25/08/2024: Hello, the owner is very welcoming, shopkeepers, friendly is available, the restaurant is clean overall. Simply good and plentiful food. A small problem with the mojito glass, the lid of which was very rusty but it didn't bother me. A visit is worth it to give you an opinion on a Vietnamese stopover.

20/08/2024: As I had seen in other reviews, this hotel was what we were looking for. tradition and authenticity.
it was beyond our expectations. Chantal and Carl carry at arm's length an establishment like there aren't many left and which will belong to the past if we don't praise them.
Chantal is considerate and very kind, Carl an outstanding cook who makes a point of doing everything himself, homemade is not overused.
we will even remember a simple fried egg prepared by him.
hurry up before they take a well-deserved retirement.

27/01/2025: Very long wait to finally not be able to stay inside because you necessarily had to "choose a dish located on the left side of the menu". I can understand that the restaurant only wants to receive customers who are going to spend a lot, but in this case it must be clearly displayed at the entrance of the restaurant on a sign so that people are aware and do not queue up to nothing (rather than banking on the fact that after an hour in line, people will end up agreeing to spend more than they had planned to finally be able to stay warm).

16/09/2024: Le fait de me traiter de con par derrière ne m'a pas plus pas de bol pour le patron mon homme se trouvait à côté.
Tout ça parce que j'ai confondu la coupelle avec le ticket de caisse pour un cendrier j'étais en train de rêvasser.
Tout à coup le patron s'amène avec un cendrier en le claquant sur la table et me dit ça c'est un cendrier ❗❗
Vraiment désagréable ❗❗
