04/08/2026: The menu is very appealing, with fresh food prepared on-site. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with my visit on August 4th around 8 pm because management left one employee to handle the evening orders alone, which were very numerous. The wait was far too long and it was disheartening to see. Around 8:30 pm, the employee informed us all that she was no longer taking orders on-site because they were about to close. As indicated on the posted hours and on your website, closing time is 10:30 pm, not 9 pm. Shameful.

03/08/2026: Thanks to Gabriel for the work, the poke was exquisite. I thoroughly enjoyed it! Gabriel gave me a very warm welcome; I appreciated his friendly and courteous greeting.

21/05/2026: Hotel very well located in the heart of La Bourboule. A good quality breakfast is available on site. Several restaurants are nearby. The room has been renovated and is well-equipped. The hallways and surrounding area are a bit dated.

29/12/2025: Very clean place, cleaned every morning. Very sophisticated, but one small detail: when you remove the pass, everything that's plugged in shuts off. Apart from that, it's perfect.

Sometimes the service isn't perfect, but it's understandable that a smile isn't always guaranteed when you see some disrespectful customers.

26/08/2026: We spent a night in Picherande while hiking the GR30. This stop was the best of the week: the hosts were incredibly welcoming and eager to please, and the meal was absolutely delicious. They even accommodated my vegetarian diet. The hotel, with its period charm, is very well maintained, very clean, and the bed was very comfortable. We highly recommend it!

26/08/2026: You won't find anything warmer, more welcoming, and more authentic (five generations have lived and worked in this hotel). The owners' kindness is genuine, and we loved the stories of the grandmother (Janine!). Thank you for everything, we wish you all the best. €57 for two people for one night and €10 for breakfast.

26/10/2026: I just went to the brasserie to play the lottery... the waitress was on the phone, and I suppose the owner only serves at the bar. I waited a good five minutes. The owner mumbled to her that I was there... she went over and put a sign in front of my eyes that said "temporarily closed." I was stunned by this lack of respect and contempt for the customer. Madam, don't forget that it's the customers who keep your establishment in business!

13/07/2026: The waitress wasn't very pleasant! I asked her for information about the dish, saying it wouldn't be too much trouble, and she said yes!!! So she was bothered to give me information about a dish she knew absolutely nothing about!! The servers need training because we pay for a meal but also for service. As for the meat, it was decent, and it wasn't fries like the waitress told us—she puts out frozen potatoes... The owner was friendly.
