, traditional town with a few shops. A car is necessary to get around (10 minutes from La Roche-Posay). The Relais is very spacious, tastefully decorated in a traditional style, and very comfortable. There are several small lounges for reading, relaxing, playing games, or having coffee or tea... a gym, and coffee and water machines throughout... The room was pleasant, bright, and clean, tastefully decorated. It was well-equipped with a Dolce Gusto machine, TV, hairdryer, towel warmer, large shower with toiletries, and air conditioning... It's quite quiet at night, both inside and out. Everyone has their own preferences. For us, the curtains weren't dark enough, we were woken up at the crack of dawn, the bedding wasn't to our liking, and the pillows were too flat, but everyone has their own habits. We had dinner and breakfast at the restaurant, and everything was very good. At the restaurant, everything is homemade, and a large portion of the breakfast is too—it's all very high quality. The staff is helpful, friendly, and very pleasant. Special mention goes to Madeline, with whom I exchanged numerous emails to prepare for our stay, and who was absolutely perfect. A place we would gladly recommend!

28/05/2026: Air conditioning was broken, but the breakfast was decent. My stay here was a bit disappointing. The air conditioning in the room was completely broken and didn't work at all, which made for a rather uncomfortable night's sleep. While the AC issue was a major letdown, the breakfast the next morning was decent—the variety and taste met basic expectations. I hope the hotel will actively inspect and repair their AC units, as a comfortable sleeping environment is the most essential part of a hotel stay.

13/09/2026: Excellent restaurant. We are never disappointed by the food or the service, whether we eat in or take away: couscous, tagine, paella, everything is excellent and plentiful. Plus, the owners are very welcoming. The dining room is simple yet inviting.

05/09/2026: I ordered a sandwich thinking it would be made with ground beef, but to my surprise, it contained frozen steaks and what appeared to be Lebanese bread (just a wrap bread...). Otherwise, the service was good. Don't order the sandwiches, though; their couscous is homemade, at least I hope so.

17/06/2026: For a stopover on a cycling trip, it's simple but adequate. The room in the annex is clean, but a bit worn. A fresh coat of paint would make all the difference. The food is well-prepared with tasty simplicity. Breakfast is minimal. Overall, it's what you'd expect from a small village inn.
