Ideal para un almuerzo ligero, o no tan ligero, junto al río en Burdeos.

23/08/2024: De l'apéritif au dessert, tout était simplement parfait. Les plats sont inventifs, mariant différentes textures avec un florilège de saveurs. Je n'aurais jamais cru qu'une tomate puisse procurer autant de plaisir ! Le pigeon avait une cuisson parfaite et le jus accompagnant les betteraves, au vin rouge et à la réglisse, était délicieux. Le mariage des fraises et de la pistache en dessert n'avait rien à leur envier. Quant aux conseils de Xavier Fortin, le sommelier, ils ont été excellents, comme toujours. Un grand bravo pour un grand moment ! Tant pis pour les ronchons qui n'apprécient pas la nouvelle formule, avec un menu surprise qui a été impeccable.
