08/02/2026: One of the best pizzas I've ever had!! I get takeout, a vegetarian one every time. The pizza is generous and packed with vegetables—it's delicious! 👌 I recommend it 100%!

23/12/2025: Just stick to the pizzas! Between the long wait, the ravioli wasn't good! I ordered Mexican-style ravioli with chicken and ended up with ravioli (probably from a bag), sour cream, and bacon. As for the cocktails, they clearly lack skill in making them. The price is excessive and the quality is lacking!

15/02/2026: A warm welcome, pleasant setting, superb breakfast – highly recommended! And best of all, there's a swimming pool. I recommend this establishment if you're passing through the area.

17/05/2026: Bland food, zero atmosphere, faulty payment system that printed an "abandoned" receipt even though my account had been debited. I had to call the police to leave the restaurant unharmed because the entire staff held me hostage. The cook yelled at me and pushed me, claiming I hadn't paid, despite the obvious evidence that the bill had been settled. Tourists beware!

02/04/2026: We've eaten at Daikichi Sushi several times and it's always been absolutely delicious. The portions are very generous and incredibly flavorful. I highly recommend the Salmon Roll, which is excellent.

16/02/2026: Mama Kitchen in Carré Sénart sells halal meat without informing its customers. I therefore consumed halal meat against my will. In a secular country, it is unacceptable to force this consumption. I will never go back and I will inform everyone about these practices. If you want to eat chicken, it has to be halal; this is not right.

08/02/2026: I had a very bad experience at this restaurant. I do not recommend it. The food was not good: the fries were too greasy, swimming in oil, the salad had very little dressing, and the beef tartare had no flavor. On top of that, the service was very slow; we waited a very long time. Very disappointing.

18/05/2026: A transition period, I hope... I used to come regularly for lunch and a delicious salad or poke bowl, but to my surprise, the salad portion has decreased by 30%. It's still just as good, but only enough for a small appetite. Tea bags are no longer on the menu. I'll come back later. Too expensive for an express meal where you clear your own table... I'm disappointed!

26/04/2026: We had a good night's sleep; the bedding was comfortable, the hotel is charming, and the staff were welcoming and very kind. The only downside was that it was a bit noisy on the street side due to the paving stones laid in front.

They once forgot an item in our order and delivered it with shrimp chips as compensation, which was much appreciated! We really enjoyed it, thank you!

03/04/2026: I'm sharing my experience from last year's candlelight dinner. We had booked online, and it wasn't possible to choose our table. Arriving 20 minutes early, there were two empty tables in the front row. We asked if it was possible to be seated at the first table, but were refused, claiming it was already reserved! This is astonishing because at no point during the booking process was it possible to reserve a specific table location. I strongly suspect the refusal was due to our name… To top it all off, once I got home, I was overcome with violent vomiting, and I won't go into details… food poisoning. You can imagine my anger and disgust with this restaurant, especially considering the price of the meal and the portion size! I do not recommend this place!

22/03/2026: A self-service restaurant located just past the castle ticket offices is very convenient for a break before or after your visit. The place is well-organized, with quick and efficient service, ideal when the grounds are busy. The selection is simple but sufficient for a quick meal, allowing you to enjoy the site without wasting too much time. A practical solution for eating right on-site during your castle visit.

05/03/2026: Traditional cuisine Homemade food Excellent andouillette sausage and the fries were delicious. The little one received a chocolate yule log as a gift from the Milly chocolate shop. And whenever possible and in season, many of the products come from local farmers.

28/11/2025: We went there for the first time and we'll definitely be back! A warm and welcoming restaurant where Corinne gave us a very friendly welcome. The menu is simple and very reasonably priced. We started with a homemade soup to whet our appetites and warm us up, followed by a tender and generous ribeye steak for two with real homemade fries – in short, a delight! And to finish, a delightful array of homemade desserts! See you soon, La Forêt!
