From the very first bite, we were pleasantly surprised by the broccoli mousseline toasts: an original and delicate flavor that perfectly set the tone for the meal. For the main course, the beef tartare was remarkably well-prepared, accompanied by absolutely divine homemade fries, among the best I've ever tasted. To finish, the hot and cold chocolate dessert was a true delight: the combination of a warm chocolate soufflé and vanilla ice cream creates a decadent and memorable treat. All this in a charming, rustic setting, with a particularly lovely little garden where you'll enjoy lingering. Special mention also goes to the excellent wine recommendations, which perfectly complemented the meal. A truly wonderful experience, both in terms of the food and the service.

And the team… what can I say? Everyone is lovely, smiling, welcoming, and attentive; it's rare to see so much kindness gathered in one place. The service is simply perfect. You can tell that everyone truly loves their work and does everything to ensure you have an exceptional experience. Always a kind word, always a smile, a genuine and contagious good humor. And in terms of quality, it's flawless. Everything is excellent, generous, beautifully presented; you can feel the care in every detail. Honestly, it's been a long time since I've had such a wonderful time. A huge congratulations to the entire team; you are truly the best. If you're in Tours and have never been, go without hesitation; you'll be treated like royalty. For me, it's clearly one of the best places in Tours! 👏✨
