28/10/2024: Accueil parfait, chaleureux. Service impeccable. Nourriture excellente, épaule d'agneau et cochon de lait confits, un délice ! Les légumes et polenta en accompagnement étaient également délicieux. Nous y sommes allés 3x en 3 semaines et nous y retournerons la saison prochaine sans hésiter !

05/07/2025: The owner will be able to have a field day and respond to me with "JACOUILLE" style, as he likes to do when he doesn't like the reviews! So here it is: several restaurants huddled together on this street in the old town, all advertising panoramic views and ALL-homemade cuisine (I doubt it for some?). Besides, we didn't make the right choice. The service was decent but completely indifferent, the food was barely decent, with big savings on quality ingredients (Caesar salad). The famous 9-euro FIADONE, which looks like two little fingers, a bit of coulis, and a rosette of whipped cream. I mentioned this to the owner, who replied that he pays "very, very dearly" for Brocciu in the summer: I can assure you, he must buy it at the price of caviar, the poor thing! I come to CORSICA every year, rarely disappointed, but this... NO!!

03/09/2024: Dîner réservé à l’occasion d’un anniversaire. Plats oubliés. Une belle contrefaçon de l’ambiance, des décors et des plats marocains ! Bougie d’anniversaire oubliée. Toilettes immondes. Trop déçus… Heureusement le personnel est gentil.

13/12/2024: Très bonne cuisine. Nous recommandons particulièrement les assiettes shawarma ainsi que le houmous. En revanche, il est dommage qu'à partir de 19h30, bien souvent, l'assiette shawarma ne soit plus disponlible.

06/09/2024: A regrettable experience. I have read many reviews about this store before, and it looks like an authentic Moroccan family restaurant. I arrived at the store at 13:00 on Friday afternoon and ordered the mutton tagine. The mutton had a faint fishy smell, the meat quality was not ideal, and the amount of meat was too small. The fruit didn't have just a hint of sourness or sweetness, there was no fruity aroma, and there was no connection in flavoring between the ingredients in the entire tagine. Maybe this restaurant is famous for its couscous, but the tagine is also a classic dish after all, so it really shouldn't be made like this. In other respects, I don't know why there is no dessert on the menu, but when I finished paying and leaving the store, I saw other customers enjoying their desserts. Also, I'm not sure if other Moroccan restaurants only serve tagine on its own, at least the one I had today only had a solitary tagine, whereas I saw other reviews that at least had it with bread or something.

09/07/2025: I used to come to this restaurant regularly. But yesterday, I was treated unjustifiably. I was a little tired, so I sat down to wait for my order to be taken. I took a small drink out of my bag to drink while I waited. The employee who sees me every time I come in reacted aggressively, asking me to leave without letting me explain or calmly informing me that outside drinks are not allowed. Quickly, another employee intervened to tell me the police were coming and that the owner was very angry. Yet, I hadn't done anything wrong. I remained polite and respectful. All he had to do was tell me nicely, and I would have put my drink away. I won't go to this restaurant again; I'll go somewhere else where respect for the customer is a priority.
