13/02/2026: The quality of the food was acceptable, but this was absolutely insufficient to compensate for the disastrous service and the poor management of the dining room, which is unacceptable for an establishment charging €250 per person. We arrived at 9:00 PM, and by 9:10 PM the entire order—including the bottle of wine—was already on the table. By 9:15 PM, everything had been served. There was no sense of rhythm, no control over timing, and no respect for the customer experience. By 9:55 PM, we were out the door. A dinner rushed through in less than an hour at this price point is unacceptable. A restaurant that doesn't want to serve dinner should simply refuse late reservations. The most shocking incident, however, was the one in the open kitchen. I ordered toro sushi. I was served sashimi. When I calmly pointed this out, the cook behind the bar started shouting "No, no!" four or five times, with astonishing aggression, insisting that I had ordered sashimi. I know perfectly well what I'm ordering, especially since I don't eat sashimi. This kind of attitude towards a customer is simply unacceptable. In the restaurant business, quality isn't just about the food. It includes service, respect, and the overall experience. Here, the staff's attitude and rushed manner completely ruined the enjoyment of the meal. Perhaps suitable for a quick lunch. Absolutely not recommended for an evening out.

Everything is made on-site with fresh ingredients, often right in front of you. For me, there's nothing to complain about: excellent, flavorful cuisine from a master of his native cooking. Go without hesitation!
