07/09/2025: On Saturday, September 6, 2025, the AOM-TDM association in Auvergne received an extraordinary welcome at the "Pont Pakowski" restaurant in Nonette.
The owner's hospitality, the excellent menu, the chef's surprises, and the staff's friendliness and helpfulness all combined to ensure the members had a wonderful time in keeping with the traditions of the service.
Without exaggeration, we thank you for the quality of your welcome.
We will be back!

29/03/2026: First of all, the staff were very friendly... a lovely owner... and traditional cuisine with generous portions.
We ate very well, enjoying the truffade and charcuterie.
The only slight drawback was the very expensive wine, but that's just my personal opinion, and I highly recommend this establishment.
15/02/2026: For Valentine's Day, we were worried our evening would be noisy and crowded, but not at all! We had a wonderful evening. The food was excellent, and the waitresses were lovely. The children's menu for our 5-year-old daughter was very generous and delicious! Our fondues were incredible too! I highly recommend it! Thank you for this wonderful discovery.

28/03/2026: We had a business lunch. I didn't enjoy the appetizer, the main course, or the dessert; it's the first time this has happened to me in a Michelin-starred restaurant. Furthermore, the service was, to say the least, unwelcoming. I'm disappointed.
17/03/2026: A perfect dinner with a friend... from the very warm welcome to the courteous and precise service, the cuisine was as beautiful as it was inventive, a true delight... it felt like tasting works of art... bravo to the whole team.
And excellent value for money.
Thank you again.

20/04/2026: For this shared meal, the members of the Roche Blanche festival committee gathered at Val d'Auzon this Sunday at noon for an excellent meal, accompanied by well-chosen wines and a superb aperitif cocktail.
We received a warm, cheerful, and highly professional welcome. Many thanks also to Marine, who is charming and who perfectly organized the event in a beautiful green setting.
09/04/2026: I hired Domaine du Val d'Auzon to organize my husband's surprise birthday party. We had a wonderful day! I had excellent communication with Marine, with whom I finalized the details of the event beforehand.
On the day itself, the staff communicated well, were attentive to our various requests, and were very friendly. The service was top-notch, and the meal was delicious.
A huge thank you to Domaine du Val d'Auzon for making this day unforgettable.
