After such a discovery, it's impossible to trust the food preparation conditions. I will never set foot in this establishment again, and I advise everyone to carefully check what they eat.

27/03/2026: Excellent service, delicious and generously topped pizzas, fresh ingredients. Plenty of choice. We took advantage of the offer of two large pizzas to go for €15, so excellent value for money. We've been going to Planet Pizza Melun regularly for many years! Never disappointed.

18/03/2026: A customer for over 10 years! Unfortunately, for some time now, the quality has declined, much to my dismay. The taste is gone. The salmon pizza is practically tasteless. The four-cheese pizza has no flavor. And the paninis are equally bland. Goodbye.

28/07/2026: They give out dirty glasses; I saw a Sprite with something that looked like chewing gum in it. Too bad I returned the glass, otherwise I would have taken a picture to show you. They also give out frozen donuts. Avoid this McDonald's at all costs!!!

19/07/2026: Avoid this place. After waiting 35 minutes at the Drive-Thru, we asked for a goodwill gesture. The only response offered was: "Would you like some sauces?" We specified that we expected a genuine gesture of goodwill, but the manager told us there wouldn't be one because they were understaffed. I can understand that there are staffing difficulties, but the customer shouldn't have to suffer the consequences. Given the wait time and the way our order was handled (products thrown into the boxes), it would have been better to close the Drive-Thru, as had been done before, rather than offering such a poor service.

17/01/2026: The hotel has deteriorated drastically. We stayed at this hotel a few years ago, which is why we quickly decided to book the Dreamcastle again. But it's no longer recommendable. The reception staff are great, super friendly and helpful, but that's about it. At breakfast, everyone seemed disorganized and glum – no wonder, given the swarm of unruly children (and one adult). The room itself was okay. The bed was comfortable. The refrigerator smelled strange, and there were no slippers or bathrobes in the room – a real shame (especially with the carpet in the room 🤢). The bathroom had definitely seen better days; there were stains in the toilet. The bathtub was tiny for showering. They used paper cups (!) as toothbrush holders. There were paper cups (!) for the kettle. Tea and coffee weren't even refilled. Furthermore, the hotel is very noisy. Teenagers were quite loud in the hallways and rooms until midnight, and around 6 a.m., we were woken up by toddlers. The bathroom had definitely seen better days; there were stains in the toilet. The bathtub was small for showering. They used paper cups (!) for toothbrushes. Paper cups (!) for the kettle. The tea and coffee weren't even refilled. Furthermore, the hotel is very noisy. Teenagers were quite loud in the hallways and rooms until midnight, and then we were woken up by toddlers around 6 a.m. ... And the breakfast buffet was a total disappointment – ​​not worthy of a 4-star hotel. Plastic plates, plastic cups, and strange cutlery. Imagine being an adult in a 4-star hotel and being served plastic dishes! (The only exceptions were the coffee cup and cereal bowl.) The selection was also unsatisfactory – you get better in most B&Bs without stars. The scrambled eggs from a packet were very lumpy. There was only one type of sliced ​​cheese or Brie. The only positive things to mention were the croissants and the baguette. On top of that, there were almost €20 per day for parking, as well as an additional tourist tax per person per night. Everything was very geared towards a "children's hotel," almost like a youth hostel, but it's labeled as a 4-star hotel. Conclusion: We definitely won't be coming back. And I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

13/07/2026: This is the worst McDonald's of my entire life. The service is incredibly slow, forget about fries and potato wedges, and on top of that, they tell me there are no more potato wedges and that I have to wait. Seriously, what a joke! I won't be back.

09/07/2026: Today, July 9, 2026 at 10:32 PM, I went to your restaurant to eat there. An employee who served both the tables and handled the cash register (description: a Black woman with a bun) behaved unprofessionally and in a manner that did not reflect the image of your establishment (where I have always received excellent service). She served my meal at the table, and we had mentioned that the desserts (sundae) were already melted. I went to the cash register, simply wanting to exchange my ice cream. The woman saw that I was waiting and ignored me. I then placed my ice cream down and informed her that it was ready (politely). She removed the ice cream without a word and put it behind her. After finishing my meal, noticing that she hadn't returned to our table, I went to the cash register where she was standing (there were two women ahead of me to whom she had just made ice cream, and when she saw me, she went directly to the drive-thru, pretending to place an order). While waiting, I took the liberty of saying to her, "Good evening, I'd like to get my ice cream, please." She deliberately ignored me and called her manager so he could take care of making a simple ice cream. She was incredibly rude and disrespectful to the customers. I explained the situation to the manager, that this was unprofessional behavior and that she had no sense of customer service, and that I would file a complaint. There was no apology; he simply handed me my ice cream. The employee waited until I left with my ice cream to loudly express her displeasure to her colleagues for over five minutes. What's sad is that the managers didn't even tell her to be discreet or to reconsider her otherwise pleasant behavior. It's because of this kind of service and experience that you lose customers.

04/07/2026: The food was very good and original. You can tell there's real thought and effort put into the dishes, using quality ingredients. Even the olive oil served at the table was excellent. However, as with many establishments in this area, the prices seem a bit high for what's offered. For comparison, I found the burrata better at Peppe Pizzeria, for a lower price. This doesn't detract from the quality of the food, though, which remains excellent. The only real downside was the wait. Despite having a reservation, we waited quite a while, mainly due to a misunderstanding at reception that allowed another family to be served before us. The reception staff were a bit slow in this regard. Despite this, the experience was very positive, and I recommend the restaurant.
