27/08/2026: Excellent service. The food was very good and very accommodating (I asked for a few changes to my dish, which were perfectly executed). Thank you so much for your hospitality. The butcher's cut was exactly to my liking. My revisited mixed dish 😜 was perfect. The ingredients are fresh. Only. A first for my discerning palate: sheep's milk merguez sausage. Cooked perfectly. The foie gras and gingerbread were very, very good. In short, I recommend their white Chardonnay. Dry with a lovely bouquet. And let's not forget the special mention for the location. Calm. Pretty. Beautiful. Right on the canal, practically in the water. A wonderful experience. Highly recommended.

27/08/2026: Very nice restaurant offering seasonal products. All very fresh Service was a little slow on a busy day but enjoyed the food when it arrived. Scenery in outdoor seating area is worth booking in advance for.

18/07/2026: The waitress was friendly, but the food (grilled meats) was disappointing. The kefta was too salty, lacked flavor, and the portions were small. The semolina supplement was very small for the price. There were few customers, but the service was slow. Overall, it wasn't worth the price. The decor was original.

22/08/2026: 2025: Very good meal, excellent value for money. The portions are generous and the prices very reasonable. Pleasant service. The only downside was a very unpleasant draft coming from the restrooms; the table next to us was also bothered by it. 2026: The meal was still excellent, nothing to complain about; this restaurant has the best couscous in the area. A minor issue was the plates, which were all broken, sometimes quite badly... The waitress was very pleasant but lacked a bit of energy.

18/09/2026: Extremely unpleasant service. I've rarely seen such an unfriendly waiter. Paris has no shortage of small, natural wine bars, so you might as well go somewhere else!

21/08/2026: ★★★★★ Évasion at CAP3000 is one of those rare restaurants where the setting could easily steal the show — yet the food genuinely holds its own. The atmosphere is quite exceptional. Open-air dining, the Mediterranean stretching out in front of you, and that effortless Côte d’Azur feeling make it a place where you immediately want to stay longer than planned. Around sunset, it becomes particularly special. The beef tartare was the highlight: beautifully fresh, well seasoned and properly balanced, with enough character to make it memorable without overwhelming the quality of the meat. It’s the kind of dish that sounds simple on a menu but tells you very quickly whether a kitchen knows what it is doing. The cocktail selection deserves a mention of its own. There is a genuinely good choice rather than the predictable handful of classics, and the drinks we tried were well made, balanced and presented with the same attention as the food. Perfect for the setting. Service was equally pleasant — warm, attentive and natural, with English-speaking staff, which made everything particularly easy and relaxed. Great food, excellent cocktails and an atmosphere that is honestly difficult to beat in CAP3000. Évasion feels less like having dinner in a shopping centre and more like discovering a Mediterranean terrace somewhere along the Riviera. An easy five stars.

We came for dinner and fell in love with the atmosphere — sea views, open air, cocktails and that gorgeous Riviera feeling. ✨ The food was excellent, especially the beef tartare, which was fresh, delicate and perfectly seasoned. I also loved the cocktail menu — lots of choice and everything we tried was beautifully made. The staff were so warm and welcoming, and speaking English was no problem at all. A really lovely evening from beginning to end. 🤍

08/05/2026: All-you-can-eat couscous (cool concept) With a unique and super friendly chef. The place is a bit dated, but the food is good. The mint tea is excellent. A little bit of decoration and renovation would make it perfect.
