28/10/2025: One point for the pizzas, which aren't too bad. However, since a very friendly waitress left, this restaurant is best avoided. In the evening after 8 p.m., you're bothering the staff. At 9:30 p.m., they tell you, "We don't want you to leave, but...". A disaster. I'm not surprised that with businesses like this, Provins is destined to die like a lost village in a forgotten valley.

16/09/2025: Back after about ten years for a takeaway pizza. The pizzas are good. Probably the best in Provins... The dough is thin but well risen around the edges, the cooking was impeccable. Good taste for the four cheeses. Ready 15 minutes after ordering as announced by phone. Very friendly and warm welcome. No false notes with each order.👍👍👍😋

21/11/2025: I wanted to personally thank the person who prepared the basket for me; it was truly magnificent, and the fruit was delicious and fresh. Frankly, I appreciated their kindness and expertise. A big thank you, and I highly recommend them.

06/12/2025: Excellent restaurant: quantity, quality, and variety. I highly recommend it if you want authentic North African couscous. The portions are generous, and the servers are friendly and helpful. The service is also quick, even when it's busy.

11/11/2025: We came today and received a very warm welcome, both upon arrival and throughout the meal. The food was truly excellent, the waiter very pleasant, and the atmosphere calm and enjoyable. The cheese and honey briks were absolutely divine! 🤤

13/03/2026: After a very disappointing first experience for an afternoon snack three years ago, we tried again on March 10th for lunch. We had a fantastic meal; it was delicious and flavorful. The decor was great and the staff were friendly.

16/03/2026: I will never set foot in this establishment again. Despite being a regular at this cozy tea room with its inviting pastries, I have been treated very poorly on several occasions, feeling like I'm bothering them and, above all, occupying a table where I wasn't invited. The manager constantly humiliates his staff loudly and in an unpleasant tone in front of customers. A sense of unease pervades the servers who are victims of this inhumane behavior. The only smile and attention we receive is at the checkout. I've given this behavior a chance several times, but it's no longer possible. As a customer, I was as embarrassed by the verbal humiliations directed at the staff as I was by the stares of other customers, each trying to elicit sympathy from the staff. Mr. Manager, your management style needs a complete overhaul. You are clearly mismanaging a team, and perhaps even an entire establishment.

15/03/2026: A terrible experience right from the start. We came simply for dessert. My wife was seated by a waitress at an empty, ready table while I waited, and the man at the entrance (wearing glasses) approached very aggressively, saying there were no tables available, even though my wife was already seated at one. The most shocking thing was his attitude towards the staff: he started berating a waitress in front of us, saying there was no way he was giving us the table, even though it was free. A complete lack of respect for customers, and a very unpleasant atmosphere from the moment we walked in. Under these circumstances, there's no way we're going to stay and eat in an establishment that treats people this way. So we left immediately, and we will never set foot in this place again. The service clearly needs to be improved as a top priority.

12/03/2026: A long-time customer of Villa Tokyo, I go several times a year, and my family loves eating there too. It's become a must-visit for us. The staff is always very kind, welcoming, and attentive, which makes the experience even more enjoyable. The restaurant is also ideally located in the heart of downtown Fontainebleau, right next to the Château de Fontainebleau. A truly excellent place that I highly recommend and where I always return with pleasure! 🍣✨

14/01/2026: We highly recommend the pizzas. They're delicious and excellent value for money. However, we were a little disappointed by the naans, naan burgers, and tacos. For now, we'll stick to the pizzas at this restaurant!

14/02/2026: We stumbled upon this crêperie as a family, what a mistake! The crêpes were cold, and the ice cream was stale and served to a child. Avoid at all costs!

01/02/2026: Excellent meal as always at a very reasonable price. We had our usual table for three. Impeccable service, always with a smile, and very accommodating when we changed an ingredient in one of our crêpes. This is our regular spot during the Seine Port flea market. See you next time in a month.

29/09/2025: I would have liked to share a review but after a while and asking 4 times for the drinks menu, we never got it! The waitress still asks us if we want food or drinks even though we already told her several times. So we left across the street where the order was taken in 5 minutes.

29/09/2025: We came at 1:45 pm for a drink and dessert with my partner. Five tables were taken. The waitress came to see us several times, forgetting to bring the menu after several requests. (She asked us four times what we wanted, but never received one.) We left the terrace after a 20-minute wait, without receiving a menu or any information about the drinks. The waitress was shaking and seemed drunk. Really unprofessional, and the owner kept to himself without caring about his customers. I wouldn't come back here.

17/03/2026: A very good quality welcome, the servers and the manager (I suppose) are very friendly, there is a real sense of contact and customer service with good quality dishes.

10/03/2026: We stayed here for a few days in June 2023 for a trip to Disneyland Paris. We booked two rooms as we were 3 adults, 2 teenagers and 2 children and got rooms right across from each other, which we really liked. The rooms were nice. We requested a crib for the 2-year-old in advance and actually received one in each room, which we thought was funny, but the 2-year-old loved it. We also liked the vending machine in the lobby and the close proximity to the train station. It was really easy to get from the train station to the hotel. You can already see the hotel from the train station and you only have to cross one street. We didn‘t book breakfast, as we either bought some pastries at the train station or at Disney.

04/03/2026: Cancellation of a stay via email written in deplorable French: "Due to ongoing renovations at the hotel, The hotel will be closed from March 5th until the end of May. Please try again in July."

28/10/2025: Excellent Japanese restaurant. Very fresh food, which is very important for sushi and sashimi.

04/02/2026: Very disappointed with the new owners. I miss the previous owners a lot. The plates were dirty, the food was cold, the service wasn't on time, and the atmosphere has changed drastically since the previous owners took over.

22/01/2026: I can't give more than one star because it's completely unhygienic! After eating a hamburger, I had diarrhea all afternoon and my friend threw it all up! That's not normal...
