20/05/2026: I highly recommend this little gem of a restaurant. A very warm welcome from the owner, as if you were being welcomed into their own home. The food was beautifully cooked, full of authentic Tunisian flavours. We had the Couscous Royal and a superb bottle of Moroccan red wine. Finishing with a dessert of Tunisian patisseries along with a refreshing thé a la menthe, served in a traditional Tunisian teapot and glass cup. Thank you for a lovely evening! We hope to return! 24/03/2026: This is my first time to try the Tunisian food, and I’m really impressed by the dishes! I love the taste of the soup and the smoked lamb, all of these are different from the food I’m familiar with! Besides, the waiter who serves the dishes is soooo nice, and I really appreciate it. If you get a chance to visit, just give it a try! It won’t disappoint you!

14/06/2026: This is our second time here. The decor is lovely but could use a refresh. The service was very friendly but a bit slow for a large table. I ordered the couscous with two meats, which was generously portioned but very bland (not salty and not spicy enough) unless you add harissa. The meats were cooked well. For dessert, the gourmet salad was very good. My husband had the tagine with raisins, which was also very good. It's an experience worth having.

The vegetables are seasonal and come from the garden the lady cultivates. Thank you for your delicious food, the quality of your ingredients, and your warm welcome. We highly recommend this place, which is also just steps from the animal farm.

12/07/2026: Excellent service and a fantastic team! The food is superb and the setting is truly beautiful. We ate there twice and the experience was perfect each time: a warm welcome, delicious dishes, and a pleasant atmosphere. I highly recommend this restaurant; we will definitely be back!

07/07/2026: My experience?! How can I put it?! Never had the "pleasure" of trying it out… We were refused an online reservation because we had a baby… so we tried our luck with a takeout order. The order was confirmed in the afternoon, then finally canceled by email at the last minute at 7:15 pm! Since we're patient, we tried again 4 days later, and after 10 minutes of trying, the order was ultimately unsuccessful. A screenshot is attached. I should also mention that takeout orders are cash only… We gave up and ordered a delicious couscous from a competitor, which was significantly cheaper and delicious.

25/05/2026: We had a fantastic meal here – especially the frog legs in garlic and then the sardines – delicious. A real highlight in Calvi. A must-visit!

20/04/2026: A truly enchanting experience! Stepping through Ida's door is like finding the comfort of home. The welcome is incredibly warm and the food is simply delicious, authentic, and generous. You feel right at home, the food is wonderful... You can't wait to go back. I'm especially looking forward to trying the spaghetti and meatballs.
