28/05/2026: Shameful! By 1 p.m., half the dishes were already gone. And there wasn't even any draft beer for our order! We ordered a warm goat cheese salad. After 20 minutes, a plate arrived with a bag of wilted lettuce and four triangles of industrial white bread covered in crumbled goat cheese (not even a slice!). It was barely seasoned and had no walnuts, tomatoes, or anything! We had to ask for four cubes of tomato and a little more dressing. No more walnuts either! Honestly, you should find another line of work. This place is only good for a quick drink. Avoid it.

06/05/2026: The pizza in the shape of a Mickey Mouse was good, the dish with rice and chicken was terrible, the taste was passable, a little spicy and hot, but afterwards we all had stomach problems (9 people) and here the sore point was the bathroom was not dirty, very dirty, unlike all the rest of Disneyland which are always very clean, here you really couldn't get close
02/05/2026: Quiet restaurant, but the kids' pizza is tiny, even for children. The butter chicken and the adult pizzas were cold. The food at Disney Adventure World is much better than at Disneyland itself.

Special mention goes to the Naan Burgers—a real delight! A little tip: don't forget to reserve the rolls; they're very popular and sell out fast!
14/01/2026: We highly recommend the pizzas. They're delicious and excellent value for money. However, we were a little disappointed by the naans, naan burgers, and tacos. For now, we'll stick to the pizzas at this restaurant!

11/01/2026: I went to this place with my partner. We had to look twice to find your sign. The place is completely unusual, the design is unfamiliar, and the organization is totally outdated. It was also quite cold, as my partner had to keep her jacket on. Regarding drinks, my partner ordered an Orangina, but it was flat, as if it were a low-quality version. The charcuterie platter came without bread.
16/12/2025: Great karaoke bar, we had a fantastic evening and got along well with our neighbors. A great atmosphere and delicious cocktails.

27/03/2026: I wanted to share my experience today at the Nespresso boutique in Roissy Charles-de-Gaulle Airport, which proved particularly disappointing and completely at odds with the image of quality and prestige associated with the brand. Upon my arrival, the boutique was entirely empty. Despite this, none of the sales staff bothered to greet me, say hello, or even offer assistance. I had to take the initiative myself and go to the counter to ask for help. I was greeted by a saleswoman whose attitude was immediately haughty and unfriendly. Wanting to make an informed purchase, I asked if it was possible to taste a coffee before making my choice. To my surprise, I was curtly told that tastings were not offered. No alternative was suggested, not even a paid option, which is usually standard practice in this type of store. This rude response only reinforced my feeling of being unwelcome. Throughout the exchange, the saleswoman maintained a visibly irritated demeanor, with a closed and unprofessional expression, as if my presence was an embarrassment. Feeling uncomfortable, I cut my selection short and placed my order in haste. The experience deteriorated further at the point of payment. Having presented a €50 note for a purchase over €20, the saleswoman made her displeasure explicit: she asked me if I didn't have any change, sighed conspicuously, and then commented aloud to a colleague, "I don't understand why they always come with €50 notes; it must be the end of the month." She then continued to complain about the lack of change, implicitly blaming me for the situation. This behavior struck me as particularly inappropriate, even disrespectful. As a customer, I don't believe it's my responsibility to anticipate a business's internal cash handling constraints, much less to endure unpleasant remarks about it. In conclusion, this experience was marked by a blatant lack of professionalism, hospitality, and respect. I am deeply disappointed, especially since I expected impeccable service from such a renowned brand as Nespresso. This level of service falls far short of expectations and is inconsistent with the brand image the company typically projects.

13/05/2026: I've been a customer for 10 years, with orders over €50 each time. When mistakes happen, you have to own up to them: the soup was too salty, the rice was dry, and the sauce was salty instead of sweet, which they added in excess to the rice, thinking it was sweet, making it inedible. The manager remained completely unmoved by my complaint, like, "So what?" No respect whatsoever for his regular and loyal customers. After this unpleasant experience, I prefer to eat elsewhere and seek out a place where customers are treated with respect. Money doesn't grow on trees. We don't just pay for food; we pay for quality service, respect for the customer, and recognition of our loyalty. The mistake isn't the customer's, but the person preparing the food's. Own up to your mistakes... Avoid at all costs!
19/02/2026: I can't give zero stars, but I wanted to share my experience to prevent others from going through the same thing. I was treated with a profound lack of respect. The staff's behavior was inappropriate and unprofessional. Furthermore, I ordered from them, and my wife got incredibly sick. I absolutely do not recommend this establishment.

The menus are incredibly fresh, the portions are generous and beautifully presented... congratulations to the chef, not forgetting the servers who are remarkably efficient and very welcoming... All this under the watchful eye of the owner and his wife, who manage their establishment with great professionalism and exemplary skill. I recommend this brasserie without reservation! Jmf

20/03/2026: Following my visit to your Pontault-Combault location on Friday, March 20th, around 1 p.m., I was disappointed by the quality of service and the reception provided by a rather elderly woman who caused a significant flow of customers due to her lack of familiarity with the payment system and the malfunctioning card terminal. This same woman's behavior drove away some customers. I had ordered a large coffee with cream and was served an espresso instead—blaming me for the mistake—and I had ordered a warm apple turnover, which was served piping hot, almost burning hot. When I pointed this out to the woman, she ignored me and sighed, as if I were bothering her. This is not the first time I have encountered this type of situation with this woman. What brings me to this location is the friendliness of Rachid and Fadoua, whom I thank very much for their service and warm welcome. It's a real shame that this store is losing its image because of this employee who doesn't know the value of her customers.
