18/02/2026: Two nights stayed. Very nice room, very good breakfast and very good meals. We will return. Except for the second night, we were woken up at 5 a.m. by a vibrating phone alarm clock… because the cloakroom is next to the room. I think they forgot to put down a locker!

15/02/2026: Disappointed by the Valentine's Day menu... Quite a long wait, the foie gras was mediocre in both cooking and quantity, the side dishes for the meat course were practically nonexistent, the fish was reheated... the white wine was warm... Really very average for the price of the €75 menu without wine... An aperitif glass was left on the table until the end of the meal, and there was a lack of staff; it seemed they were prioritizing profit over the quality of the food and service. First and last experience at this restaurant.

06/01/2026: A regular customer, visiting more than 20 times a year and ordering at least four rounds each time, this was the first time our table was jostled by customers queuing at the bar. The owner charged €2.50 for a spilled drink. I'd never seen anything like it; it was my last visit... Nice place, but the owner is absolutely not customer-oriented... very disappointed

02/02/2026: The best burgers in Tours. The benchmark. Delicious sauces, expertly prepared local ingredients. Bold and flavorful recipes. The seasonings are perfect, just the right amount of spice. The staff is super friendly and always smiling. The drinks are just as good—all local and delicious.

The dishes are homemade and the meat is exceptional. As for the portions, plan a nap afterward...lol... and the homemade desserts, wow! Speaking as a former restaurant owner: go without hesitation, with your taste buds ready to savor authentic, varied, and delicious dishes... and the price? It's really quite reasonable... thank you so much to the whole team. You are a ray of sunshine in this dreary world...
