08/02/2026: We ordered pho soup, but the noodles weren't cooked, and the soup was too greasy. We asked the woman to recook the noodles, but they went back in the microwave—inedible. If I had to, I'd give zero stars. We'll never go back.

13/01/2026: We had a very pleasant time at Kim Oanh restaurant. The food was good, the service was friendly, and the imperial beef was a generous portion. Excellent value for money.

23/02/2026: This is the second time this restaurant has given us a very quick welcome with our Jack Russell and our greyhound, and frankly, I don't understand the negative reviews... Friendly welcome and normal value for money... It's a group of young people, and frankly, we were well received...

21/02/2026: Thank you to 1886 for this wonderful experience. The team was particularly pleasant; there were eight of us, including a small dog. The service was excellent and very quick. We will gladly return.

05/02/2026: Hello I stayed two nights at the Campanile Sud Aubière in Clermont-Ferrand. I had requested a double bed but ended up with two single beds. I went back to reception, and the person there was very professional and changed my room. I feel the quality has declined compared to my previous impression of the Campanile brand. The room is outdated, the TV only works on a few channels, and the breakfast isn't very substantial; for example, there's no fruit. The price doesn't reflect the quality of the service, but this doesn't detract from the staff's friendliness. Sincerely, Mr. Franck Rassant

17/01/2026: Early in the morning, the cleaning staff entered the room without waiting for our permission (at 8 a.m., if you hadn't already realized you needed to leave...). The hotel service was deplorable, both in terms of cleanliness (shower grout, bed) and hospitality: a simple hello or goodbye is inexpensive and professional! A doorbell at reception would also be a worthwhile investment, or even just a brief note to explain why you're waiting for over 15 minutes with no one at reception. At this price, and given the quality of service, you're better off going across the street...

11/12/2025: Avoid this place if you're having a package delivered. I didn't receive mine because they claimed it was buried under a pile of packages. Clearly, they're just too lazy.

10/12/2025: I came to pick up a package, and since they don't know how to organize themselves, I left without it, even though it was an urgent package.

28/01/2026: I came to eat a pizza at lunchtime today, a Sancy pizza which was made in barely 5 minutes and was absolutely delicious. The gentleman who runs the kiosk was very friendly. I highly recommend it!

22/02/2026: What a surprise to find ourselves back in the 1990s! Nothing has changed. Same decor, same bathroom. It's high time they brought it up to date. As for the food, it was bland. The buildings are in a deplorable state. It's a shame, but we won't be returning to the Campanile.

18/02/2026: A stay at the Campanile in Thiers followed a certain internal logic. The bathroom was marred by visible mold on the walls, grout, and behind the towels, creating a constantly damp atmosphere. While the bathroom did have heating, its switch moved freely and wasn't connected to anything, rendering any attempt to turn it on futile, even in cold weather. Overall, this demonstrates a particularly questionable level of maintenance and consideration for guest comfort. Not recommended.

15/01/2026: We came over a year ago and found the pizzas good, but this time we were very disappointed. There are only standing tables. We were with our 2-year-old daughter, and we found ourselves without a suitable high chair or baby seat, and without any children's food. They didn't even offer us a carafe of water. In short, we were really disappointed; we won't be back.

07/02/2026: The waffles are generously filled with Nutella, and the whipped cream is plentiful!

15/11/2025: We had a great time. The staff were very friendly, the burger and Caesar salad were delicious, and the prices were reasonable.

29/11/2025: We just stopped by the bar for a coffee and a crepe, the interior is nice and cozy, the gentleman who served us was kind and polite, that's all we asked for so thank you.

22/11/2025: At the beginning of September, we stopped for a drink... a glass of wine and a rosé for 7.5 euros! Luckily, it wasn't August anymore 😄

06/03/2026: Visited today. The owner has a great sense of humor, and the young woman serving was very kind and attentive. The menu was much appreciated (special mention for the homemade red wine sauce), and we also wanted to acknowledge the chef. A very pleasant experience; we'll be back! (Price shown below includes aperitif, meal, wine, and coffee.)

29/10/2025: Honestly, I don't understand the negative reviews I've read on Google... For us, Cyrano has always been a very good experience! The owner and waitress are always pleasant and welcoming, and we've never had the slightest problem. The dishes are excellent, well-presented, and plentiful. Regarding the prices, yes, it's perhaps a little more expensive than a large chain, but that's also normal: we're lucky to have a truly quality little restaurant right in the center of Billom, with fresh produce and friendly service—and that comes at a price. In short: a warm place, where you eat well and are always well received. I recommend it without hesitation!

06/03/2026: I don't usually post negative reviews, but this time... First time at this bakery, and a serious lack of professionalism from the blonde saleswoman. When I asked a few questions about the meal deals, her response was cold, nonchalant, and very amateurish. Surprised to find myself paying a different price than I thought I'd seen, I asked. She took out the small price list: "What does it say here?" "Oh, 7.50, yes, sorry." "And how much did you pay?!" Okay... A bizarre conversation ensued: the saleswoman said, "Goodbye, see you soon" (even though I was eating in). "Oh, sorry, but I'm eating here." "WELL, I HAVE THE RIGHT TO TALK TO YOU, SIR." Uh...OK... The food was decent. In short, no need to describe the atmosphere any further...

21/12/2025: I ordered a sandwich thinking it would be normal, but I ended up with a tiny but well-made sandwich at a full price... A disgrace.

25/03/2026: I don't recommend it... nothing is fresh! The fries are reheated and really bad; we were only in the restaurant for 5 minutes. And €22 per person is outrageous for the quality... seriously, save your money, you'll thank me.

25/03/2026: HORRIBLE! The hygiene and quality are deplorable. The food had been sitting there for five days, and even the fries and desserts were disgusting. We took a plate and left five minutes after arriving. I've never seen such a disappointing buffet. A single hygiene inspection could get this restaurant shut down. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!

08/03/2026: The dishes are not very sophisticated, but we had a nice time having lunch in the sun, enjoying an onion omelet with ham and cheese.

24/02/2026: October 2025: Drive-thru order: mistake on the sandwich and a drink. I only realized it when I checked and got home; the three desserts from the three Happy Meals were missing. It's all well and good to want to be quick, but you also have to know how to do things right! Two months later, the toys were forgotten. Today, February 24, 2026, the fries were missing from both meals. One mistake can happen, but almost every time is outrageous!

15/02/2026: Takeout order tonight: nuggets, reheated, cooked and reheated, cold fries, inedible. At some point, I think it's time to stop. Goodbye forever.

09/03/2026: A group of eight, including children, arrived at 1 p.m. The aisle was rather empty. We each got a sandwich/panini, a dessert, and for those with bigger appetites, quiche and pastries as extras. We spent over €100 including drinks, and the only comment we got was: "Next time, call ahead. You practically emptied the aisle; if the managers come by, we'll get yelled at!" We told her she should be happy with the big sale, considering we made do with what was available...🤔 If we hadn't paid, I would have left!

15/02/2026: On Saturday, February 14, 2026, around 1:45 PM, I ate a chicken sandwich and a flan with a can of soda, but most importantly, the pizza I asked them to heat up was something they deliberately forgot. The quality of the dough was questionable; I barely finished the sandwich, so it was almost acceptable. However, the cleanliness of the place was appalling. It was clear there was a problem with the overall cleaning and scrubbing. For a place called "Crousti Pain" (Crousty Bread), they've really fallen from grace. I agree with some of the other comments, and frankly, I'll never set foot in a place like that again. And let's not forget the staff, who were unfriendly and dismissive...🤔🧐🫤🤦!!!!
