29/03/2026: Good evening, I wanted to report the lack of professionalism of some employees, bordering on disrespectful, and particularly the red-haired, heavyset employee! Tonight, our McFlurries, which cost €4.60, were barely filled, almost half full! When we politely pointed this out to this employee, she simply told us that's how it is and that's that! When we left, she couldn't resist giving us a mocking and provocative smile! I should also mention that this isn't the first time she's behaved this way! I hope she quickly regains her professionalism and respect for customers because next time it won't be like this! We pay for our meals and we expect to be served properly! 24/03/2026: Paying 17.55 euros for 4 bread rolls, 1 flaky brioche and 4 chocolate chip rolls when it's supposed to be -50% 30 minutes before closing, I think the discount wasn't applied and I should have asked for the receipt which we are never given to check.

Before, there were no problems with delivery times, but now, twice, I've waited two hours—yes, two hours—for my order (even though I order quite early, at 6:30 PM or 11:30 AM). When I call, I have to wait on hold for 15 minutes only to be told that the order will arrive in another 10-15 minutes. 😡😡

13/02/2026: We've been ordering from Paton for years (since around 2010) and never had a problem, but since the change of ownership, the quality has plummeted. It's already hard to find a pizzeria that offers fresh ingredients, and now it's impossible. Before, the pizzas were generous and reasonably priced. The prices haven't changed, but the sizes are simply a rip-off. The "26cm" has become a tiny portion; the box is 26cm, but the pizza itself isn't. The amount of ingredients on the pizza has decreased, and imagine my surprise when, after asking for extra Boursin cheese because the usual quantity had shrunk, I was told it was frozen. Frozen? Wasn't it supposed to be fresh, as always indicated on the website, which, by the way, hasn't been updated since the change of ownership? In addition to the crust being incredibly thin and cardboard-like, the mozzarella is tasteless, unlike its previous delicious flavor, and there's no extra topping given its A4-sheet thickness, leaving a strange aftertaste. We had already noticed a decline in quality with our previous orders; a hair on the pizza when some young people came to work there in August 2025, a significant reduction in the quantity of ingredients, and the lack of extra toppings (the mozzarella topping is ultimately the same amount of cheese as if we hadn't ordered it at all; we'd encountered this problem before). We decided to return anyway, thinking it was only temporary. The service was very unfriendly and impersonal. We will miss this pizzeria and its former high-quality products. For your information: the meat is halal, which means that all the pizzas that previously included excellent bacon and ham have been replaced with an unknown product—a complete lack of honesty. Thank you to the previous owners for providing us with excellent quality food so far, and best of luck for the future. 🫶🏻

05/04/2026: We were welcomed nicely, helped, and escorted to the table by the friendly staff. The buffet looked simple but fine, but once we had piled our plates with a small number of dishes and started eating, everything (except the nachos and the desserts) was actually disappointing... What a shame.

01/04/2026: We were pleasantly surprised; we had dinner there one night and it was our favorite restaurant. The food was very good, although there wasn't a huge variety, but the pastries were outstanding. We went at 8:30 pm and they had everything; if something ran out, they replenished it.

10/12/2024: Paul normally doesn’t disappoint. Coffee is good and the tartelette was very tasty. However, the 1 euro surcharge to eat at their place is just ridiculous. There is not even a lot of places to sit, nor is it very appealing.

27/07/2025: Unacceptable! We ordered chickens at noon, and the man told us "from 12:30 onwards." We arrived at 1:00 PM, were made to wait 20 minutes, and then told we would only get one chicken out of two. He also said the second chicken had been sold before us because someone else had come in first. Our table of 10 people couldn't eat our chickens because, and I quote, "you should have come earlier." His employee gave us incorrect information, and it was our fault. Unacceptable! Honestly, the woman was incredibly rude to us, even though we only come every other week!

The meat is cut very straight and in a rectangular shape, like in those industrial packages, and it has no taste. It's sad because the meat used to be good. And on top of that, there was no cheese...

03/12/2025: The staff were lovely, warm, and always smiling. There was a wide selection on the menu, and the prices were very reasonable despite the recent increase. The service was quick, and the food was delicious. Thanks again to the team for always being so pleasant. I highly recommend it.

11/03/2026: I prefer to come to this bakery rather than the one at the head office because I find that the usual saleswoman (a brunette with long hair) is always polite and very efficient (never any order errors).

30/01/2026: Hello, I bought four éclairs (vanilla, chocolate, pistachio, Nutella) at €4.50 each, trusting their appearance, but we were extremely disappointed by the lack of flavor. They were edible, but far too buttery and tasteless. Sorry, but I prefer to be honest for the sake of others...
