15/09/2024: Truly delicious cuisine with local products and quality service. The people who served us this Sunday in September took great care of us and we felt at home while enjoying our truffade.
We had a great time and were delighted with the choice of this restaurant in the heart of this very beautiful village of Montpeyroux.

Les repas était vraiment une délice et le service était parfait avec des blagues et dans une environnement familiale.
01/11/2024: Warm and welcoming restaurant. All products are local, delicious and in large quantities!!!!! The staff is very friendly and attentive, the decor is original and incredible. The value for money is very good. I recommend anyone passing through this beautiful village to stop at this inn to enjoy it even more.

A bistro that feels like a gastronomic restaurant.

04/09/2024: Sommes des voyageurs qui fonctionnons beaucoup avec TRIPADVISOR pour le choix de nos restaurants.
Et la, nous sommes étonnés de voir que vous êtes 2ème derrière le OUATSOU.
Pour avoir fait les deux ce weekend là, le Bessoi est largement mieux que OUATSOU.
Plats variés, rapport qualité prix plus que correct. Entrée plat dessert pour à peine 21€. Plat du jour à tomber saucisse aligot, saucisse de très très bonne qualité, on s'est régalés.
On recommande et on reviendra

06/09/2024: Passing through Issoire to dine with friends, one of the only places open in the evening in the middle of August, the atmosphere is friendly, despite the high number of tables everyone can enjoy peacefully due to the occupation of the place .
The plates are generous, the flavors are present and the use of local products is a significant plus. (Vegetarian burger for me).
The different waitresses who took care of us were professional, responsive and smiling, that's rare these days, and I would like to thank them for the positive energy they convey, which greatly contributes to enjoying the time spent on place.
To do again!
01/09/2024: Excellent discovery when arriving in the evening in Issoire: restaurant very full inside and out, but fast service and all very friendly. As for the dishes, it's plentiful - and the Guinness is very good! To recommend

Spécialités locales bien maîtrisées pour cette institution du Mont Dore.
Accueil agréable, prix dans la moyenne.
Passage obligatoire pour savourer du local de qualité dans l’assiette.
4/5 pour tout cela (cadre, accueil et plats) mais s’extasier culinairement par des notations à 5 n’est pas justifié tout de même !

24/09/2024: Sulla strada di ritorno in Italia, usciti al casello di Riom, abbiamo scelto l'Envolée per le ottime recensioni. Ci aggiungiamo al coro di lodi: molto cortese e simpatico il personale, molto d'atmosfera l'ambiente. Noi abbiamo scelto, per motivi di tempo, solo un secondo di carne con contorno in cui tutti gli ingredienti erano ottimi. Breve sosta, quindi, che ci sentiamo di consigliare vivamente a tutti coloro che in viaggio si trovassero dalle parti di Riom.

20/08/2024: Globalement très déçus, par rapport à la recommandation qui nous avait été faite !
L’emplacement en terrasse devant une ouverture de sous sol remplie de mégots.
Nous avons pris un apéritif tout à fait classiquement.
Pour le plat il n’y avait plus de poulet d,Auvergne alors qu’il n’était pas 20h !
J’ai alors voulu opter pour du cabillaud risotto à l’encre de seiche, bah non, c’est au curry ce soir…
Les plats sont bons, mais plutôt juste en quantité.
L’addition, c’est au comptoir ! Poli et expéditif !

Tomates pas mûres, sauce aux poivres que je cherche encore et alors le dessert pêche rôti sablé breton.....je ne sais même pas si ça vaut le coup d'en parler...
