Les meilleurs restaurants en Seine-Et-Marne

12/09/2024: Leaving aside the considerations on how the place looks internally (the floor with a sticky effect and a toilet smell that lingers in the air...), I move on to the food. Coming from an Italian who should know something about cooking and who has been to France several times and has only eaten French food, I would say that we are not quite there. If there had been a Cannavacciuolo, he would have run into the kitchen and lifted the chef. The magret de canard ordered arrives cut like a slice of cake, with a cooking that is not a rosé as ordered but almost raw, placed on top of a multitude of vegetables placed on the plate in a messy manner and of questionable cooking (boiled? roasted? dunno... ). The big mistake is the red fruits that accompany it: it's an exaggeration of vinaigrette, vinegar that floats at the bottom of the dish and ruins everything, covering the flavor of both the meat and the vegetables and making it nauseating. Please bring the vinaigrette separately so the customer can decide whether to put it and how much to put. No gentlemen, we're not there! I do not want and cannot go to a restaurant, spend more than €30 per person and have similar food, nor do I have to send the dish back to the kitchen if it is not to my liking because the commitment on the part of those who boast the name of chefs is almost non-existent. This is a dish made by someone who doesn't know how to cook, by someone who improvised as a cook that evening, not by a chef. I'm sorry but you have to renew yourself on quite a few fronts.

31/08/2024: Home cooking, as we no longer find it, in northern Seine-et-Marne there is no longer a restaurant like it. A perfect chili, a top duck breast and a children's burger worthy of the name.burger I recommend

21/08/2024: Welcome not commercial. Very high price Salmon salad. Lots of potatoes and salad. Grapefruit 2 small crumbs. It would be good to put some good shrimp there, 6 to 8 € per kg, much better. Gourmet salad you had to look for The gizzards. On the other hand, there is salad and potatoes. Which makes big salads. Well, I'm not going back there anymore

16/08/2024: Restaurant that doesn't look like much. The originality comes from the map displayed everywhere on the walls. We were very well received and the food was very good. A good address in the area.

20/08/2024: Today we ate two burrata and bolognese pizzas and a pasta and we got terribly sick to our stomachs, we had to get off the train on the way to Paris, 3 people got sick. They really have to take care of their ingredients.

The pizzas are really very good and well garnished, many establishments, whether restaurants or delivery pizzas, tend to forget this and are really petty about the toppings, but here that is not the case, I was surprised on several occasions to eat very good, well-filled pizzas, and that is becoming very rare! 30/07/2024: Prix abordable, mais les produits sont très calculés. La portion de poisson est extrêmement fine. Des lamèle (maki ou chirachi) J’arrivais à voir à travers un maki qui devait être enrobé de saumon 😅 Le saumon s’enroulait bien difficilement, avec quelque trou tellement c’est coupé extrêmement fin. Effectivement on a des prix intéressant mais les portions même des maki son très petit… Si ça dérange pas et bien ça reste intéressant car ils sont plutôt rapide.

14/09/2024: Très bon accueil Une ambiance agréable. La décoration rappelle les petits restaurants d'autrefois. Visiblement la carte change régulièrement avec des spécialités briardes faites maison. Le patron a pris le temps de discuter avec nous malgré une salle pleine(20 couverts) Et pour digérer,une petite balade dans ce charmant village. Belle escale,je recommande
