24/02/2026: I just ordered through Deliveroo and found an OPEN staple in my miso soup!!! How is that possible when there's a lid on the soup?? It was put in there by your restaurant! This is unacceptable! What could have happened if my 5-year-old son had swallowed the staple along with his soup?!? I will never order from you again and I urge other customers to be very careful; a tragedy can happen so easily!

12/02/2026: Very disappointed, I regularly order from this store, but I think I'm going to stop altogether. I ordered two sweet soy sauces with the dish I ordered, only to receive neither of these sauces and instead receive a sauce that turns out to be oil. This is unacceptable.

06/03/2026: We came as a family and started with a delicious miso soup and a well-seasoned cabbage salad. Unfortunately, the rest of the meal was disappointing: the raw fish was watery, and the gyozas were cold. Three out of the four of us were sick the next day. It's a shame, because the decor is lovely, and the person who served us was very helpful.

15/02/2026: My boyfriend and I wanted to eat at this restaurant last night for Valentine's Day. The service was slow, and we waited for a good twenty minutes hoping that someone would eventually look at us or give us some attention. Then, some customers arrived well after us and were given immediate attention, even though we were literally seated right in front of the counter, so close our feet were aching. As a result, we left without having been able to try the restaurant because we were simply ignored from beginning to end. This is unacceptable. I can understand that service might be busy for a holiday, but customer service is also part of the job. If you were overwhelmed, simply informing us would have been great, but I cannot tolerate such a lack of respect.

15/12/2025: A peaceful, subdued atmosphere greets you upon entering the restaurant. The chef prepares the dishes right in front of you as soon as you're seated at the counter. The ingredients are fresh, prepared with care and speed. The dining room is small but welcoming, and the service is excellent.

10/03/2026: This used to be my favorite sushi restaurant in the neighborhood, but I get the feeling the owners have changed. I ordered two boxes of sushi (16 pieces) and was only given two soy sauces: one salty and one sweet. I asked for an extra salty soy sauce, but they told me they'd already given me two. I find that pretty petty. When you eat in, the sauces are unlimited, so I don't understand this limitation for a takeout order. It's the first time I've ever seen this in a sushi restaurant.

12/03/2026: I've been coming to this restaurant for years and its quality never wavers. It's excellent value for money. I've never been disappointed by an order or a dish. The owners are welcoming and very professional. I recommend it 100%!

23/01/2026: A very generous and delicious meal, not to mention the warm welcome from the restaurant staff; the waiter and owner were always attentive to their customers. I highly recommend it; it's easy to see why. Open since 1988.

28/03/2026: What a shame! As loyal customers, we ordered a delivery, but some items were missing. We called them that same evening to point out the oversight, but received no answer. We called again today, and they accused us of lying. It's truly a pity; the sushi was quite good, but the service was very unfriendly and unaccommodating.

25/03/2026: I discovered what Japanese food truly means; the fish's flavor was so delicate that no sauce was needed to appreciate it. I recommend the eel; I was very surprised by its taste and melt-in-your-mouth texture. For dessert, the sesame mochi was soft and delicious. All this was accompanied by a small glass of plum brandy to aid digestion. The restaurant is small, which makes the experience even more enjoyable.
