25/09/2024: As a food geek, always on the lookout for great Japanese cuisine, this was one of my best ramen experiences. I will definitely return to this place when I come back to Bordeaux.

Impossible to order takeaway... A categorical no from the chef..., I don't rate the cuisine as I wasn't able to try it as a result 😅 Sayonara

croissants in the morning, meals at lunchtime, small cakes (and even big ones) in the afternoon and a last loaf of bread coming out of the oven before closing at 8 p.m.
Everything is excellent. Few establishments combine quality and quantity.
All the staff are pleasant and efficient even if I admit a weakness for Princess… Yes yes…

I come there several times a year, and the quality is always there, a real treat. Whether it's California rolls, salmon tartare, coleslaw, skewers, nothing to complain about, quality products straight from the kitchen.
My daughter loves the idea of dishes passing by on a conveyor belt, everyone enjoys what they like! And the mango for dessert, excellent, we ate there this evening and I would definitely go back!

26/02/2025: Disappointing services. Cold owners upon reception, no smile, very little dialogue. Slow service, the team chats between two plates. I only ate half of my order, the salmon was just chilled. Toilets degraded and not reconditioned even when asking for toilet paper.
