11/08/2024: This is a really authentic french family owned place and would recommend as a tourist looking for the real deal. The menu changes a lot based on what they have. Service was excellent and so was the food. One of our favourite places on the trip so far!
08/08/2024: Great little restaurant, the welcome is very warm, you feel good there! The sangria and homemade lemonade were very cold and the dishes tasty! I highly recommend :)

28/08/2024: Wir kamen durch Zufall in das Restaurant. Die Wirtin war sehr freundlich. Wir bestellten einmal das Menü und einmal die Spezialität des Tages eine gemischte Meeresfrüchtegrillplatte. Das Essen war hervorragend, handwerklich top zubereitet und sehr lecker. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!
27/08/2024: Authentic, home-cooked French food, served with a smile. A wonderful experience not to be missed. Scallops perfectly seared, beef fillet Rossini absolutely divine, oven-cooked Camembert that oozes onto your bread. Everything perfect.

27/09/2024: This is an absolute must eat door diner restaurant. Don’t be afraid… get the fish for two. It’s the best item on the menu and even non-fish lovers will appreciate and enjoy its deliciousness.
I want to go back to Nice just for this fish.
25/09/2024: We were traveling with friends from California. I took them to my favorite restaurant in Nice. JOSE and his wonderful wife make everyone feel as if there are the most important client. My friends agreed, this was the BEST meal they had in France. Bravo L'equipe! Merci milles fois.

17/09/2024: What a fantastic little restaurant which offers great value for money. I went twice and ordered a 3 course meal both times alongside red wine, all 6 of the dishes were excellent as was the wine and the bread on the side for the dish sauces was very good. Good service and a real French place to visit if your focus is good food / large portions.

21/08/2024: Very disappointed. At the entrance a very unconcerned young man. We wondered what he was doing there and I think he did too.
Recommended by a friend for its exceptional menu. Bad luck, there is no more menu. The very succinct menu offered very little choice and at very expensive backcountry prices.
No bottle of wine. Only by the glass with rosé from Var at 6 Euros, a chardonnay at 9€ a glass.... Which makes the bill even heavier.

For 2 people, 1 aperol, 1 pinsa pizza not good dry, 1 very dry Caesar salad, very very cooked chicken. 4 glasses of Var rosé. ....... 70€
Unfortunately we will not come back and we are from Nice, so many km for that. Even more disappointed.

19/09/2024: It was VERY delicious 🤤 I took an octopus with vegetables and potatoes, but without potatoes. I highly recommend 👌🏻
14/09/2024: Great restaurant as I like them: fresh products cooked with great taste and generosity. A friendly welcome, without fuss (I spent my evening asking what dishes were available to come back and try them later!).
Nice little touches: appetizers, limoncello and beautifully garnished plates. Selection of top daily specials and superb desserts.
Fair prices for Nice. A stone's throw from Place Masséna.
A word of advice Remember to book, it's quite small. I'll come back and try the other dishes that everyone wants!
Nb - I think it's better than before and its previous owner who was very good too: it's less noisy, tables more spaced apart and open more often.
