08/11/2025: Shameful! I made a reservation for my birthday, it was confirmed, so I arrived on time and on the day I booked, only to find the restaurant closed. There were no signs, no posts on their Instagram mentioning the closure, especially since the reservation had been confirmed by email and text message. Thanks for ruining my birthday!

27/10/2025: I had reserved a table via the website. Reservation confirmed. We showed up on Sunday, October 26th, and what a surprise. It said "closed." I don't know if it's permanently closed. We had to find another solution. And to top it all off, this morning I received a message asking how my meal went. It's better to laugh about it...

07/03/2026: The more construction there is, the less comfort there is. After the safety check, there are three seats barely adequate for safety. I shudder to think what it's like in peak season. The only positive point is the renovated toilets; it was about time.

20/02/2026: There's no point in leaving a review since they're not verified! So nothing improves, and yet there's so much work to be done!

02/03/2026: Avoid at all costs. A blatant difference in treatment on several visits. Even today, the service was rushed and disrespectful, while previous customers received normal attention. Unfortunately, this isn't an isolated incident. The welcome is cold and the feeling of unease is a recurring theme. The quality of the food isn't enough to compensate for this obvious lack of consideration. A restaurant isn't just about the food; it's also about respect and equal service. Very disappointing.

19/02/2026: We did wonder why the place was almost empty when we walked in on a weekend evening. We found out after being served. The service staff isn't friendly. They are very transactional and the dishes do not taste very Lebanese either. But yes if you just want to sit in an indoor clean space in such a busy area for some time even if it means paying a moderate amount of money for bland food, this place could be one of the options.

23/12/2025: We stood in front of the empty, closed restaurant because our reservation had been cancelled at the very last minute without any explanation.

06/03/2026: This food was absolutely terrible, expensive and awful. 37 euros for a plate of tiny mussels the size of a fingernail and some passable oysters—that would have been enough for a whole bunch at other restaurants. I chose this place because the owner was very friendly and they had a Chinese menu. And it was warmer outside. But seriously, don't come here. It's just a place to pick up passengers. The service was good, but the food was bad and expensive. Garbage, garbage! I was so angry I couldn't sleep last night. We only came here for late-night snacks. Even I thought it was bad.

03/02/2026: Welcome. The dishes chosen by the customers are ordered from the kitchen by shouting them out. Several times. We also get the local newspaper to comment on taxes... They complain more about the weather than they serve the customers. Constant customer complaints. The pizza is acceptable. It's not far from a kitchen nightmare. C

I thank them very much for their efforts for the good of our planet 🙏🏼♻️🌎 🆑And their seafood menu, with a seafood platter and a mixed fish grill, is excellent and generously portioned 😋. The Mexican pizza is also generous and delicious 🙏🏼😋 (oops, didn't take a picture).

15/02/2026: A very pleasant place with a smiling and humorous waiter. Special mention for the restrooms, which are clean and modern…a welcome change from all the other bars around! We'll be back.

19/02/2026: I don't know where to begin. I'm not usually one to give my opinion, but this is truly shocking in terms of hygiene. I went to this restaurant with my wife because it was open in the mid-afternoon, around 4 pm. The tables weren't cleaned; we were seated at a dirty table covered in the previous customer's leftovers. And don't even get me started on the floor at our feet: fries, salad crumbs! The toilets had no toilet paper, were full of urine, the doors were dirty, and it stank of sewage. And when you order the main courses, which cost almost €20 a plate, you're served frozen food. Only the outside is warm; the inside is frozen and tasteless. The man offered us a mechouia salad while we waited for our main courses without telling us it was extra. The vegetables and meat were rubbery, impossible to chew, and the sauces were acidic. The seafood was like cardboard, tasteless and impossible to chew! We ordered three main courses plus the mechouia salad that was offered and charged to us. The three dishes, worth €58, were inedible, so we only managed to eat three spoonfuls. No bread or water was served; we had to ask for it, as if we were asking too much. We left hungry and had to grab a sandwich at the snack bar further down the road. We hope we don't get sick because that same evening I still had a sour taste in my mouth. I don't know what the health inspectors are doing, but it's crucial that they inspect this restaurant and bring it up to hygiene standards out of respect for their customers!

15/02/2026: AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Day after day the quality is declining. Yesterday we ordered three different dishes. The waiter brought each dish 10 minutes apart, and he made a mistake with the last one and offered no apology. And the prices have absolutely nothing to do with the quality.

11/03/2026: We were a group of 70 people and spent a weekend in Briançon thanks the help and advice of Serre Chevalier reservation organization which helps us in any step. This is the second year (last year we were 100) that we ask help to Serre Chevalier organization and every year we found professionality and efficience. I think that Serre Chevalier Valley is the greatest place for group offering many activities and very well organized and Serre Chevaleri Organization is over the Top! See you next year!!!

18/12/2025: After booking accommodation for February in October, I had to cancel five days later due to date conflicts. The platform refused to refund my deposit of over €300 because the owner didn't want to. Finally, the platform contacted me two months later to inform me that the apartment had been re-let, and they refunded my deposit. Thank you to them.

21/10/2025: If I could give a minus I would. I bought a drink and sat outside. I then got told to leave, my drink was to go? But he never told me that. And there were many spare seats. Stay clear of this place. And the guy was so rude!!

10/09/2025: The prices were even fair compared to other establishments, but the coffee and no service from the gentleman behind the counter is terrible. He tried to cheat us out of €20 and charge the same table twice, when we tried to explain the mistake he acted crazy. Luckily his colleague was there who understood the problem and refunded our money. All praise for her, I think she is the manager there, but mostly the waiters.
