15/08/2026: I've never eaten a dish so salty, to the point where I couldn't even finish it. Considering the price, it's really disappointing. I also had serious doubts about the freshness and taste of the raw salmon in the maki rolls, which definitely doesn't inspire confidence. A very bad experience for me. First and last time.

04/08/2026: The menu is very appealing, with fresh food prepared on-site. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with my visit on August 4th around 8 pm because management left one employee to handle the evening orders alone, which were very numerous. The wait was far too long and it was disheartening to see. Around 8:30 pm, the employee informed us all that she was no longer taking orders on-site because they were about to close. As indicated on the posted hours and on your website, closing time is 10:30 pm, not 9 pm. Shameful.

03/08/2026: I stopped at this restaurant mid-day during a leg of my cycling trip along the Via Allier. An unpretentious restaurant. The food is decent and reasonably priced. It was the only restaurant nearby on the route, and I was ravenous when I stopped.

31/03/2026: We had a wonderful time. Everything was perfect: the service, the quality of the food, even the bread was good (which is rare in restaurants). We will be back.

26/08/2026: We spent a night in Picherande while hiking the GR30. This stop was the best of the week: the hosts were incredibly welcoming and eager to please, and the meal was absolutely delicious. They even accommodated my vegetarian diet. The hotel, with its period charm, is very well maintained, very clean, and the bed was very comfortable. We highly recommend it!

26/08/2026: You won't find anything warmer, more welcoming, and more authentic (five generations have lived and worked in this hotel). The owners' kindness is genuine, and we loved the stories of the grandmother (Janine!). Thank you for everything, we wish you all the best. €57 for two people for one night and €10 for breakfast.

31/07/2026: A restaurant tucked away from the street, not on the main road. Friendly welcome. The menu is limited, there aren't 50 choices, but it features fresh, seasonal produce and is full of flavor. Allergy information is excellent. Nice decor. I recommend it.

23/07/2026: I stopped by this restaurant for lunch between two business meetings. A very warm and pleasant place, I highly recommend it. The food was very refined and the prices were low, the service was perfect and very professional! Well done to the whole team.

31/07/2026: This inn is the first stop on our holiday because it's fantastic. Simple, delicious, and hearty traditional cuisine in a family atmosphere by a stream. I highly recommend it, but be sure to book in advance.

21/07/2026: The wait was far too long. It took far too long to take our order and serve the food. The quality has declined compared to what I've experienced before. However, the waiter was friendly.

19/08/2026: I don't usually leave reviews, but this time the young woman at the counter was unpleasant. To begin with, there was only one person to take orders and clear tables (mission impossible). We were looking for a drinks and waffle menu, so I decided to go directly to the bar to ask. The young woman looked at me as I approached, and she must have been thinking, "What are we doing here?"... judging by her look. I politely asked her for a menu, and she curtly replied, "There's one menu for every two tables; you'll have to find one yourself." Indeed, miss, we did manage to find another bar...

13/08/2026: Hello, We received a warm welcome and were served by a very helpful young redhead. The service was quick and efficient! I recommend the crepes ;) The place is quiet and accessible to everyone.

28/08/2026: A real treat! We had the tartiflette with porcini mushrooms, and I don't remember ever having one so good. The service was quick despite the initial 40-minute wait; we ended up ordering a starter and barely had time to finish it before the main course arrived. The waitress was very friendly, and the decor is lovely. No complaints whatsoever; I highly recommend it.

28/08/2026: Yes, there's a wait for the main courses, but they're so delicious! Trust the menu; it's very generous and will definitely satisfy your appetite!

22/08/2026: If you come to this establishment, ask for a table upstairs; it's less noisy than downstairs. The daily special was very rare veal liver, fries blackened by oil, and a chocolate fondant cut in half on a plate with crème anglaise—a miserable presentation.
