09/12/2025: Located at the foot of the magnificent castle, this small but incredibly welcoming establishment offers delicious food at a very reasonable price. It's well worth a visit for a pleasant and enjoyable experience. The owner and waitress are fantastic, and the chef is excellent.

29/11/2024: A first for us unexpectedly and certainly not a last. Tasty and generous cuisine, a very professional welcome and service. I recommend the unexpected.

12/10/2024: The meal was good despite our arrival a little late, the price was right, we each ate a croque-monsieur with garnish, then tarte tatin with whipped cream, the dish suited us, the service correct, the waitress very friendly.

09/07/2025: The boss is very friendly, but as soon as he's replaced by his shaved-headed cook who's abusive and totally crazy, even uncontrollable, then things get crazy!!! What a shame! He should get rid of him as soon as possible. I won't be going back.

29/06/2025: When the boss is there, it's perfect, but when he's not there... Ordered at 7:30 p.m., served at 8:15 p.m., with a few forgotten tacos.

17/12/2024: Ce jour 17.12. Personnel agréable et efficace, nous étions 3, nous avons pris ́le menu du jour entrée plat dessert et chacun un verre de blanc Cheverny. Cuisine prétentieuse, et inutilement sophistiquée pour l’entrée et le plat, qualité gustative très moyenne. Nous ne reviendrons pas. Didier

23/09/2024: Nos alojamos como huéspedes en el hotel y disfrutamos de la cena más deliciosa y vino. Llevo viniendo aquí desde 1980 , siempre me encantó y es aún mejor ahora que el hotel ha sido renovado. El personal es excepcionalmente agradable y servicial. Muy recomendable.

14/09/2024: Small restaurant on rue Colbert in Tours. Excellent service. Good choice of local specialties with the famous Touraine Beuchelle. Don't hesitate to take the slightly more expensive dishes. Reservation required

03/11/2024: Old pointer bar stuck in the 90s, we got rejected because we didn't have the right outfit (we were dressed normally?) but without ever explaining to us what that meant before telling us that in fact it was It's because we weren't accompanied by women (or rather young girls because a woman perhaps in her forties was also rejected before us) while I was a trans woman myself (but obviously that doesn't count ). Thank you to the bouncer who spared us by not letting us in. He was very cold and didn't want to hear anything. A place not worthy of Tours. Go to Hotrod Café instead.

07/12/2024: We are regulars of the Bistro Régent concept, and it is the one in Tours, near the station, which really awakened our passion for this brand! The welcome is always warm, the atmosphere pleasant and the setting, modern and friendly, invites you to relax. What we particularly like is the consistent quality of the dishes. The famous “duck breast”… with its secret sauce remains a must, as tasty and plentiful as ever! In addition, the team is very professional, fast and attentive, which makes each visit pleasant. Excellent value for money, ideal for a gourmet break after a trip or to comfort us after a night out. In short, a place where we return with pleasure every time! So much so that we even dedicated an Instagram account to our passion for the brand: @bistroregentfan, where we share our favorites and our experiences in the different Régent bistros. We highly recommend this Bistro Régent!

05/09/2024: Waited 45 minutes to take our order. Extremely slow service, yet they are not bad in Service. The dishes are good, and the desserts are quite high for the quantity

01/09/2024: Magnificent restaurant with an incredible terrace overlooking the castle walls, very friendly and kind staff, the meal was incredible, it was all very good, the only small thing was the desserts were not up to the standard of the dishes served.

11/11/2024: Nice discovery, plates are up to par. A little wait, you have to be lenient, there are only 2 of them. Mr. in the kitchen, Mrs. at the service. Well done our taste buds were delighted!!

27/10/2024: Unpleasant smell due to humidity in the restaurant, we were unable to dine with my family. The waitress doesn't care at all... I think it's a ventilation problem
