04/07/2025: No customer service. I've been referring clients to this hotel for 8 years. Exceptionally, I had to reserve a room for a client who ultimately canceled, and no action was taken. This is very disappointing, and I would no longer recommend this establishment.

03/07/2025: This review concerns the restaurant exclusively. A dinner organized as part of a seminar and billed at 55 euros (excluding drinks). A so-called seafood casserole with 2 shrimp swimming in a tasteless broth with 2 pieces of zucchini and 3 slices of mushrooms, followed by a sea bass fillet (very industrial) accompanied by a pseudo risotto, all still without taste or seasoning. And to conclude, a pavlova with a meringue as hard as a rock... A festival accompanied by service at the level of the meal. Avoid...

30/12/2025: The staff and the room were okay, but the breakfast service was terrible. Four slices of bacon and overly dry scrambled eggs were served. I saw a guest ask for eggs, and she brought them to him on a plate just for him; it wasn't self-service. This hotel shouldn't be a 3-star.

20/01/2026: Contrary to some reviews, I was delighted with this experience. The dishes are delicate and refined. There's plenty to eat and enjoy. The decor is lovely and the atmosphere is very pleasant. Admittedly, the menu is quite expensive, but it's worth trying at least once!

22/01/2026: Whenever we want couscous, we go to Pacha; I always find it excellent. The owner knows our habits by now. My wife only orders tagines, which are always delicious too.

17/01/2026: There's a whole novel to be written about this establishment. The quality of service is not worthy of their so-called 4 stars. The room was dirty and lacked basic amenities (soap, shampoo, and toiletries). The walls were damaged, the carpets were dirty, and the housekeeping was generally poor (or not done at all?). The garden was poorly maintained (or not maintained?). The service was deplorable: the waiters made snide remarks, and the waitress cleared the table by waving her arm in front of the customers. A smile wasn't even an option. The bar wasn't open all the time; you had to order in advance, and it was only open during the limited hours required for your order. We heard that the hotel was being bought by Marriott. I don't know if this is true, but given the outrageous prices charged for any extras (a glass of champagne at €14 for mediocre champagne, for example), you get the feeling that management is trying to milk the cash cow and maximize profits. Obviously I will never go back and I advise no one to go until a huge tightening of the screws is put in place to establish the minimum rigor expected in an establishment that claims to be 4 stars.

17/01/2026: The hotel has deteriorated drastically. We stayed at this hotel a few years ago, which is why we quickly decided to book the Dreamcastle again. But it's no longer recommendable. The reception staff are great, super friendly and helpful, but that's about it. At breakfast, everyone seemed disorganized and glum – no wonder, given the swarm of unruly children (and one adult). The room itself was okay. The bed was comfortable. The refrigerator smelled strange, and there were no slippers or bathrobes in the room – a real shame (especially with the carpet in the room 🤢). The bathroom had definitely seen better days; there were stains in the toilet. The bathtub was tiny for showering. They used paper cups (!) as toothbrush holders. There were paper cups (!) for the kettle. Tea and coffee weren't even refilled. Furthermore, the hotel is very noisy. Teenagers were quite loud in the hallways and rooms until midnight, and around 6 a.m., we were woken up by toddlers. The bathroom had definitely seen better days; there were stains in the toilet. The bathtub was small for showering. They used paper cups (!) for toothbrushes. Paper cups (!) for the kettle. The tea and coffee weren't even refilled. Furthermore, the hotel is very noisy. And the breakfast buffet was a total disappointment – ​​not worthy of a 4-star hotel. Plastic plates, plastic cups, and strange cutlery. Imagine being an adult in a 4-star hotel and being served plastic dishes! (The only exceptions were the coffee cup and cereal bowl.) The selection was also unsatisfactory – you get better in most B&Bs without stars. The scrambled eggs from a packet were very lumpy. There was only one type of sliced ​​cheese or Brie. The only positive things to mention were the croissants and the baguette. On top of that, there were almost €20 per day for parking, as well as an additional tourist tax per person per night. Everything was very geared towards a "children's hotel," almost like a youth hostel, but it's labeled as a 4-star hotel. Conclusion: We definitely won't be coming back. And I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

29/06/2025: Had a nice buffet meal with a couple of friends. But the highlight was most definitely the character meet and greet. Meeting Mr. Smee, Captain Hook, Tigger, Eeyore , and Geppetto. Absolutely heartwarming. Warmly recommended.
