08/05/2026: These Lebanese sandwiches deserve more hype! Such delicious flavors and spices, and so fresh. I had the vegetarian za'atar. Incredibly good. The service was also very friendly.

04/05/2026: I don't know if it's the same team or a new one, but the service has become very slow. The owner's behavior is quite strange. I asked what halal certification they had, and he replied that everything was halal without being able to show me any, which I find rather unsettling. The food isn't what it used to be, nor is the atmosphere, and the service is far too slow—a 30-minute wait for a simple salad. Very disappointed compared to before.

20/05/2026: A very welcoming restaurant. Prices are a bit high, but the quality of the food and service is excellent.

14/05/2026: Eating couscous in Paris was a successful choice. Unfortunately, the lamb couscous was inedible! However, the mechoui couscous was excellent. My water and wine bottles, which were in the bucket, were taken out and placed on the table to free it up for the table of new customers, apparently friends of the waiter. I had to ask for the bill three times. The seating was cramped and there were strong smells.

24/05/2026: The location is very pleasant, but the hotel's amenities are not what you'd expect from a 5-star hotel; moreover, the so-called gourmet restaurant is not up to standard.

The refined and flavorful dishes demonstrate real skill in the kitchen and a masterful command of taste. The attentive and exceptionally kind staff contributes fully to this warm and elegant experience. A wonderful discovery that I wholeheartedly recommend. Bravo to the entire team!

14/05/2026: The restaurant was practically empty at 1 p.m. on a public holiday; we should have known better! The scorpionfish was listed at €44, but the waiter told us it was bigger but cost €65. Admittedly, it was for two people, so we decided to give it a try. The menu stated that each fish dish came with baked potatoes, which we're still waiting for. Then came the fish-carving ceremony, which was quite entertaining to watch. However, what a disappointment! There was very little fish, just a few grilled vegetables. It was nothing worth the price. To top it off, the table was dirty and could have used a wipe down.

15/05/2026: We had dinner at Marius in Barcarès. A very good restaurant; the food is excellent. The service is superb, with very pleasant waitresses. The price of the meal is reasonable. A restaurant worth discovering. I highly recommend it. Well done!
