10/07/2025: Big problem at this McDonald's. Bought 3 McFlurry sandwiches with caramel sauce. Unfortunately, no caramel. And it's not the first time.

04/06/2024: Le choix des produits dans cet établissement est formidable. Tout y est vraiment délicieux et à prix raisonnable. Malheureusement, les serveuses sont extrêmement désagréables et pas polies du tout. Ça gâche beaucoup !!! Il faudrait songer à les former au contact des clients.

22/12/2023: Je suis souvent venu ici pour mes cafés quotidiens. Mais le nouveau gestion à complètement cassé le concept. Aujourd’hui j’avais une serveuse asiatique qui jouait la musique de rap hyper fort - on pourrait pas discuter dans le café - elle m’a donné autres choses que ce que j’avais commandé. Malheureusement je reviendrai plus.

17/12/2023: Les serveurs ne sont pas désagréable un peu lent mais c'est pas la catastrophe . Les gâteaux sont dégueulasse mais comme dans tout les colombus. Par contre le concert rn'b permanent est insupportable ! On s'entend à peine discuter . Au plaisir de ne pas vous revoir

03/11/2024: We stayed at the nearby campsite and had dinner at the only restaurant in the village. The food is excellent, and the staff are very friendly. However, be careful if you have an aperitif: there is no drinks menu, which makes the bill surprising. A pastis for 8 euros and a pint of Pelforth for 10 euros, it's quite expensive... It's the first time I've paid so much for a pastis! I understand the need for small businesses to operate well, but this lacks transparency. I should have been careful, but for me, a pastis generally doesn't cost more than 4 or 5 euros. So I leave this restaurant a little disappointed, because this lack of transparency on prices leaves me with a bitter taste. As far as I'm concerned, I won't come back on principle. I won't be a pigeon a second time. 108 euros for a plate of sauerkraut, a pizza and a Milanese escalope and a tiramisu... 26 euros of wine and 18 euros of an aperitif... 😅 Ouch, I'm in pain Even if everything was good, it is not a gourmet restaurant either and that leaves a bitter taste in the experience which initially was very positive.

31/08/2024: DEPLORABLE!!!!!!!! To avoid the restaurant is unsanitary, I almost hesitated to leave the restaurant because the smell was so unbearable. The cook scratched his nose and then touched the pizza dough with a booger on the dough ps: I had the bean 😂😂. 30 minutes delay on reservation. The size of the pizzas is super small compared to the price (16€) for 25cm in diameter. I saw expired potatoes in the kitchen. In short, a restaurant to avoid and ban.

08/08/2024: We frequent it regularly, with real pleasure each time: quality products, served with kindness, view of Marne. Worth trying: much better than so many more expensive restaurants!!

29/09/2024: Very smiling and friendly saleswoman but the man in charge of grilling is really unfriendly! The fries are not good, the rice is bland and you absolutely have to call to reserve chicken otherwise you will be rebuffed!

22/09/2024: I have been a regular at Pontault chickens for quite a few years (only for takeaway), I have seen the quality of the chickens drop, in fact like a majority of the other comments there is not much to eat on them anymore . I continued to go there out of "loyalty" but now it is no longer possible, last order on 09/15/24 I called at 11:15 a.m. and I found an unpleasant man who told me in a curt tone "yes but before noon to come and pick up” I say to myself “hey, they’re in a rush”. Arriving there I see this person (brown man with glasses) still as unpleasant as possible speaking poorly to his son (a minor by the way) in front of the customers for a small payment error. I hesitated to open it and tell him to put his chickens where I think, but I was too hungry and I was in a hurry too. Today Sunday 09/22/24 it is impossible for me to go back, I am sanguine and I strongly risk putting myself on the same level as this gentleman! there is competition around so it is time for me to look elsewhere!

15/09/2024: During our last visit in the evening, the waiter refused to clear the cutlery during the meal, asking us to do it ourselves. At the end of the meal, there were 8 of us, a guest made a comment and a glass fell from the table. Too bad, very good restaurant. It's time to get back together...
