31/08/2024: Very good presentation and warm welcome. I find the prices a little expensive for 6 small tapas. There was a lack of salt, there were 3 of us and we made the same observation on other dishes. As for the flavors, I didn't notice the announced truffle taste. You need to do some more taste research I think. Sorry for this somewhat harsh rating but I think you will be able to correct yourself.

11/10/2024: Meal with colleagues at lunchtime, I loved the atmosphere and decor of the restaurant. Impeccable service and SUPER fast (we had all selected dishes from the daily offering). On the other hand, big downside on the contents of the plate: bland, uninteresting cuisine. Perhaps a selection of à la carte dishes is more sensible :)

11/10/2024: We booked for lunch for a meal with colleagues, the atmosphere was nice and the service was fast and impeccable. On the other hand, a negative point about the cuisine, the dishes were bland and uninteresting.

25/08/2024: Attention Remarkable place! When quality and know-how come together like a bygone era before ugly modernity. Pleasure of the senses, taste, sight. Absolutely delicious food with a divine knight shadow. Restaurant like a museum of tradition. It’s even difficult to understand everything. Traditional room with its faults which make up its qualities. Royal breakfast! My only regret: having arrived in hiking gear, I would have liked a jacquard jacket and a top hat for example… I will definitely come back and don’t hesitate for a moment, it would be a waste of time….

15/08/2024: Visit this hotel before these types of hotels die out with their staff. This hotel cannot be put into the classic star rating grid. It's not about how many towels you have in the bathroom or how long reception is manned. It's about an authentic experience in an old building. Every part of the building shows its past. It is winding, built over centuries around the city wall. Something has been added there, something built in there. The owner is a unique character who puts his heart and soul into running the hotel (and cooking?). Try the menu in the evening. Just be prepared for what's on offer. It will be very tasty. The service is also part of the setting. Simply immerse yourself in a different hotel world. It's worth it. And please don't be so negative. You can also go to a Best Western where everything is standardized, but please don't complain about this gem, which is completely different.

25/11/2024: Disappointed... already by the truffade, with the missing cheese... But according to the waitress that's how we do it in Auvergne, it's necessary miss! the very fine ham which is not Auvergne either, no quantity, in short, then my wife takes the dish of the day Filet mignon pork style with caramel served with tagliatelle.... Sauce too sweet, inedible, the plate left with the tagliatelle, we will not return to this restaurant.

13/11/2024: Very pleasant restaurant, very warm and friendly welcome. Perfect meal, a treat for the taste buds and the eyes. It was a delight. I highly recommend it to lovers of good cuisine.

18/12/2024: I went there with my girlfriend and although we were (coldly) welcomed, no one, and I mean no one, came to see us to take our order, despite more than an hour waiting. Our clothing style being a bit bohemian, I suspect a slight facial appearance, which is quite simply a shame. Too bad, they lost two potential customers, and gained a bad review, but I guess the boss(es) doesn't care, since the money comes in anyway. Easy, when you're in such a good position, but that doesn't mean you don't have to do your job correctly. To avoid if you wear harem pants, therefore, or if you want to be well received and eat well, if other comments are to be believed...

27/11/2024: Passing through Beaumont this afternoon, we went to the tart shop after reading the rave reviews from customers. Well it lived up to the reviews. We ate two medium pizzas there. A treat. We recommend this establishment for its delicious pizzas.

02/09/2024: Lack of empathy and business sense. We booked a week in August. Emergency hospitalized on the way to vacation, we notified the hotel to cancel the first two nights and leave the possibility of re-renting our room. It turns out that the hospitalization lasted more than 10 days, therefore complete cancellation. We would have liked that faced with the situation and our good faith (hospitalization papers sent by email) the hotel and its director showed proof of understanding and empathy and withheld only 30% of the total amount from us or offered us a other dates while they were quick to withdraw the full amount from us and no longer responded to us.

16/08/2024: Terrible! I went to this restaurant for a group dinner relying on the good reviews found on the internet... What a mistake!! I had never eaten in such a bad restaurant, nothing was good except the cheese... And since when do we blame our customers for not finishing their plate...?
