23/07/2026: With our little girl being 5 we wanted to make it extra special and book here so she could meet her favourite princess's as it's hard to see them otherwise. We were the 1st in for the dinner slot so was really quiet & chilled atmosphere & we had a lot of interactions with the characters. She met all 3 of her favourites, Cinderella, Aroura & snow white plus mickey. They were all really nice and just how you'd imagined they'd be in person, our daughter absolutely loved it, memories we'll never forget. Read reviews before hand saying the food wasn't great which I feel is a little harsh, it's not the best ever but I thought it was good enough, I enjoyed it. It is expensive but I think worth it for the memories & you do get a 3 course meal. Would 100% recommend this place 👌

23/07/2026: We love Disney and have had a fantastic trip at DLP overall. However, this dining experience was exceptionally bad. The food is mediocre at best and the service is the worst I’ve ever seen at Disney. The servers act like you are bothering them when you ask for water or coffee. Save your money.

14/07/2026: The restaurant looked very clean at first glance. Unfortunately, the staff didn't seem to follow hygiene rules; I didn't see them wash their hands, and they weren't wearing gloves when handling food. Furthermore, my order wasn't fulfilled. Before ordering, I asked if they served "Lebanese Yellow Chicken." I was told they did, but once I got home, I found that I had been served kebab meat instead. The portions were also very small, with very little cheese and sauce. I paid €19 for two kebabs and a small portion of fries, without a drink. This was my first and will be my last visit.

23/07/2026: I arrived in the late afternoon and received a warm welcome from Kevin, who was lovely and served me a delicious white mocha! ✨️ The café is very well located, just a stone's throw from the train station. There's plenty of seating inside as well as on the terrace, making it a great place to relax.

09/02/2026: Really disappointed. We came for our daughter's birthday, a table of four, and the aperitif was served without the charcuterie platter. We waited quite a while. The meal was served very late, even though there was no one else in the restaurant. And we stayed for dessert, but it was still a very long wait. Arrived at 7:35 pm, left at 9:20 pm. In short...

02/07/2026: Went for free as part of our stay at the jangle hotel. It was beyond overcrowded and felt very uncomfortable. Basically shoulder to shoulder with people while in pools. Also, the swim shorts ban is bizarre to me. They say it’s for hygiene, but in my opinion having the pools packed to the brim with people is much more unhygienic than changing into clean swim shorts.

30/06/2026: I've been twice this month and I really like this place, just one small drawback (too many children diving through the tiled structures where the toddlers' paddling pool is located, and they clearly don't pay attention to the fact that there are babies there).

14/06/2026: We paid over €30 for two large pizzas, even though the Big Kiff menu offers two large pizzas, two sides, and a 1.5L drink for €30. We asked before ordering if there were any special offers, to which the waiter replied no. When we realized this after paying, the waiter informed us that the offer was only valid for online orders, not for in-store purchases. It's ridiculous that they didn't tell us beforehand.

07/06/2026: The room was functional and clean, nothing more. Small, with a very small bathtub; a shower would have been preferable. The hotel is in a business park, and the reception/breakfast building is separate from the outdated building with the guest rooms. It's on the 2nd floor with no elevator; access is via an exterior staircase and walkway. The breakfast was quite adequate. It could use a major renovation.

31/07/2026: I just ordered and received my meals, but I'm very disappointed. I'll start with the hamburgers, which were overcooked like shoe leather. The fries were even worse. The sauces I paid for were nonexistent, and on top of everything else, the food was cold and the ice cream was melted, even though I'm only 500 meters away. This is truly disrespectful for the price we pay.

31/07/2026: They have a special Spiderman menu; you order several menus (*6) and only get the same figurine. When you tell them, they say they only have that one. It's a bit of a scam because if you come back later, you'll get the same figurine...

27/07/2026: The wait was very long despite there being few customers (only one person waiting). The manager refused to remake the sandwich, claiming it had just been made. The sandwich was cold, but the fries were edible on their own. There was no table service; I had to go and get it from the counter. I absolutely do not recommend this place.

31/07/2026: Always friendly service, whatever dish you choose, always high-quality and delicious, at an affordable price. Generally, the dining room is always clean. If there's a problem, the staff is always available and attentive. Whenever I have the chance, I come here to spend a lovely time with one, two, or even all three of my granddaughters. Thank you.

02/06/2026: It had been a while since I'd ordered from here, and it's still just as good! The pizzas are generous, flavorful, and reasonably priced. The staff is very friendly; you can go there without hesitation. I highly recommend it if you're in or around Chelles!

01/05/2026: Beautifully landscaped park. There are a lot of cottages, though. Large swimming pool with many slides. However, many parts of the pool were closed off, either for maintenance or due to the season. Large supermarket, separate (quality) bakery, many dining options and things to do for young people. Did not see the animation team / did not make use of them. Many defects in the cottage. Child safety locks on several windows were broken, the bathroom roller blind was missing, and the floor covering was lifted in several places. All in all, nothing insurmountable, but for what you pay, this shouldn't happen, especially if the season hasn't started yet. Paris is easily accessible from the park, so if you want to walk around there for a few days, it is highly recommended (advice: book a garage in advance). Had a good stay. Certainly, if the defects are resolved, it is a park worth visiting again.

01/05/2026: We had a wonderful day at Villages Nature Paris. The park is truly a change of scenery, and we went on a fairly quiet day, which made the experience even more enjoyable. We had day tickets: everything was great, especially the pool, which is amazing and generally clean. However, I would suggest two areas for improvement: The restaurant terraces lack parasols. In full sun, it can quickly become uncomfortable. It would also be nice to install some near the benches and sun loungers accessible to everyone. Access by ride-hailing service is a bit complicated. We couldn't be dropped off at the "day" entrance, only at the "stay" entrance (luckily, they allowed us to go that way). However, to leave, it's impossible to exit through that same entrance: you have to go through the "day" exit, which isn't accessible by ride-hailing services (it's reserved for buses to Chessy train station). Note that the two entrances are quite far apart, and since the park is huge, this can be inconvenient—especially with luggage. We ended up taking the bus to Chessy train station, which is still an option, but not necessarily convenient for everyone. Despite these minor issues, we have very fond memories of the day.

10/07/2026: Eating in the jungle, at clean tables with comfortable seats, in the cool air and with the food ready without having paid much... What more could you ask for?
