15/09/2024: Dishes that are more than respectable, very and copious, a great discovery. We will come back with friends on motorbikes for sure!

03/09/2024: Go on your way... Passing through the region one Sunday we stopped to eat in this pretty place which has a beautiful terrace. The Sunday menu was a very expensive obligatory buffet at €32 per person. We were very disappointed by the quality of the dishes served, all very mediocre, such as the Flemish carbonnade which had a burnt taste, probably from being reheated. The desserts seemed tasteless to us. The dishes are all mismatched. Only the beer was good. The staff, however, are very friendly.

23/11/2024: A beautiful, cozy/trendy establishment which offers, during the week, a high-calorie daily menu (like this generous sauerkraut), with dessert, drinks, for a "worker" price. For dessert, I recommend the "house" waffle. The service is efficient, although there may be a "bug" if two different people serve the same table.

06/12/2025: Hello, Why offer delivery options on Uber Eats if orders are constantly being canceled? Update your delivery area; it's simpler.

14/11/2025: The gentleman was very friendly. The beef and Boursin pizza was very good but could have used a bit more meat. Edit Nov 2025: For a change, I ordered a burger, and for less than €12, there's simply no comparison between the taste and the speed of service! Between paying €25 for cardboard at McDonald's or €16 for a decent burger at Rapid, albeit smaller and more expensive, I think Chicano offers the perfect value for money.

01/09/2024: This establishment offers daily salads for...nothing (no protein) for €22. It is excessively expensive for the street (best salads at €12 fifty meters further up) and for the area. The rest of the dishes are to match (Paris prices for quality - mediocre - equal to that of the capital). No point going there, if not for the friendliness of the service.

30/08/2024: Burnt truffade, inedible. We left quickly, after reporting it.

08/01/2026: A very disappointing experience at Auberge du Piory (Joserand). Upon our arrival, while it was snowing and freezing outside, the waitress made inappropriate remarks, offering a cold welcome and an irritated, disillusioned attitude. When I asked for the menu, I was told there was only one set menu, without the waitress being able to explain what it consisted of. The most shocking incident was a hygiene-related one: a customer entered with a dog that urinated right next to me. The waitress downplayed the situation, saying "it wasn't a big deal," and the urine was left on the floor, in the middle of a walkway. Several people stepped in it, and it was spread all the way to the kitchen. Between the lack of professionalism, the unpleasant welcome, and the clearly inadequate hygiene, this was a very bad experience. I will not be returning.

19/11/2025: I discovered this little inn, with its magnificent and very generous family menu. Two truly unique starters, followed by a main course, cheese, and dessert. I visit this unusual place once a month. I booked a weekend for a friend's surprise birthday party—the frog legs and fried food were fantastic! Thank you to the management.

07/01/2026: I came for dinner by chance. I was very well received and the food was excellent.

13/08/2025: A great time spent on a scorching midday... fresh lunch and sublime suggested wine. Special mention for the ice creams and the location in front of the Jacquemart.

21/11/2025: My daughter did a 2-hour test to avoid being paid. In the end, she wasn't hired, and they do this to several people.

17/11/2025: We're not allowed to share a bottle of Coke between two people, frankly I think it's outrageous! €2.90 for a bottle and we can't share it? 😡😡😡

11/12/2025: Very disappointed, the menu was illegible with hidden extras that the waitresses didn't explain. The value for money was very average.

07/12/2025: First time at this restaurant, the food was very good, however, what can I say about the waitresses? My girlfriend and I were mocked by one of the waitresses, which I didn't appreciate at all. That's why I won't be returning, unfortunately, because the food was very good.

13/12/2025: Lovely setting, delicious food. I recommend the sweetbreads with morels and sweet potato purée.

28/07/2025: Really very disappointed. It's not the driver, but the thief. The tall, dark gentleman's kindness needs to be improved. Be sure to arrive around 12 p.m. to pay by meal voucher card, otherwise you can only pay in cash. I doubt there's any tax evasion.

04/07/2025: Very friendly staff, reasonable prices. My burger was good, but the fries... I don't think it was the potatoes used for fries or the wrong brand, because this was one of the rare times I've found bad fries. Mixed reviews of the restaurant.

29/06/2025: This is the second time I've been there and I'm not disappointed at all. The pizzas are very good, the dough is thin, just how I like it. A delight. Highly recommended.

10/06/2025: I haven't tried everything in Riom yet, but so far I think they're the best pizzas...but they're a bit more expensive.
