20/08/2026: Absolutely horrible experience. Waitress treated us like we were insulting her by just existing and the bodyguard had the audacity to tell my friend to wear different shoes the next time. Unprofessional and rude. Cocktails were mediocre, tasted even worse after being treated like that. Absolutely not recommended.

11/07/2025: Quality welcome, attentive service and delicious dishes. A special mention for the manager Mickaël who is certainly no stranger to such quality of service.

26/08/2026: Incredibly delicious, I can't understand the negative reviews. The staff is friendly and fast. The food is 5 stars and one of the best Asian meals I've ever had. 5 stars for the Yakitori Beef Fromage!

24/08/2026: The chicken was really awful; it tasted like it had been boiled. Whether it was the spicy or sweet and sour chicken, the cooking was just not right. Please review the chicken's cooking method, as it really lacked flavor and texture. I had to rework it myself in the kitchen before I could even eat it.

19/09/2026: Boulangerie Maison Kayser in Vieux Nice is a nice place to stop for fresh bread, pastries, and other French bakery specialties. The selection is good and everything looks nicely presented. I enjoyed the traditional French bakery atmosphere, and it is a convenient spot to grab something quick while exploring the charming streets of Vieux Nice.

11/09/2026: We bought a vanilla éclair, not bad, and a chocolate muffin described as having a "molten center." An hour later, we're still looking for that center.

04/10/2026: Disappointing Experience Unfortunately, this restaurant fell far short of our expectations… which is a real shame, as the interior is modern, refined, and very pleasant. However, the organization clearly leaves much to be desired. We asked to have our cocktails outside: initially, we were told it wasn't possible… then it turned out to be! A rather surprising lack of consistency. As for the service, there's also a lot to improve. The servers were neither friendly nor smiling, which made the experience quite impersonal. And when you pour a glass of wine, the least you can do is do it neatly, without spilling it everywhere. The food was also a huge disappointment. We expected something more refined, especially given the setting. The presentation was very basic, with an almost "school cafeteria" feel to the dishes. This is clearly not up to the establishment's expectations. (Frozen fries and bread) Regarding the music, why play it so loudly at 9 pm? We were at a table with friends and we could barely hear each other speak. Music can certainly create an atmosphere, but at that volume, it becomes downright annoying. At the end of a meal, why not, but not to the point where you have to shout to have a conversation. Especially since we noticed that other customers had already commented on this. Perhaps it's time to take feedback into consideration and, above all, to use it to improve the customer experience. And finally… the bill, a real disaster! We had to wait almost an hour, standing, just to pay. Apparently, the cash register can't handle multiple tables at the same time. I've never seen anything like it in a restaurant of this caliber. In short, a very beautiful setting, but unfortunately, that's not enough. There's a lot of room for improvement in terms of organization, service, food, and music management. A real disappointment.

04/10/2026: I fully agree with the other 1-star reviews. Given my experience and the bad faith shown by the manager in responding to negative reviews, I won't waste my time elaborating further.

16/09/2026: I came with my wife for an exam across the street and ended up in this little restaurant for lunch. What a pleasant surprise! The two ladies were smiling, the prices were reasonable, the homemade fries were delicious, and the homemade desserts were fantastic. We were thrilled.

06/05/2026: An unpleasant manager to her employees who are struggling to serve. The organization is deplorable. Mini bottles of mineral water (33ml) are charged at the price of champagne! And, worst of all, the expiration date is several months past. I don't even want to see what's going on in the refrigerators and the kitchen. Run away!

29/08/2026: Please, fire that woman who's constantly yelling! It's not the first time we've seen her; she spends all her time shouting at the employees! Even as customers, we're stressed out! It's a disaster; the employees look terrified!

30/07/2026: Don't pay attention to the negative reviews and go eat at Pasta Basta. We received a very warm welcome and excellent service. And what can I say about the food? There were six of us, and we ordered different meals, and everything was excellent. If we ever return to the area, we will definitely go back.

30/08/2026: The service was a disaster. I arrived first, but customers who arrived after me were served first. I waited, then left my order and went. This is the second time this has happened to me. So much for consistency! A very bad experience; I won't be back.

22/09/2026: The staff's attitude was extremely poor and unpleasant. Furthermore, the food, ordering, and service were all incredibly slow. I was made to wait for just one drink. I also had to wait about 20 minutes after calling for the bill. The only downside is the location, right in front of a plaza, which gives it a nice atmosphere.

16/09/2026: On our previous visit, the food was completely different, and we were happy with it, so we decided to return. This time, we were really hungry and unfortunately, we were very disappointed. We paid €16 for both dishes. The lasagna on the menu is listed as freshly baked, but it looked reheated from the previous day – it was dry and tough in places. It definitely didn't taste freshly made. The chicken burger for €16 was also disappointing. The chicken was very dry, almost like a shoe sole, which diminished the quality of the entire dish. We understand that this is Nice's Old Town, but €16 per dish is not a small price. For that price, you can get some really tasty and, above all, fresh food here. It's a shame, because after our previous visit, we had completely different expectations.

22/09/2026: We went there to eat on Sunday, the day of Heritage Days. Between two pre-booked visits, we had to be very efficient: visit quickly, eat quickly… in short, do heritage in commando mode. This kind of restaurant, with a view of the beach and an ideal location to grab passing tourists, is exactly the kind of place you try to avoid. But that day, there wasn't really a choice: that or nothing at all. And, since culture without food quickly loses its appeal, we took the risk. And frankly, a pleasant surprise awaited us: a very fresh paella, not dry, and above all, quite generous. Mussels, shrimp, small calamari rings… There was even enough rice to make us wonder if we had actually ordered two portions or if the restaurant owner had simply decided to feed us for the next two days, LOL. I wondered if this generosity was due to the fact that we had ordered two portions of the same paella, or if the restaurant owner was either a little off with math :-), or simply much more generous than expected. In any case, we didn't have the energy to finish all the rice. And it's not often you can say that about a paella. So, really very good… at least this time and for us.

18/08/2026: Worst tacos in France: white sauce that tasted like cow's milk, expired Kiri cheese, turkey slices cut from Lidl—I've never seen anything like it. It's unacceptable, and on top of that, they ripped me off on the menu because the fries weren't included, and the man made me pay anyway.
