18/11/2025: Oh dear!! On my last visit it was completely different, a drop in quality, the room was dangerously empty... I'm sorry but this will be the last time.

20/12/2025: A wonderful discovery. Authentic flavors. Plenty of options, even for vegetarians. I loved the dah boullou with chicken. The mafé and yassa were perfect. The homemade African juices are delicious and exotic. A real treat for the taste buds. As for the prices, they're very affordable: €10 for a main course and €4 for a fruit juice. I highly recommend this restaurant.

09/07/2025: We wanted to try the Buffalo d'Issoire and really 0 disappointments! The service is top notch, waiter and waitress are pleasant as anything and the bartender is welcoming! I highly recommend it, what's more the food is excellent!

09/01/2026: We went for a drink this evening as a couple after the cinema. The waitress dropped her knife and some sausage slipped off the board when she brought it to us. Like a true professional, she apologized, replaced the dropped knife, and replaced the dropped food. Friendly and pleasant, the waitress did a great job. I recommend it and would gladly return; the beers are excellent too.

30/11/2025: We came during a quiet period for a romantic weekend getaway. La Bourboule is a very pretty town with its own unique charm! The hotel is excellent, the staff welcoming, the spa area pleasant (jacuzzi and hammam), and the dinner was delicious!

31/08/2025: While traveling by campervan to Vulcania, we stopped for the night in this square next to a children's playground. We couldn't resist the smell of the pizzas; they were delicious, and the owners were very friendly. I highly recommend them!

14/08/2025: Terrible service and welcome. He laughs in your face when you ask for tea, mockingly replying that if I saw it on Google, I must have misunderstood it and that the menu is 7 years old. In that case, you don't need a Master's degree to update a page on Google. Everyone else does it, I don't see the problem. Even a 10-year-old can do it. Yet I look at the TVs and the menu outside, and it clearly says Coffee or Tea. Furthermore, the prices don't even correlate between the TV display inside and the menu outside. You can really assume that it's misleading to leave outdated prices on an exterior storefront and online when you only see on an old A4 page once you're inside that the sandwiches are all €1 more. I had to pay in cash because credit cards aren't accepted. The manager was unable to provide me with a receipt/sales receipt with VAT for a supposedly broken machine; there were no certified cash registers in operation at the time. He was handling food and naturally picked up the phone to take orders and then take cash from people. What?!?! Are you serious??? That's way too much for a professional. You mentioned vacation; I'm more inclined to call an administrative closure while you get your act together. A word to the wise.

12/08/2024: Au cours d'une cure thermale, nous avons très vite sélectionné cet établissement, nous prenions plaisir à nous arrêter chaque jour, au bar en terrasse ou pour déjeuner. Les patrons très sympathiques sont très professionnels, l'endroit est agréable. La cuisine, à base de produits frais de la région, est au top et les babas au rhum à ne pas manquer... Les assiettes sont copieuses et les tarifs très raisonnables. Nous gardons un très bon souvenir de cette belle brasserie et de ses agréables tenanciers.
