25/04/2026: Absolutely wonderful! Clearly one of the best kebabs I've had in 15 years! The ingredients are of very high quality, very thin and flavorful! The kebab bread is incredible! The wheat is perfectly seasoned! Excellent value for money. The lady at the counter with the bun was a true professional! Very cheerful and smiling, I'll definitely be back because of her. The Gourmet Kebab lives up to its name.

11/04/2026: Although it's (naturally) not quite as good as a Bursa Iskender kebab, I can say it's one of the most delicious "Turkish-made" red meat doner kebabs I've had in Paris in the last two years. Moreover, the pita bread and potatoes are exceptionally well-made and homemade. Our family loved it. Thank you for your excellent work!

15/09/2026: Overrated is an understatement. The food is terrible. They serve you two stale rolls, as if they were from yesterday, and one pastry. It's like a meager hotel breakfast. Then there were only two princesses, the same ones you can book a meeting with later. They come by the table once and that's it. The price is not justified.

09/09/2026: Having eaten at The Regal View, I was completely disappointed by the service. No smiles, just complaining staff. The food was very average. The pâté en croûte and meat were not worthy of the restaurant's price. Thankfully, the princesses and Mickey Mouse redeemed the experience somewhat. Disappointed 😞

16/09/2026: There are a lot of negative reviews about the kebab meat, but personally, I think it's good. Especially their white sauce, which is amazing! It might not be the best kebab with an unforgettable taste, but it's still very good. In any case, it's the only kebab shop in town, so it's a good option. For my part, I had a veal kebab, I think.

08/08/2026: Very quick, lots of options, very nice staff, and tasty food.

24/08/2026: Tasteless food, and the person serving the fish was wearing a light blue shirt, etc. I told her I found the tuna steak very small, and she replied, "We're not at the maternity ward here." Then my son had a breaded fish with a plate full of frying oil. When he went to ask for a different plate, he was met with a grimace and then a comment, "Some people are in the wrong restaurant here." The staff were not at all pleasant or serious, except at the till.

24/08/2026: We ordered catering for a family gathering. The quality of the food, the quantity, the selection—everything was perfect. We'd use them again in a heartbeat.

08/09/2026: A wonderful experience at the Hakuna Matata restaurant in Disneyland Paris! A beautiful and unique setting, a very pleasant atmosphere, and cuisine that's a welcome change from typical fast food. We especially enjoyed the chicken and sweet potato fries. The staff was friendly and the service efficient. A great place for a delicious break in the heart of the park. We'll definitely be back!

06/09/2026: Very welcoming, holiday village atmosphere, the staff are incredibly friendly, the galettes are generous and the pizzas are excellent, I highly recommend it!! Superb, I didn't even finish my generous galette, well done!

26/09/2026: In 2026 and still unable to include the requested sauces in an order and no napkins at the drive-thru, how convenient, I ended up wiping myself on my pants...

08/08/2026: The vehicle registration service is a disgrace and completely unprofessional! Avoid it at all costs. On the Strasbourg road in Haguenau, the work was done in 10 minutes and was very professional.

04/08/2026: We stayed (2 Adults, 1x3 year, 1x2 Month infant) in a VIP cottage from July 13 to July 20 and generally had a very good time. The playground, the swimming pool and the farm are fantastic, especially for families with children. We cannot fully understand many of the very negative reviews. The park is currently struggling with the extreme dry weather, but this did not spoil our holiday. Unfortunately, there is one major problem. We left some personal items in the cottage and noticed this when unloading the car. We know exactly where we left them. We have received no reply to our emails, and on the phone we are repeatedly told to wait. When a lost and found service is offered, it should also work. We are very disappointed that our belongings have still not been returned.

04/07/2026: The stay itself at Villages Nature was lovely, but sadly, the customer service and aftercare is non-existent and possibly the worst I have ever experienced across all my travels. I accidentally left my Kindle in my room upon checkout. Because I knew exactly where I had left it, I expected it to be a very straightforward process to contact the resort and have someone check the room. Instead, over the course of three weeks, I have sent three separate emails and spoken to three different individuals—communicating in both English and French to ensure there was no language barrier—and I have still had absolutely no response or resolution. While the park is nice, future guests should be highly concerned. If you leave anything behind or require any customer care after your stay, be warned that you will potentially not be supported whatsoever.

28/08/2026: I find that the map changes too often

03/08/2026: I ordered through the app for delivery at 8 PM, but it arrived at 7:45 PM and was incomplete. I waited 40 minutes for the rest of my order on a Monday. This meant I had to eat cold food, which ruined my evening. I ordered another order to pick up, but I'm completely disgusted with the service and I'm going to uninstall the app altogether.

07/09/2026: I would never go back. The waitress was the most unpleasant in all of Disney. We ordered takeout, they didn't have any cups, and when we asked if they could replace it with water or juice, they refused. The waitress was banging the items around, throwing boxes and drinks into the bag; in fact, a juice box broke and ruined our entire meal. It seemed like she had a problem with Spanish people.

01/09/2026: Having been regulars for years at the Golf restaurant for lunch, we were delighted with the quality, the preparation of the dishes, the service, and the exceptional setting. Yesterday, the golfer's menu was dreadful! The crispy Brie with unseasoned salad and rancid walnuts was a terrible start to the meal! The pork spider steaks were tough, covered in an overly salty barbecue sauce that probably came from a can. The fries were cold and tasteless! The rum and raisin sundaes (we're still looking for them) with three pieces of caramelized banana and lukewarm Chantilly cream were left unfinished! A huge disappointment, therefore, since the change of chef, who seems to confuse a cafeteria with a restaurant in such a place! Please, Mr. Manager, choose a chef worthy of your establishment! 24/08/2026: Very disappointed by the waiter's attitude and lack of consideration. I usually come here around 1 p.m. for a quick coffee during my 30-minute break. I sat down and waited for a waiter to take my order. Several customers who arrived after me were served, so I thought he might simply not have seen me. He finally came, I ordered a coffee… and then I waited some more. Other customers who arrived after me were, once again, served while no one was taking my order. After about 30 minutes of waiting, I went to see the waiter to point out the situation. His response was: "Oh yes, the coffee, I'm coming." When I pointed out that several customers had been served before me, he replied: "It's fine, we're not going to argue over a coffee." I find this way of responding particularly inappropriate. It wasn't the coffee itself that was the problem, but the lack of attention, the fact that I was intentionally or unintentionally ignored for 30 minutes, and especially the way my comment was received. To prevent the situation from escalating, I decided to leave. Frankly, I find this behavior very disrespectful and particularly disappointing, especially in an establishment I used to frequent.
