10/12/2025: I had a wonderful time at Chante Bise. The restaurant is lovely, and the owners and waiter are delightful, always smiling and attentive. The food was delicious from start to finish (the desserts were to die for, kudos to the chef!). I would definitely go back, whether for the atmosphere, the service, or the food. Thank you again for this wonderful meal!

01/09/2024: There was no wasabi! It's the basis... it's infuriating! Also missing the cutlery and ginger (less important). The wakame salad was not good and although I like it, it clearly lacked freshness. The spring rolls are undercooked: when the dough is still white it lacks crispness. I would also have liked the spring rolls to have salad and mint but that's personal. The coleslaw is good. Decent ravioli, maybe a little more filling is missing. The sushi is good, too bad the wasabi was missing!

26/10/2025: I had the opportunity to eat with colleagues at a late hour, our table was kept for us, we were alone, served like kings, delicious generous pizzas and the desserts are to die for! 10/07/2025: We had a very pleasant lunch at this historic establishment, dating back to 1910. The menu is limited, reflecting the kitchen's dedication to delighting customers. A lunch menu is available at a reasonable price. The service team is attentive, very pleasant, and not intrusive. All of this combined made for an excellent, hearty, and delicious meal. I highly recommend it!

10/07/2025: We arrived at 7:30 p.m. and were seated on the pleasant terrace. When we ordered our food, we went to see the meat in the display case. Between ordering and the arrival of our food, we waited an hour. The dish was supposed to be served with truffade fries and cabbage. The fries were missing, so we asked for them, which arrived, but we had already finished our meal, and what's more, the fries were inedible, overcooked and recooked! In short, the setting was pleasant, the meat was good, but way too expensive, and the service needs to be improved.

Classy, ​​but unpretentious, exquisite, refined, and beautifully presented cuisine, a fine wine selection, discreet yet warm service, a very pleasant dining room, and excellent acoustics. A truly wonderful experience. We'll definitely be back... probably when the weather's nice to try out the terrace!

05/11/2025: Found this restaurant by taking a detour down a side street. A lovely little hidden gem. Exceptional cuisine. Honestly, for €25 more than fast-food chains, it's a no-brainer! Impeccable service, with a warm welcome and equal consideration for everyone. I highly recommend it. Thank you for such a delicious meal at such reasonable prices. Well done!

The cuisine is excellent, from appetizers to dessert including everything I was able to taste, the service as pleasant as possible, the atmosphere is that of any good restaurant where many people meet and the only small flaw What I was able to note is that for a restaurant focusing on regional cuisine, a decoration based on photos of Paris, even if they are superb, does a bit of a job in the setting. Other than that, there is nothing more to say about it, other than: go for it, enjoy yourself, from the tapenade to the aligot through the childhood memory or the rougail which was served as a dish yesterday , none of these dishes is disappointing and each offers a moment-to-moment pleasure. Congratulations to the chef and the entire team working in this restaurant.

28/01/2026: On Sunday, January 25th at 7:15 PM, we went to the restaurant without a reservation. There were two of us, and the restaurant was empty. The waiter, a very unpleasant man, told us that reservations weren't possible because there was supposedly a show on and people usually arrived at the end. So we went to the gaming area and ordered a platter of snacks, which led us to wait for over an hour without anyone else arriving at the restaurant. This waiter simply didn't want to work and used this as an excuse to refuse us service. What a disgrace! Does the casino have too much money to turn away customers at the restaurant? I find this waiter's behavior unacceptable. We won't be eating there again because you must be incredibly unpleasant to work in a casino restaurant.
