10/08/2026: A wonderful discovery in Paris for Japanese food lovers. Tsukizi offers simple, precise cuisine, with a strong focus on the quality of the fish. The sushi and sashimi are fresh, well-prepared, and served without any fuss. I particularly enjoyed the atmosphere of the small restaurant and the chefs' work, which can be observed at the counter. It's a far cry from typical sushi chains: here, you truly come for the quality of the ingredients and the expertise. Since the dining room is small, it's best to make a reservation. I highly recommend this place for a great Japanese meal in Paris.

06/03/2026: We came as a family and started with a delicious miso soup and a well-seasoned cabbage salad. Unfortunately, the rest of the meal was disappointing: the raw fish was watery, and the gyozas were cold. Three out of the four of us were sick the next day. It's a shame, because the decor is lovely, and the person who served us was very helpful.

15/02/2026: My boyfriend and I wanted to eat at this restaurant last night for Valentine's Day. The service was slow, and we waited for a good twenty minutes hoping that someone would eventually look at us or give us some attention. Then, some customers arrived well after us and were given immediate attention, even though we were literally seated right in front of the counter, so close our feet were aching. As a result, we left without having been able to try the restaurant because we were simply ignored from beginning to end. This is unacceptable. I can understand that service might be busy for a holiday, but customer service is also part of the job. If you were overwhelmed, simply informing us would have been great, but I cannot tolerate such a lack of respect.

07/07/2026: One of the best sushi restaurants we've ever been to! We wanted to try it in Paris during our stay and it was a wonderful surprise! The service was perfect, the gentleman was lovely and even remembered my son's name (which many people struggle to pronounce), the food was fresh and some of it was prepared right in front of us! Fantastic!

21/08/2026: The prices are reasonable and not too expensive. I believe the taste is the best in both Korea and Japan (the salmon was incredibly fresh, and the udon broth was truly top-notch). We visited for two consecutive days; on the first day, we ordered the lunch set menu available only on weekdays, and on the second day, since it was a holiday, we ordered à la carte because the set menu wasn't available. However, one regrettable aspect was that our food was delayed due to a large group of Japanese tourists, making it a close call to catch our bus. We arrived at 12:00 PM, and our schedule required us to leave the restaurant at 12:40 PM. We arrived and ordered at 11:55 AM, while the Japanese group arrived at 12:05 PM and continued serving their pre-prepared set menus. We ordered two simple à la carte dishes, but they didn't serve us until 12:20 PM—after the course meals for about 10 Japanese tourists had already been served. We complained, and only then did they tell us to wait, finally bringing our food after 12:25 PM. I understand that there are extenuating circumstances, including our own personal time constraints, but regardless, I did not feel considered in terms of attitude and response (compared to Japanese staff). Both the server and the cook are Japanese. That was a bit disappointing.

As for the food, everything was absolutely delicious. The dishes were beautifully presented, the ingredients were fresh, and the portions were generous. You can tell the dishes are prepared with care and that the quality is exceptional. The flavors were perfectly balanced, and everything was a delight to eat. Special mention goes to the presentation of the dishes, which is truly enticing as soon as they arrive at the table! The service was also top-notch: quick, efficient, and always with a smile. It's so nice to find a restaurant where you feel so welcome and where the staff takes the time to attend to the customers. In short, a fantastic place in Le Havre that I highly recommend. Whether you're looking for a quiet meal, a get-together with friends, or a family dinner, Miyaki is an excellent choice.
