07/07/2025: This place is very pleasant and welcoming, the staff is very professional and pleasant. The food is very good, with very good products and well-served food.
But the music!! The DJ... he ruined everything! Bad remixes all evening, commercial wedding music, and a bland track. A review shared by many customers. Too bad.
Very important: A good clientele.
This establishment is very well-run.
...Well, months have passed since my first review, and things have changed! The place is packed, with only immature kids, boring music... a high school party, there's something for everyone! For me, it'll be somewhere else.
06/07/2025: I couldn't even get in because I had my bag while others had it and went in so it's impossible to say if it's good or not in any case the welcome is deplorable

12/09/2024: Nous etions deux, mon amie a mangé des tripoux. Moi une pizza. Le lendemain,mon amie a eu mal au ventre, dès le matin, le midi, a peine installé dans un autre resto, pas bien du tout, a dû repartir à la maison,sans manger,20 minutes après, vomissements, impossible de se relever,, ambulance, hôpital. Verdict.samonellose. rentrée chez elle, après examens,traitements, docteur, toujours pareil,des semaines durant. Il y a eu un gros soucis je pense. Je n irais plus.

05/12/2024: Good welcome with smiling and friendly servers.
The Milanese escalope was very good, as was the carbonate. The same goes for the panna cota and the peach cruelle.
Special mention to the decaf which is good which is not the case everywhere.
In the end, a very good time. We'll come back!
16/09/2024: Good Milanese escalope with pasta. (15.50€), but some pasta stuck and was undercooked. The bread was quite good. For dessert I had a tiramisu (€6.50), very good and quite generous. The espresso (€1.50) was very good.

03/05/2025: Always been satisfied, however pay attention to hygiene, the waitress who drops a spoon on the floor, taps it with her foot and puts it back in the clean cutlery is quite alarming especially in the dining room, thank you all the same for the welcome, the big one and the little one are always very friendly

27/08/2024: I ordered a steak burger, but there was a big difference between the picture on the menu and the burger I received. In addition, the waiter didn't even try to understand why I wasn't very satisfied. The steak was really small, I felt like I only ordered bread and salad (at least the bread was delicious).

14/09/2024: Spoiled dinner, the waiter having nothing to do with it spent his service apologizing because all the dishes in our order were missing, even the wines
Makes you wonder if you shouldn't finish the leftovers
There was also a problem with the desserts so we gave it up as the limits were exceeded and to close the TPE breakdown and argument in the kitchen it was definitely a lot of no commercial gesture for all the inconveniences caused for our first evening of vacation
Great shame because the only dish we were able to eat was still cod replaced by salmon but the preparation was good
We will avoid this address if we return to Clermont Ferrand

28/09/2024: Dealing with a very unpleasant saleswoman who blows as soon as we ask her for something (in particular to pay separately which does not seem like the end of the world at first glance)
I paid extra (on the largest formula at €9.75) to have a praline brioche. The saleswoman went to the back to give me a brioche that was ridiculously small compared to those on the shelves and extremely dry. I therefore concluded that it was unsold from the day before.
It didn't seem unpleasant to me, it was quite a disappointing method.
17/09/2024: It's much better than a McDonald's, but the friendliness of the waitresses-saleswomen could be improved.

01/12/2024: Professionalism in simplicity (oh that's well said 😜) dozens of delicious products from hot wraps to fruit salad, exceptional friendly service even for a simple coffee and a clean and maintained place, nothing to say there is no need to say go there (a big up for the donuts like on the beach yum)

15/12/2024: An old hotel brought up to date. The welcome is friendly. The hotelier is really nice. The room is almost new and well maintained. The bedding is good and the bathroom is very beautiful and functional. The breakfast is of good quality and the breakfast room is beautiful and bright. I recommend.
16/11/2024: Very unpleasant and cold welcome, with unclear information. The massage times coincide with those of breakfast, which did not allow us to enjoy them peacefully.
The rooms are spacious but aging.
On the other hand, an excellent point for the restaurant: high quality dishes and a service that is the opposite of that of the reception.
Overall, the hotel has great potential, which is unfortunately underexploited.

17/09/2024: Sad drive...A heavily dented coffee can whose lid was not watertight after opening the lid was slipped into the delivery! Shameful and disingenuous. An apology and a refund are the least we can do here. No customer appreciates being mistaken for trash! I had to decant everything before making my coffee. Really not a nice situation...
