03/01/2026: Reservation made through The Fork but the restaurant is closed, despite reviews for December 31st, strange, luckily we were able to find another restaurant
01/01/2026: We made a reservation a week in advance using the 50% discount on the à la carte menu advertised on TheFork.
The restaurant only informed us that morning of a set menu for December 31st, with no à la carte options available.
This information was not provided at the time of booking.
We therefore cancelled.

17/05/2026: Incompetent and disorganized. Return flight from Figari to Caen, Corsica. Over an hour and fifteen minutes to check our luggage, apparently due to a problem with the conveyor belt and computer, but no announcement was made. In the end, our luggage wasn't loaded onto the plane. No one informed Caen airport. The cabin crew, who should certainly have been aware of the situation, didn't inform us either... the suitcases might arrive in a week, and we'll have to come and collect them in Caen, a four-hour round trip.
16/05/2026: Flight cancelled at the last minute, so far so good, safety first. After a two-hour wait, two seats finally became available. After 10 minutes, we were asked to give up our seats to two supposedly disabled people who only stayed for five minutes. Like many others, I lay down on the stopped baggage carousel. Suddenly, without any warning, the carousels started moving again. I've had back pain ever since, and I suffer from rheumatoid arthritis. Thanks to the staff at the Corsican Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

Special mention for the spa, truly excellent.
21/04/2026: I wish to express my incomprehension and profound dissatisfaction regarding the 5-star rating given to this establishment.
For €500 per night, the service provided is far from adequate and in no way justifies this price.
The problems encountered are numerous:
Persistent musty smell and damp patches on the ceiling;
Very inadequate cleaning: dust and fingerprints on the bathroom mirror;
Toilet paper already used, which is unacceptable in a hotel of this standard;
Lack of bathrobes and basic towels, unworthy of a 5-star hotel;
Completely damaged bedroom door and deteriorated mosquito net, no longer functioning properly;
Poorly maintained common areas, revealing a general lack of upkeep;
A bottle of water was "forgotten" in the evening, which is a basic courtesy in this type of establishment;
Non-existent soundproofing: you can clearly hear the neighboring rooms;
The noise from the blower/machine directly into our room is particularly disturbing in the evening and incompatible with a relaxing stay.
As for the restaurant, the food is decent but nothing exceptional, certainly not up to the expected standard of a supposedly upscale establishment.
While one can understand the desire to offer an "authentic" or "Camargue" style, this in no way excuses such a level of carelessness.
The gap between the advertised standard and the reality is far too wide.
If you are looking for a truly high-end experience, it's best to avoid this establishment.
The surrounding area is pleasant, but this in no way compensates for the disappointing quality of the accommodation and services.

21/02/2026: The food was delicious, it wasn't too salty and the flavors were unique. The service was friendly and helpful, and we had a nice chat. We were able to share dishes between the four of us.
21/02/2026: The prices are exorbitant for a Greek restaurant! I arrived in the 5th arrondissement 6 years ago, and the prices were typical for the area (very touristy). The quality has remained the same, or even decreased slightly.

04/04/2026: We came to this restaurant because we had excellent memories of it a few years ago. But what a disappointment! The waitress was smiling, but a man who could be assumed to be the owner arrived after us, ignored the other diners, and stayed behind the kitchen in his street clothes. Our dishes—royal couscous and lamb couscous—came with undercooked merguez sausages, pan-fried but raw, lots of semolina, a single piece of carrot, a turnip, and tasteless broth in a tiny bowl. There was absolutely no attention to the service, no checking if everything was alright, no one to ask if we needed anything. That evening there were seven people. Previously, we had cumin-spiced chickpeas as a welcome drink (not canned), and tea at the end of the meal. This time, nothing at all. We paid but received neither a thank you nor a good evening. We will not be returning. We are from the area and will not be going back.

11/03/2026: Mixed experience... The couscous was good and plentiful, however, the pastries, clearly not made on-site, were expensive for their mass-produced, cardboard-like quality... The dining room was uncomfortable due to poor ventilation; condensation streamed from the windows, making it stiflingly hot. The welcome was warm and the service attentive.

The menu is way overpriced.

17/05/2026: Very disappointed with my stay at the hotel.
I wasn't informed that part of the hotel had been reserved for a party. I would have appreciated it, as I certainly wouldn't have booked otherwise, since I was looking for peace and relaxation.
- Upon arrival, I noticed that one of the hotel's green spaces had been taken over for an outdoor activity with the children from the party. Children's jackets were draped over the signs, and an entertainer was shouting very loudly. It would have been more respectful to individual guests not to hold this type of activity in the common areas.
- The spa was very dirty and in a state of near-chaotic disarray; I've never seen anything like it. More than a dozen children were present and had clearly taken over the space, with no supervision or consideration for the other guests: towels and belongings were scattered on the floor, and there was water everywhere. What was supposed to be a relaxing moment turned into a struggle to get a spot in the jacuzzi or even just to swim in peace.
- The in-room breakfast is not up to 4-star standards; it's neither substantial enough nor of high quality.
I won't be returning. I felt like I was staying in a holiday resort, not a 4-star hotel. It's a shame, because the room has been tastefully renovated and the hotel's lush green surroundings are very pleasant.

13/03/2026: Just passing through for a drink, minimal service, not very welcoming. A €5 glass of wine containing two sips, no offer of ice cubes, not even peanuts like at other places.
23/02/2026: A very bad experience. We waited over 50 minutes for our order, which was just two crepes and two drinks. Upon arrival, the problems piled up: an ant in the Orangina glass, a very dirty teacup, and visible dust in the water.
As for the crepes, they arrived cold, dry, and with very little filling. Slow service and a serious lack of hygiene.

15/12/2025: There were hardly any people there when we tried a cocktail during happy hour. €7 for a mojito—you wonder where the happy hour is, but honestly, I've never seen such a bad cocktail. Big ice cubes instead of crushed ice, no rum. That's an expensive virgin mojito. The place is nice, but the quality is poor. It's a shame to try and cut corners when there's hardly anyone there. In short, there are better options at the port, like Oasis, which serves admittedly more expensive cocktails, but the presentation is much better!
Edit: You can try to muddy the waters all you want. A mojito is never served with big ice cubes. Perhaps you should hire qualified staff or train them. I simply think it's more profitable for you to minimize the quantities. You have a 3.9/5 rating, which is really average. Surprisingly, for someone who seems to be the only one complaining, many of us find the cocktails tasteless and the service subpar. Unfortunately, this business isn't for everyone!
02/09/2025: The bar is a bit old, especially the furniture outside, and the wait to be served is very long and you have to pay inside the bar. However, the drinks are cheap. It's also shameful that it closes on September 1st, as there are plenty of holidaymakers in September.
