25/03/2024: Bonjour en ce jour d anniversaire de mon père 94 ans ! Nous sommes allés fêter cela au Lotus quelle déception accueil très froid et quelconque ! Le serveur paraissait ailleurs ( mauvaise nuit ? ) n as pas compris les commandes et s est trompés en les servant !! Le cuisinier est intervenu à ma demande et a trifouillé dans mon assiette avec ma fourchette ! En colère ! J ai halluciné ! Le serveur a soutenu qu il s était pas trompé ! Bref tout a été gâché et bien sur personne quand est parti mais no body ! Déçue le mot est faible ! Et notons que je suis cliente hein je connais ce resto !!! Pff même pas une tite attention pour l annif de mon père je leur avais signalé juste comme ça ! Pff choquée de leur attitude vraiment !

Mr. Boss, I am speaking to you: why when I order a miso soup as a starter and a bagel as a main course, the soup arrives but after only 4 minutes the waiter comes back with the bagel (schnitzel therefore hot)? I wasn’t even a fifth of the way through my soup!!! I don't understand the principle, you wanted to kick me out? I wasn't allowed to eat my soup like a normal starter and take my time? I obviously prioritized the bagel so as not to let it cool and left the soup aside. Obviously it was cold when I finished the bagel. I go to the cash register and of course I pay full price like a good pigeon lol the worst part is that YOU, Mr. Boss, witnessed the scene and you did not act accordingly! You were eating (loudly) with people right next to my table, so don't tell me you didn't see anything! A boss is on the lookout for the slightest gesture of his employees, especially when it is right in front of his eyes and ears, it is your fault if your employees have not been well trained, not theirs!
