20/04/2026: No chestnut cream, no whipped cream. Tea costs more than a beer (5 euros), and yet we're not in the Alps. The waiters are awful. Not a good atmosphere. Don't bother with this bar; it's too expensive and not friendly.

16/04/2026: I would describe the food and service as rather average. The dish took quite a while to arrive. The prices also seemed a bit high considering the quality offered. The service, while adequate, lacked warmth and friendliness. Note that the establishment does not accept restaurant cards.

11/05/2026: It's pointless spending 23 hours on your site; it's 10:24 PM and they're refusing to serve us at our table. The employee of the month is terrible.

07/05/2026: Honestly, when I see some of these comments, it's like people are discovering what fast food is on a Saturday night… I've been coming here for 18 years. Yes, it's not perfect, but let's stop the constant exaggeration. In recent years, there has been real progress: the wait is much shorter, and the staff is generally friendly despite the behavior of some customers. Because before complaining about cleanliness, maybe they should start by not throwing their fries on the floor, leaving their trays like a pigsty, or turning the restrooms into a crime scene. The employees aren't magicians or slaves. And as for order mistakes: yes, they happen. Like everywhere else. Except that, strangely enough, when you report a problem calmly and politely instead of berating the staff as if their life depended on it, things usually go much more smoothly. Personally, if I keep going back after almost two decades, it's because the experience is still decent and you can see that efforts are being made.

15/04/2026: Appalling service, exorbitant prices. Hygiene is barely acceptable. Do these establishments still exist today? And they call themselves culinary professionals? Unfortunately, they are the poor representatives of the last remaining urban businesses. I do not congratulate you!

09/03/2026: A group of eight, including children, arrived at 1 p.m. The aisle was rather empty. We each got a sandwich/panini, a dessert, and for those with bigger appetites, quiche and pastries as extras. We spent over €100 including drinks, and the only comment we got was: "Next time, call ahead. You practically emptied the aisle; if the managers come by, we'll get yelled at!" We told her she should be happy with the big sale, considering we made do with what was available...🤔 If we hadn't paid, I would have left!

26/04/2026: We came in today for drinks with friends. The waiter arrived and dropped the tray of drinks onto my friend's sweater, and a glass landed on the floor. The waiter then placed the dirty glass from the floor back on our table so we could drink from it. We told the waitress that the sweater was stained with Coke, but she responded arrogantly and didn't believe us. They then went to wash it in the dirty bar sink? Having worked in a bar myself, I find this quite inappropriate and unprofessional. To top it all off, after asking for another glass, which arrived still dirty, they said, "With apologies, €17.50, have a nice day." Even the young waitress seemed embarrassed by the rather unpleasant situation.

21/03/2026: The staff were not friendly at all. Absolutely not! A disaster. They were unpleasant to people on the terrace. In short, don't go there.

20/04/2026: The bread is not good, very hard and undercooked. Beyond that, the service is unsatisfactory. The saleswoman was unfriendly and very haughty when asked for advice. I do not recommend this bakery.

08/04/2026: The employee was bitter and didn't even want to work.
