11/03/2026: Pretty nice overall, but a few drawbacks. When I arrived at the bungalow, a cupboard door came off in my hand, the screws were loose, there was no light in the fridge, and I nearly hurt myself falling down the last step (everything is wood). It literally ripped off its support, which had rotted away over time. It's just wear and tear that needs addressing with some necessary repairs, I think. A word about the TV: it's the size of a computer monitor and has terrible sound. Apart from that, it's fine. Be careful with the hot water when you turn on the tap, otherwise you're guaranteed to get burned; it's scalding hot. The staff were very friendly and responsive, and all the little problems were resolved quickly. The campsite is quiet, with activities and restaurants nearby. There's also plenty to do and see in the surrounding area. Magnificent scenery, and a lovely walk along the Allier River.

02/03/2026: Camping Le Pré des Laveuses. I've stayed there several times. Well located, quiet, clean, with large pitches. At reception, the charming Sahida welcomes you with a smile and kindness. I recommend this campsite. Laurent

08/03/2026: Reservation for 15 people. The first course was served in a typical Portuguese dish, but the cod was completely cold. We waited an hour. The rest of the meal arrived almost cold as well. (The rice was cold.) The first person served had almost finished eating before the last person was served. The fruit juice was 8 months past its expiration date. As a replacement, we were given juice that had expired a month prior. We hadn't even finished eating when they came to ask us how we were going to pay. They didn't know if we wanted dessert or coffee. The waitress was clearly a beginner. She didn't even know what syrup they had. And don't even get me started on the wine. There was no snack to tide us over during the aperitif. We had to ask for it (they also didn't think to ask if we wanted a starter). I could have understood if they had been overwhelmed with customers, but there were only two other people in the restaurant. So don't go there... For the price, I think you can find better.

13/02/2026: The cod was of poor quality; I only got the carcass. The fries were far too salty. Furthermore, the prices are much too high. The woman was completely lost, both with the service and when it came time to pay. We will not be returning.

07/03/2026: It was a McDonalds. Was it the McMostest McDonalds I’ve ever McBeen to? Perhaps not. But it was fine. I dined. I didn’t expect fine dining. Next time I will order The Product.

12/03/2026: I went to McDonald's Sunday evening to pick up a takeout order at 7:28 PM because there's always a mistake at the drive-thru. I thought, at least this way you have time to check. I ordered a Big Mac with bacon, fries, and a Sprite. I picked up the order, and everything was there. Even the sauce! Great! What a disappointment when I got home and took a bite and there was no bacon. I'm very disappointed! It's always the same; there's always a problem. Something is always missing, or they get fries instead of potatoes, or the sauce, or they don't even have the item they ordered and paid for. I usually don't complain, but this is too much. I've been waiting for the Big Mac with bacon for months because it's only available once a year. I pay extra, and in the end, I'm disappointed. I strongly advise against it, or at least eat in because there you can collect everything you ordered.

09/03/2026: The toilet is locked and has a code. A pretty stupid idea... Otherwise a classic.

22/02/2026: We stayed one night at this hotel. The restaurant was closed during our stay, but the receptionist suggested a nearby restaurant. The room was quite large, with a separate bathroom and toilet. The downside was the hot water. We had to wait several long minutes for ice-cold water to flow before we could get hot water. This is rather disconcerting, especially since the hotel promotes environmental awareness. The bedding was quite basic. Breakfast is an all-you-can-eat buffet with a selection of sweet and savory options. We would say that for one night, we were satisfied.

28/02/2026: We were greeted with a smile, served an inexpensive and very generous French meal, in a rather nostalgic atmosphere, according to the radio! I highly recommend this place.

20/12/2025: The welcome was more than frosty; after two greetings, this charming lady didn't respond, just staring at us for several long seconds without saying a word… We started a conversation, and she replied, with a broad smile, that we were fully booked!

10/03/2026: Tonight I ordered fries with melted cheddar cheese from McDonald's Mozac... I opened my container and what a disappointment 😡... Half the container was empty!! It's a disgrace, considering the price you charge, at least have some respect for your customers 😡😡. I've attached photos of the product shown on the website and of my container... it's much less appealing!!!!

03/03/2026: This hotel is a complete joke, a total rip-off!! The managers are nice enough, but not very efficient… they either don't give you the right information or give it too late. The price is really expensive for what you get!!! First, they make you pay the full price, and then, after you've paid, they tell you that with dinner it's €12 less. Oh really? Excuse me? So I just paid more without dinner!? "Yes, yes, that's perfectly normal, that's how it is here!" they tell me. Oh well, thanks for the info since I just paid… Then I have a list of things they need to improve, since it's a hotel that costs over €100 and breakfast is €14 with nothing more, or even less, than other hotels!! For starters: A small trash can in the room. That would be the idea of ​​the century!!! The shower is tiny, you can't be very strong!! Not enough electrical outlets…. Toaster tongs wouldn't hurt... real coffee worthy of the name, just like their so-called fruit juice... 14 bucks, seriously?! Okay, I'll spare you the details, the list goes on... And on top of that, they can't even be bothered to send you a proper invoice, just a cheap supermarket receipt! This place is a complete disaster!!!

23/10/2025: Close to the town centre which hosts a popular and local market every Thursday with a regional flavour (seasonal fruits and vegetables, charcuterie, cheeses, poultry, dairy products, honey etc.)

13/03/2026: McDonald's is so tired! The person taking orders should get hearing aids. I order a CBO and they give me a CBO Raclette. I order a Best Of and they give me a Maxi Best Of. Honestly, the staff is exhausted. They don't need a PhD to work at McDonald's, and I'm not even talking about waiting for them at the drive-thru! Avoid this exhausting McDonald's at all costs!
