16/07/2024: I have never seen such bad sushi in my life. I find it unacceptable to serve products that are not fresh! Just the smell alone tells you the color. I strongly advise against it. Sorry for this negative comment, but it is necessary for everyone's sake. Take the health of your customers into account.

15/07/2024: Too bad... the wait is long and the rice is poorly cooked because it is very grainy. Otherwise the fish is good. The prices attracted me because they were correct at first glance, but the quality was not there.

07/09/2024: Ma fille nous a emmené dans ce restaurant moi et mon épouse pour mon anniversaire. Bien que nous n'avions pas réservés, une place a de suite été disponible en salle. La prise de commande a été rapide mais l'attente des plats a été un peu longue à mon avis. Mon épouse et moi-même avons apprécié les plats (sushis, crabes farcis' brochettes de crevettes) et nous aurions aimé goûter aux brochettes de boeuf mais c'était copieux et nous n'avions plus faim, dommage. Notre fille est déjà venue dans ce restaurant, elle nous y a mené en confiance et j'ajoute que j'y retournerai à une autre occasion. Le rapport qualité-prix est convenable.

18/08/2024: Beaucoup trop d’attentes malheureusement entre chaque commandes c’est vraiment trop long (30 minutes) obliger de relancer les serveurs c’est vraiment dommage car c’était délicieux mais juste à cause de l’attente sa donne pas envie d’y retourner.

Errors in the products delivered and despite our call to report it, the gentleman is very unpleasant by standing up to us and questioning our word! The quantities are really limited and the 10% is not applied to the bill if you forget to report it! On the other hand, the lady who prepares it is very nice. I found a better Japanese restaurant in Pontault-Combault and I just wanted to give you another chance this evening but I am extremely disappointed...I confirm my choice of restaurant in Pontault-Combault.

08/08/2024: We often come here with friends but we never say hello or goodbye while this lady knows how to do it with other customers. We always have an unpleasant welcome and unpleasant service, sometimes we are missing dishes, especially those of the evening. The sushi is good and very large but the problem is the rice, overcooked and in large quantities and it becomes sickening after a while. The service is very long and we have the impression that it is done on purpose... we arrive at 6 p.m. it is indicated that the opening is at 6 p.m. but before even saying hello to us the lady shouted at us outright to say " it’s at 6:30 p.m. you’re going to wait” in short here you have to accept being walked all over by this very rude lady who doesn’t know how to behave with customers. Despite arriving at 6 p.m. we were served very late and for a very long time between fried dishes, sushi, skewers etc.. it was so long that we were no longer hungry! The choice of desserts is very limited. PS: do something to make this lady correct her problematic behavior as quickly as possible, it's very unpleasant to meet her gaze full of disgust and contempt.

03/09/2024: It's a run-down hotel, but you shouldn't underestimate the location at all. Close to the highway and a good breakfast. We had dinner at the hotel and were not disappointed by the price and quality.

17/08/2024: We order less and less from the sushi shop and we are a priori directed to the Courcelles shop but with each order recently we have Been disappointed and yesterday was the pompom. It's very expensive, frugal, clearly not made to order and therefore not very fresh or even questionable on certain products (tuna-based makis clearly unappealing given the color of the fish)… but which all fall apart, hard rice, dry sushi …the boxes are probably made in advance, with little care and stored in the fridge… made simpler but fresh, good, generous! 65€ our order we were left hungry and with the unpleasant feeling of having really been cheated.

28/08/2024: I have never eaten there, but I would like to thank you for the delivery service, the young man who often wears a balaclava under his helmet is very nice, friendly and polite. As for the food, I am never disappointed, the portions are generous, the skewers are delicious, the steams are the best I have tasted for restaurants of this range. This restaurant is my favorite and I only order my Asian cuisine from them!

02/09/2024: Archi nul À FUIR !!! au plus vite !!!. J’ai commandé un Uber …. Dans le cadre d’anniversaire …commande reçue au bout de deux heures, commande qui n’était pas la mienne. J’ai dépensé quasi 70 € (fête anniversaire) la Responsable de allo SUSHI a dit à son livreur « . Elle se démerde avec Uber eats  ». Un scandale, jamais remboursee franchement à bannir. Quelle horreur ce magasin, aucune humanité dégueulasse temps de délai exécrable, relations humaines, inexistantes

01/09/2024: No service: you take the card at reception, you collect your trays when the beeper rings and you get rid of your trays. The spring rolls are very good, the miso soup lacked taste, I added soy sauce to spice it up a little. The sashimi is fresh. Prices are affordable

16/09/2024: 3rd consecutive order with errors, not the product ordered which was delivered to us, and when we call them they laugh on the phone, they do not even offer to redo the order for us to come pick it up or for them to deliver it to us. The team that was there 2 years ago was much more competent, and made commercial gestures in the event of errors on their part. Last time I order from you it's a shame

25/07/2024: We paid a substantial price for around sixty sushi delivered. First of all, the quality is very average. They are dry. Could this be because we didn't have soy sauce? But no, we had a small jar from an old order in the cupboard fortunately but not enough for 3. 3 very small sachets of wazabi and a mini pot of ginger for 3. When we have an order of more than 100 euros we don't be stingy about this kind of thing. Anyway, last time here.
