02/08/2026: Yesterday at lunchtime, we went to a lighting store in the 5th arrondissement. We had been walking for an hour, starting from our son's place (near the Luxembourg Gardens). Feeling thirsty and hungry, we went into the Moroccan restaurant across the street. The waiter seated us in a corner by the windows, facing the street, and brought us two small plates of olives and seasoned potatoes. Since we no longer drink alcohol or sugar, we ordered a large bottle of sparkling water, an Atlas couscous, and a fish tagine. The waiter told us the fish would take half an hour, which we agreed to. Three minutes later, he brought me a plate and removed the small plates, which were still full of olives and potatoes. He left us waiting with our glasses of water and an empty plate for another 20 minutes. Then my husband told the waiter he could bring us the couscous. We could have waited for our food while drinking water and eating some olives. This is petty, the worst we've ever seen. We waited and waited, and finally I was so upset I didn't want to stay anymore. My husband held me back, and when I saw the waiter, I told him so. Well, despite his apologies, I won't be coming back. My day was ruined.

18/06/2026: A small but beautifully decorated restaurant that deserves to be more popular and better known in Carcassonne. Authentic Moroccan cuisine, delicious and very reasonably priced. The welcome and service were also impeccable, pleasant, polite, and discreet. The only reason I'm not giving it 5 stars is that the portions are a little small, at least for the tagines. We would have liked a larger plate. Nevertheless, we will gladly return, also to try the appetizers that looked so tempting! Thank you to Les Délices de Tétouan.

31/05/2026: I discovered this restaurant, which is unfortunately located on a quiet street. I'm a regular customer, and what I can say is that the food is excellent, very generous, and the service is welcoming… as a couscous and tagine enthusiast… I highly recommend this restaurant.

26/05/2026: Don't be put off by the exterior; the real charm is inside: very friendly staff, clean and functional room and bathroom, excellent and original cuisine, a generous and varied breakfast, and impeccable spa treatments. We loved our three days at this hotel. We'll gladly return.

21/05/2026: We had a truly heavenly stay at La Villa Borghese. The decor might be a little dated, but that's precisely what gives the establishment its charm and authenticity. The restaurant, La Table de Pauline, is simply excellent, worthy of a fine dining establishment: refined, sophisticated cuisine bursting with flavor. The staff is incredibly kind, attentive, and highly professional, which makes the stay even more enjoyable. Special mention goes to the new, very spacious wellness area, where expert professionals provide divine massages. A truly relaxing and rejuvenating experience. An address we wholeheartedly recommend for a stay focused on well-being and serenity.

11/05/2026: It had been a long time since I'd been to a brasserie. Frankly, I was very disappointed. The older woman was very bitter (you could tell she wasn't happy, probably with a lot of personal problems). She was talking very loudly in the restaurant while the bartender spoke to her quietly. I heard her tell her colleague she was going to finish her cigarette, but it was 11:59, I was ready to place my order, and I had an exam in an hour. The only nice person was the younger waitress, who smiled when she brought my food and sincerely wished me a good meal. I ordered a vegetarian burger—seriously, it was AWFUL. Don't order it; you'll be disappointed! At the end of the meal, this same "older" woman took my money without asking if I'd enjoyed my meal, without even a smile. A very bad experience; I sincerely hope I came on the wrong day...

29/07/2026: I STRONGLY advise against going to this restaurant. It wasn't even open when I arrived, even though I had booked two weeks in advance! I'm very disappointed and I won't be going back. Of course, no one was answering the phone.

10/08/2026: I didn't like the fact that we ate a slice of meat about 6 cm in diameter (for €35) and that the waiters were rude and didn't answer when you called them. I don't recommend it at all.

20/07/2026: Craving couscous this Saturday evening, and with few options, we decided to go to this restaurant. The temperature inside was already close to 35 degrees Celsius, and the atmosphere was one of decay. We ordered two couscous dishes, and frankly, it was a disaster. Too salty, watery sauce, dry and tasteless couscous. The worst part was the precooked meat: reheated chicken and merguez sausages that were inedible, so bad. We cut our visit short as quickly as possible and headed to the bar to pay. That's when a nauseating stench wafted from behind us—a mix of rot and decaying flesh. It was horrifying. Never again! I strongly advise against this dilapidated place.
