27/08/2024: Incredible place in Touraine not far from Tours and which will allow you (especially in summer) to spend time with family, friends, with those you love...that you will not forget! A reservation on a Friday or Saturday evening allows you to access part of the castle (because it is inhabited) and to discover some of Camille Claudel's discussions, but I will say no more. And above all, bring your picnic to enjoy the gardens facing the castle and depending on the program, to also have a little live concert! Frankly a simple idea but which will please adults for the place, and children who can become for a moment a knight, a princess….. cherry on the cake, you are very well received on site, it’s okay, are you curious? Go straight ahead!

03/09/2024: Une carte qui interroge sur les associations d’ingrédients… des surprises à chaque plat digne d’un étoilé !! Entre amis, nous avons plus parlé de ce que nous mangions que de parler ensemble…. cqdd !!! Belle découverte ! Merci au chef , Gilles Hemart, pour ce moment gustatif !!

01/09/2024: Exceptionnel. Le chef s'amuse à mélanger des saveurs, des textures...Salé /sucré, aérien/dense, croquant/moelleux, acidulé/doux. Les vins proposés (bios!) étaient parfaits et le personnel gentil et attentionné, à recommander sans hésitation

01/09/2024: An excellent restaurant in the center of Tours with affordable prices. The quality of the dishes is there, with a menu (short but local) that will satisfy all tastes. Special mention to the waitress who was great throughout our meal: smiling, attentive and very professional. An address to recommend without hesitation.

30/08/2024: Quel bonheur de découvrir ce restaurant qui propose encore des menus le soir et non pas tout à la carte. Franchement le menu 39 € est super bien équilibré. Les poissons sont juste au top la côte de veau cuit à la perfection. Le service est simple et rapide, et que dire du dessert, un baba au rhum, comme j'en ai jamais manger ailleurs Et ma mère qui prend une assiette de fromage qui se retrouve avec huit fromages différents du jamais, vu autant de quantité, franchement un restaurant à garder dans son carnet de notes

25/08/2024: A very nice discovery! I recommend this address with my eyes closed: a card which is not as long as an arm but which is extremely effective. From starter to dessert, it’s zero fault. First time I have come to this restaurant and I will definitely come back.

25/08/2024: An excellent discovery. A true gourmet restaurant, no doubt about it. The setting is neat, the dishes from the Tasting menu are very successful with perfectly mastered juices, a delight. A lovely culinary journey throughout the meal, served for the occasion by the chef himself, which allowed us to talk a little about cooking, the icing on the cake! Rather affordable prices considering the service. We will come back, that's a certainty.

08/01/2025: Excellent welcome, with a smile. The complete formula at 17 euros is worth the detour, with tasty homemade terrine and various raw vegetables as desired, and an excellent rump steak with shallot sauce accompanied by homemade fries. I recommend, and will definitely come back 😄👌

17/10/2024: Wunderbarer Ort, gegenüber des Schlosses von Amboise. Sehr leckere Drinks und sehr gutes Essen. Le Shaker muss man unbedingt besuchen! Leckere Drinks, super Aussicht, gute Küche, das Team: alles phantastisch!!!! Wer nicht im Le Shaker war, war nicht in Amboise.

26/05/2024: Looking for a restaurant on rue Colbert, and being a big burger fan. I decided to try this restaurant. And that's the shock😱😋😍😄👍👍!!! On the one hand the burgers are simply exquisite with certain original recipes. But in addition the prices are relatively low compared to the product served (of impeccable quality). And as if that were not enough the servers are friendly and attentive. listen to it. I can only recommend and wish you an experience as good as me, in other words on a journey to the heart of the deepest flavors of the burger.😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍

19/12/2024: Superb visit to the castle in its Christmas clothes. The team in charge of the decoration is brilliant and allows us to dream.

19/12/2024: Magnificent castle to visit, I highly recommend it, it is classified as a UNESCO monument and we know why when we visit the price is worth the visit I went there during the Christmas holidays, and it was truly magnificent. Very little waiting to buy tickets and self-service terminals are available

11/11/2024: A treat! We let ourselves be carried by the boss and her advice. Everything is homemade, only freshly cooked products. It is so rare today to find fresh cooked products and not blends. A wonderful evening, original and gourmet dishes... discover the cuisine of this chef, it is worth the detour. THANK YOU for this evening 🙏 we will come back as a family.

04/12/2024: Very very good discovery! It's been a long time since I ate real couscous and I finally found it. The food is excellent, it's authentic, simple and it's everything you expect from couscous. The meat portions are generous, the vegetables are tender (as desired). I advise you to take lamb, it was my favorite meat! The meal is very family-friendly, since everything is to be shared, it's very pleasant and it changes from strict "each their own plate" meals. A meal that took me on a journey. At the end of the meal we were rushed, it's a shame but I understand. Let yourself be tempted by the desserts, if you have room, it's plentiful but it's worth the detour! The decorations and atmosphere are faithful to what we find on the plate👌🏻 I don't like tea but apparently it's amazing! Go there with your eyes closed.
