It's regrettable, especially for a cut of meat that deserves to be cooked properly.

23/06/2026: Hotel booked for my first leg of the GR 30 hike. Lovely hotel in the village center, comfortable and welcoming. The room was very clean, and the bedding was excellent for a good night's sleep. Breakfast was plentiful and varied. The staff was friendly and welcoming. Dinner was eaten in the evening at the restaurant owned by the same person in the village: very good, appetizing food, and the staff was attentive and very welcoming.

I received a very pleasant welcome from both the young woman at the drive-thru and the person who confirmed I could come without any problem. All the best and see you soon.

20/10/2026: Customers are waiting to pay and pick up their orders, but the staff prefers to clean while there are still customers who have been waiting for 30 minutes. I'm waiting for my meal myself, and I see them cleaning in front of everyone instead of taking care of the pending orders. I find this really unprofessional, and it's not right to prioritize cleaning over customer service. I'm usually a very understanding person and I don't usually complain, but this is frankly ridiculous. Waiting 30 minutes for an order while the staff cleans is unacceptable. Especially since I'm not the only one who has to wait.

28/04/2026: Fantastic 2-night stay in a modern mobile home with a furnished terrace (including a griddle). Access to the lake and all the nearby activities is a real bonus. The lovely team is always available, making the stay comfortable in every way!
