10/09/2024: The welcome was normal and pleasant, the room was comfortable and a good coffee machine, I'm not the type to fill myself up and I'm in the building industry but seriously there's no sound insulation for the corridors or for the exterior, so if you're going to work ok but if you want to rest in the morning to escape!!! The technical staff had discussions in the corridor in a loud voice, I was able to follow the conversation badly!!! I would have liked to sleep thank you! Damage !

24/08/2024: A wonderful stay in this hotel, a very warm welcome, waiters, receptionists, perfect, a great view of the Place de Jaude!, full breakfast, sweet and savory, A downside for the too many stairs, so not made for PRMs, you should know that, even if an elevator serves the rooms, per half floor, but I still recommend it, it was great!

02/10/2024: Je suis rentré dans le restaurant, nous sommes installés, puis j’ai juste touché une bouteille au petit doigt et le serveur a été désagréable

18/07/2024: Fabulous pasta and burgers! They went all out when we were stumbling with French language. Really nice staff and nice looking restaurant!

15/09/2024: Très jolie découverte. Accueil soigné , décontracté tout en restant très professionnel. Cuisine raffinée, pétillante et maîtrisée. Nous étions en famille et avons passé un excellent moment.

03/09/2024: Tout simplement parfait. Amatrice de viande rouge je n' ai jamais mangé un filet de boeuf aussi fondant. Les plats sont originaux tout en étant abordables. Le personnel est serviable et souriant. Bref je reviens très vite!!

07/04/2024: On an Easter Monday in Riom, it was impossible to find a restaurant at lunchtime. So we opted for this takeaway pizzeria, and what a nice surprise: very good pizzas, good homemade dough and we feel that the topping products are of quality. A treat.

Cold reception non-existent welcome salad, 1 tasteless starter and 100g minced steaks in the super minced dish worthy of a child's dish with only 1 side dish knowing that elsewhere it is often unlimited (Buffalo grill) coke for €4 abused in short there are much better elsewhere

24/12/2023: After hours of driving, I just wanted to eat a warm and comforting dish, and this Kebab fulfilled this mission perfectly! The meat is juicy, well cooked, the patty is tasty. The only downside is for the tenders which are a little dry but given how hungry I was that evening, I wouldn't hold it against that! In short, go for it if you want to enjoy a classic but effective kebab!

16/09/2024: Very pleasant and very kind staff, big support to you! But a boss who is nasty to customers and employees, Poorly constructed mixed toilets, with 4 urinals and 1 toilet, no water for washing hands... And the worst is that I go to the toilet, I pee in the urinal so far everything is fine, and the boss opens the door and yells at me in an ultra aggressive way because I didn't lock the door with keys but just question like that? I close the toilet if I'm alone in it, so what are the 4 urinals for? In short... Why not, I'm willing to accept that I should have closed the door but with such a messed up toilet the least I could have done was to tell me kindly... Too bad, very nice employees and good drinks, great price but in fact I can accept being talked to like that, it's a shame.

04/09/2024: Very nice pub brewery. Friendly and efficient servers. It's not great cuisine but very good all the same. Amber beer is excellent

29/09/2024: Mind-blowing... I bought a hotel and spa treatment weekend, for 2 weeks I tried to get the time and day of the treatments during the weekend to organize our stay, no answers! 3 days before our arrival, an email informed me that there was no longer room for our treatments and that my offer was non-refundable. I ask to contact a manager.... No response. Through network and knowledge I obtain the contact of a manager who resolves the problem, but if I had not had this contact, what would have happened?!!! Frozen swimming pool on site, sauna barely heated, thermostat broken. We are told that the problem will be resolved in a few hours while it heats up. The next day swimming pool sauna closed due to sanitation problem. I paid for a thalassotherapy stay and didn't put my ass in the water... I'm delighted. There you go, falling back on alcohol in desperation, the beer tap out of service. An ordinary rum 12 euros. In short, we went above and beyond to obtain a commercial gesture that we got, 25 euros... I cry or I laugh... 315 euros for a spa weekend without a spa is expensive! The hotel is superb on the other hand, our room clean. Excellent breakfast, and the massage was very good. Too bad all that.

28/09/2024: A nightmare. We had booked a spa weekend thinking we would enjoy some time to relax. In the end, unheated swimming pool broken down for 1 week, nothing to satisfy the customer. Spa hammam a smell of sewage in the yellow jacuzzi on the ground and shower out of service. At the swimming pool the drains were yellow from dirt on the ground. The bathroom of the room yellow shower joint, cracked sink and brown drain. Frankly for a Mercury that calls itself SPA it's just unacceptable. The bedroom has the bed facing the window and the TV opposite on the left, very practical. We added a supplement to have a superior room which ultimately overlooks the street and is not clean in the bathroom! Many customers that day were in the same state as us, disappointed! Honestly, run away, keep your money
