27/08/2024: Purtroppo il piatto forte della casa le linguine ai frutti di mare che vengono servite in una crosta di pane sono state un grande flop: piene d'aglio, qualche pezzettino di pesce completamente insapore (surgelato sicuramente)... lo abbiamo lasciato quasi tutto era immangiabile. Personale però simpatico e gentile e location da sogno a 5 metri dalla battigia.

La cuisine Sarde proposée était absolument parfaite ! Un délice ! L’Ulivo est sans aucun doute un établissement à ne pas manquer si vous goûtez à Menton !

15/08/2024: Not necessarily located on a busy street, this little restaurant was one of our great discoveries. The food is very good and the service from the employee, a little awkward, but very attentive! Our 2nd attempt to pass was less encouraging. The owner refused to receive us (even on the terrace) because of our dogs... even though at 8:30 p.m. not a single table was occupied and he had welcomed us 2 days earlier, with our dogs, on the terrace, in the same conditions (i.e. empty restaurant and terrace) He has every right to refuse dogs, that I understand and accept perfectly 👍🏻 But one day accept them and 2 days later refuse them… 🫡??? (even though they didn’t move during our first visit and not a single table was occupied) Ultimately, for us, it was a blessing in disguise, because we ended up a few streets further in a Thai restaurant, DELICIOUS, full atmosphere and with a warm welcome for our 2 dogs 🐕🐾 Conclusion, if you don't have dogs and are just looking for a (very) quiet place where you eat well, go there with your eyes closed. Otherwise, move on... Here I add a clarification to the response received by the owner: As mentioned above, we were on the TERRACE and they 🐾🐾 didn't move, so apart from maybe a few drops of water after drinking... So if indeed the owner found the place “dirty”, it is because it was so before our visit…

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with exceptional warmth and hospitality, which immediately highlighted the friendly and charming atmosphere of the place. The setting is simply magnificent, combining elegance and comfort in a harmonious way. Every detail of the decoration seems to have been chosen with care to create a pleasant and relaxed atmosphere. As for the cuisine, it is absolutely divine. The dishes are not only visually stunning, but also a real delight for the taste buds. Each bite is a clever blend of flavors, testifying to the talent and creativity of the chef. The fresh, quality products used in each dish are fully felt, and the menu offers an impressive variety that will satisfy all tastes. The service is impeccable. The team is both professional and warm, always ready to advise and meet customer expectations with a sincere smile. The speed and efficiency of the service also helped make our experience even more pleasant. In short, Le Sélect à Contes is a true culinary gem. 10/12/2023: Very good bakery right near my house. There is a good reception. The only downside is that the sandwiches are made too late in the morning.

29/07/2024: While passing through Juan les pins, we stopped at this small restaurant serving Syrian and Lebanese specialties. Two formulas (fallafel and shawarma) later and we are won over. We were even offered a dessert (which we completed with other pastries), excellent too!

01/06/2024: C’est notre cinquième fois que nous allons au cap Estel. C’est un grand plaisir que nous retrouvons ce bel endroit très calme loin de l’agitation de la côte où nous nous ressourçons !!! Avec une vue à couper le souffle sur la belle bleue. Le personnel est très à l’écoute et disponible !!! Nous avons passé comme d’habitude un excellent séjour et nous retournerons l’an prochain !

04/08/2024: Excellent déjeuner ce jour. Terrasse ombragée à souhait et par cette chaleur c’est plus qu’agréable ! Établissement avec beaucoup de charme. Les plats du menu sont maîtrisés à la perfection au niveau de la cuisson, de la créativité et des saveurs. Même le cocktail maison était original et bon. Un grand bravo au chef et à son équipe ainsi qu’aux serveurs. Le service est souriant et attentif. Bref un moment de détente parfaite. J’y retournerai certainement et je ne peux que vous conseiller d’aller voir par vous-même

15/07/2024: In a stunning position on the edge of Peillon village, high above Nice, the restaurant is certainly worth the trip. Chef Thomas offer an excellent cuisine in the tradition of his father Christian. Nice selection of wiens of provence.

02/10/2024: The rugby was good and i enjoyed it, but the view of the pitch was pretty poor. The seats at the front of the stand are pretty low down so the view is restricted anyway, but then they allow fans to stand on the concourse in front of the seats so the view is totally obscured for everybody in the seating area. They aren't supposed to stand there but the security man who was supposed to move them away was clearly intimidated by them so he just didn't do his job. The fans standing had a wonderful view of the game, i didn't. The ground itself is cosy, good street food and drinks available and easy to get to. But stop rude ignorant people spoiling it for everyone else

26/09/2024: As far as the club is concerned, I am extremely disappointed with the arrival of this new president who has decided to no longer give space to rugby school graduates or educators. We must encourage children to go see the matches, to make them dream, especially since even if they do not pay, their companion will pay for their place so it is not a problem especially as it will make the refreshment bar and the sale of derivative products work. , etc... Sorry, but I find that charging children aged 4 or 5 is really ridiculous. Let him take advantage of the start in Pro d2 because between the weather which will be less clement in a few weeks and a season which promises to be more than complicated, the stadium will have a lot of difficulty filling up... but hey, maybe this one will relocate certain matches to the north as he did previously with another club... In short, if you want this club to work, and for there to be enthusiasm, you have to include the rugby school...

11/09/2024: Le Mood est un restaurant incontournable si vous cherchez une expérience unique. L’atmosphère est chaleureuse, parfaite pour un dîner en tête-à-tête ou entre amis ! 09/08/2024: We didn't pay attention to the sign in front of the restaurant indicating the prices. What a mistake! €86.50 for two dishes, two drinks and two ice creams… the bill was extremely steep! It’s overpriced!!!!!

25/03/2024: Very friendly welcome and simple but tasty cuisine. 2 kinds of draft beer. We recommend La Chouffe. Not given even once in the stay. Very well placed. You can leave the skis and take the return trip to visit Saintcpierre de Tinee.
