19/07/2026: Avoid at all costs! You'll just waste €50 on two set menus without drinks. The restaurant is filthy and sticky everywhere, there's a very strange smell, the food is tasteless and dry, and there's very little choice. The taste is suspicious; it doesn't seem fresh. Go to a decent restaurant instead!

31/07/2026: Havana is, for me, one of the best bars in Agen! The place is really pleasant with a large terrace, perfect for enjoying evenings with friends or family.
The staff is fantastic, always welcoming and friendly. The cocktails are excellent, and the DJs create a great atmosphere for those who want to dance and enjoy the evening.
Whether you want to have a quiet drink on the terrace, spend a pleasant time together, or party, it's truly a must-visit spot in Agen. I recommend it 100%!
05/07/2026: A romantic outing on Friday night. We were only supposed to have a drink... We ended up staying the whole evening because Eléa's welcome was so perfect. A wonderful discovery: the Pink Spritz, and the tapas were divine! Thank you, Eléa, for making this evening so enjoyable!

21/05/2026: Order placed at 6:30 PM for delivery at 7:15 PM.
It's now 8:15 PM, no updates, and impossible to reach anyone despite five calls.
I have to leave at 8:30 PM without having eaten.
Delay, complete lack of communication, and nonexistent customer service: an extremely disappointing experience.
In short: a one-hour delay, zero information, five unanswered calls.
Result: I'm leaving without eating.
NEVER AGAIN AVOID THIS SERVICE
06/03/2026: We've been ordering from Wave Sushi for years and are always very happy. For takeout, we always receive our order in 20-30 minutes max. The food is good and fresh. I'll be ordering from Wave Sushi for a long time to come.

14/08/2026: The value for money is truly disappointing. For that price, I expected much more fish, but there was so little in the sushi that it felt like I was eating nothing but rice.
Almost all the sushi was like that: very little filling and far too much rice. I really feel like I paid a significant amount for just rice.
Unfortunately, I'm very disappointed with this order. For that price, the quality and quantity of fish absolutely did not meet my expectations.
26/07/2026: I haven't eaten there, but I regularly walk past: the employees keep their food preparation gloves on during their breaks outside, especially for smoking! Hygiene??

30/03/2026: I love this place, affordable for all budgets... the buffet is very well stocked... impeccable service, friendly staff... I go back once a week... always just as good... it has a kind of family canteen feel...
In October 2024, I'm going back again... after being abroad...
The restaurant has been renovated... there's no longer a grill on the tables, but someone is available to grill the meat. It's still just as nice...

I just received a Minato delivery from Orsay this afternoon, February 18th, 2025, and I'm very, very disappointed. Unfortunately, I can't give zero stars!!!
- Salmon roe Temaki: a real rip-off. Very little salmon roe, just for decoration. So, they're just cones of crunchy, not creamy, rice for €9.50.
- Yellow radish maki: €4.00
*The radishes weren't crunchy at all; they looked like they were past their prime, maybe even expired.
*The rice was crunchy instead of creamy.
- Beef/cheese skewer meal: not great, €11.50.
I usually order from Minato Chilly Mazarin for work, and I guess the culinary expertise is completely different. I've never been disappointed in Chilly.

13/07/2026: The California tempura was absolutely terrible; the shrimp were raw, the first time I've ever seen that. The ginger wasn't very good either, and the overall quality isn't great compared to other Japanese restaurants. The delivery was horribly slow. And worst of all, the coconut pearls were inedible, like chewing gum with a stale taste. What a shame, it was my first and last time there. Plus, I hadn't read the customer reviews—a big mistake on my part.

03/07/2026: I placed my order at 7:45 PM and was told it would take 45 minutes. My order, delivered by Uber Eats, finally arrived at 9:40 PM, almost two hours later.
Unfortunately, this isn't the first time I've had a bad experience with Uber Eats. During a previous order from another restaurant, the delivery driver simply left with my order.
At this point, the problem seems to lie more with the delivery method than with the restaurant itself. Relying exclusively on Uber Eats to reduce staffing costs comes at the expense of service quality and the customer experience. It's truly a shame.
27/06/2026: We went for dinner because we were staying at a nearby campsite and we were very comfortable. The waiter was very friendly and attentive, the food was served quickly and everything was delicious. A bit pricey, but the portions are generous.

25/08/2026: Of the three young people at the counter, only one was friendly. One of the waitresses spoke to us very curtly and forgot a cookie in our order. The second one, who was reordering cookies on a rack, took the liberty of putting chocolate chips in her mouth. Three times...
And don't even get me started on the sandwiches' value for money. Very mediocre...
11/08/2026: We came today, disappointed with our visit. We bought a strawberry tiramisu, and it was warm with melted whipped cream.
We went back to the shop to tell them it was hot and inedible.
The staff assured us the product was fine because the date underneath was valid, and they suggested we put it in the freezer. We told them to throw it away since it was warm.
Hygiene standards were not respected, and the staff were unconcerned about the problem. For them, it was normal.
I do not recommend this place.

09/07/2025: The worst all-you-can-eat Asian restaurant I've ever been to in my life.
The waiters and reception staff are truly extremely rude.
No smiles and no concern for the customer's well-being.
For an all-you-can-eat restaurant, half the dishes are half-empty and cold.
As a fan of all-you-can-eat restaurants, I definitely don't recommend this one!
Move on by.
08/07/2025: Honestly disgusting, This is the first time I've rated an all-you-can-eat restaurant or a restaurant in general so poorly, there's nothing left to eat or what's left just isn't good, the only thing worth it, and not really, is the five-euro Coke. If I advise you to go somewhere else to another restaurant because this one is simply disgusting, the staff here is unpleasant, it's like we're bothering them all for 38 €. Honestly, it's not even worth it, you might as well go shopping and cook at home. Honestly, it cut me off, the end wasn't coming. Afterwards, you do what you want, but it's really just disgusting and sorry for the term but that's really it for the moment. And finally, if I could have given it zero stars, I would have, but unfortunately she can't. Very disappointed.

I recommend going in the evening as it's less crowded than during lunchtime.

Dining is much more than the food itself.
When you are trying a foreign cuisine it is important to sip on the local atmosphere, the whole experience is important. Here is manages to capture the atmosphere of a japanese restaurant.
One other aspect is the service and this is where this place looses.
A was a little bit unwelcoming. Not impolite but not polite either.
Still everything else is good.
03/09/2026: It's good, but you get the feeling you're bothering the waiter (third visit, same behavior every time). The welcome was incredibly cold. A shame.
