11/04/2026: Disappointed. I wanted to get a sandwich for lunch. I asked the cashier about a sandwich that was displayed in the window. He told me it was a chicken sandwich, but when I tasted it, it was beef. Furthermore, I asked for the sandwich to be heated, and it was served to me ice cold.

18/05/2026: It's impossible to customize a burger like before since April 2026, even with allergies and even with the veggie burger, which is possible at other food outlets in the park! They only offer an allergy-free menu, which is really bad. It's unacceptable considering the price of over €20 for a meal; they should at least make an exception for disabled customers with allergies. There's no priority for disabled customers. They only offer the ordering kiosk, and then if you pay in cash, you have to go back to the non-priority line and then wait again to get your order… In total, almost 40 minutes of waiting to get your order—horrible! The burgers are basic quality with little sauce and are therefore dry. I recommend them, but not this particular food outlet. Nuggets aren't offered as part of a meal deal, even though they are available as part of a meal deal at Adventure World—truly surprising. There are no tables adapted for disabled people, but fortunately, all levels are accessible thanks to two ramps.

12/05/2026: The dish was absolute rubbish and far too expensive for what it was. The food was catastrophic, truly catastrophic.

14/05/2026: We ordered the signature cold coffee cocktail; in the photo on the menu it is with cream, but they brought us just iced coffee.

29/04/2026: A disaster. We wanted to try this Disney spot and it was a disaster. First of all, when two people have ordered, two napkins are supposed to be provided (it's basic hospitality practice). The guy who saw the table without napkins only put one. Secondly, I ordered the Minnie Mouse milkshake, a milkshake with whipped cream and a candy topping. They didn't give me a spoon, just a straw, so it didn't take long for the cream to spill into the glass, onto the table, and even onto my pants. By the time the cream was gone, I had time to ask for a spoon, which they should have given me from the start, knowing what the milkshake was like. They couldn't have done worse! Another thing, Disney, if I order a milkshake and buy it, I want to receive the product with all the ingredients listed. If any ingredient is missing, the waiter should have informed me so I could decide whether to order it that way or not. If something is missing, then if you're going to charge me 14 euros, I expect to receive what's shown in the picture. Offering something, selling something for a certain price, and then not delivering it is unacceptable. You don't lower the price of the drink either, do you? It's shameful. This wouldn't be allowed at Tokyo Disneyland. Inefficient and unfriendly staff.

01/06/2026: This was a very disappointing experience, especially considering the location and the prices charged at Disney Village. The restaurant was visibly understaffed on the customer-facing side, yet several employees could be seen gathered in the back chatting while customers waited. There was no visible management presence and the whole operation felt disorganized. The dining area was not being maintained properly. Tables were dirty, covered with food debris, insects and litter left behind by previous guests. Finding a clean place to sit was difficult. The lack of table service would not have been an issue if the collection process had been efficient, but it was not. We waited around 15 minutes at the counter simply to receive our order, despite a relatively modest number of customers. The food itself was equally disappointing. The burgers looked nothing like the promotional images: badly assembled, squashed, unappetizing and carelessly presented. Some of the serving dishes were also dirty, which raises obvious concerns about attention to detail and cleanliness. At these prices, and for a company that presents itself as a restaurant rather than a simple fast-food outlet, the standards should be significantly higher. Disney Village welcomes guests from all over the world and this location should reflect that level of expectation. Unfortunately, this visit felt poorly managed from start to finish.

01/06/2026: I waited an hour and a half only to find the McDonald's staff incredibly rude and unpleasant! There are so many things they need to improve, including the quality of the food. I absolutely do not recommend it! A complete flop!

12/02/2026: Imposing a €5 minimum card payment, even though I'd just ordered a full meal 10 minutes earlier, but then I needed an extra can of soda, which cost €1.50. I'll never go back to this crappy restaurant. Their frozen fries are the most disgusting I've ever eaten! First and last time I'm going there!!!!

12/10/2025: SHAMEFUL! I literally pass by this tobacconist's all the time to do my shopping. I actually went there a few days ago, and today, when I was taking the train and just needed to quickly go to the restroom, I was refused access unless I was using a product (even though I didn't even have time to consume anything FOR ONCE anyway). So I won't be going back, especially given the tone in which I was told; it was a really unpleasant woman in her fifties. So you've clearly lost a regular customer and her entourage, and for your information, in 2025, refusing access to the restroom (to a woman, no less) is shameful.

29/05/2026: It was okay, good cider, but the only way to get a crepe au creme de marrons (same price as the one with Nutella) on the menu was to buy the entire menu (of course for a higher price).

24/05/2026: Very nice location, no waiting, the food was good, not bad, very pleasant waiter, only shocking point is the presentation leaves much to be desired....

10/04/2026: Thank you to the receptionist for her smile. Despite the crowd, she took the time to help me and remained cheerful and professional, which made me want to come back. My first time here, and definitely not my last. The pizza was excellent. I highly recommend it.

27/07/2025: Unacceptable! We ordered chickens at noon, and the man told us "from 12:30 onwards." We arrived at 1:00 PM, were made to wait 20 minutes, and then told we would only get one chicken out of two. He also said the second chicken had been sold before us because someone else had come in first. Our table of 10 people couldn't eat our chickens because, and I quote, "you should have come earlier." His employee gave us incorrect information, and it was our fault. Unacceptable! Honestly, the woman was incredibly rude to us, even though we only come every other week!

27/05/2026: Alone in the drive-thru queue, 30 minutes passed between our arrival and departure with a small order. You can't be in a hurry, that's for sure.

02/11/2025: I came here hoping to have a fun Halloween evening, and everything was fine until I was forcibly removed because I refused to leave my small Adidas bag in the cloakroom. Knowing that I always come here with my bag (it's practical for dancing and keeping my essentials close at hand, and it's never been a problem before!), I really didn't understand. I'm sad; my evening was ruined, and to think I drove an hour to get here, plus the queue... I used to love this place, but it's inhumane to force a woman to expose herself like that in front of everyone just to justify keeping her bag! (Yes, I was asked to show proof that I had feminine hygiene products in my bag, and since I'd used some before coming and forgotten to refill it, naturally I was accused of lying and kicked out!) But even so, now you have to show such intimate things just to keep your bag—what's with that?! It's truly shameful! It's awful; you feel like you're worthless being thrown out like that, and I sincerely wouldn't wish it on anyone!

27/04/2026: There's no hygiene whatsoever; they still can't manage to use tongs to pick up the bread, and they handle the money directly onto the bread with their bare hands, without gloves. I find them really filthy, unfortunately. The bread itself is good, but the servers who serve it are dirty.

13/04/2026: Hello, Please instruct your staff to wear gloves and use tongs when serving bread and pastries. Serving bread and handling money with the same person without any protection is extremely unhygienic.

13/03/2026: Rosette and gherkin sandwich, barely 40g of rosette, slices of 1 millimeter.

28/02/2026: I bought some cream puffs, but there weren't enough and they didn't taste great. I also bought a flan that was a bit sickening. Disappointed 😞
