Like the enthusiasm of this happy manager couple to welcome us and serve with generosity and sincerity. 10/09/2024: C’est un très bel endroit pour passer une belle journée à la plage. Le personnel est très gentil et souriant, nous avons été très bien accueilli. Nous n’avions pas réservé. Nous avons très bien mangé. Nous reviendrons lors de notre prochain séjour à Cannes.

Proof that vegan cuisine is as surprising and appetizing as other types of cuisine, executed by a talented chef, supported by staff who take great care of the customers. Revisiting Italian cuisine is not an easy thing to do and here, the challenge is perfectly met!! I highly recommend this "small" great restaurant!!!

20/09/2024: Today was my second time at the restaurant and it was totally different from the first. My mother ordered the gnocchi, it was hard, unpleasant to eat, as an Italian she is used to good pasta, this one was far from good. My sister and I ordered the fish of the day - you can't go wrong usually - it tends to be fresh - as it is the day. The fish gave me an allergy, when I informed the waitress, she came back and told me that there was a little paprika, implying that there was nothing that could cause this reaction. I took some allergy medicine that my mom had on hand because my throat was starting to get tight (I NEVER had that reaction). NO ONE came to ask me if I was feeling better or if I needed anything, they just brought me the bill. We had a traumatic lunch, nothing was good, food, service. I'm glad I lived to tell the tale.

06/09/2024: Oh yeah nugget in Nice Riquier! Le Virginie offers an exceptional culinary experience that perfectly combines the quality of the dishes and impeccable service. I had the chance to taste several of their specialties, and I must say that the truffle pizza left me speechless. The dough is perfectly crispy and soft at the same time, filled with fresh and generous ingredients, with this subtle touch of truffle which enhances the whole thing. A true marvel for lovers of refined flavors. But that's not all! The fish dishes are simply divine. Freshness, controlled cooking, and accompaniments that highlight each bite. Whether it's grilled fish or their more elaborate dishes, the quality is always there. THE VAST MAJORITY OF DISHES EVEN THE PIZZAS IN A GLUTEN-FREE VERSION A REAL PLUS FOR MY FIANCEE WHO IS ALLERGIC Desserts next time I was on a diet 🤣 And what about the service? The team is incredibly warm, always smiling and attentive. We really feel welcomed like friends. They take the time to advise you, to discuss, and all this in a friendly and unpretentious atmosphere. 27/09/2024: Only had a main course an dessert. Entrecôte en tiramisu red fruit. Both perfect and very tasteful. Le pincher vin rouge matched the meat seamlessly and finished with coffee+grappa. €110 for 2 is not too much 😁

A real restaurant (almost everything is "homemade") and a real chef who cooks, generous and gourmet... 25/09/2024: We dined here during our trip, excellent customer service, the chef came out and spoke with us and made sure we were fed well and had no issues. The restaurant is truly a gem and the food itself speaks for it. Good level of spice which can also be modified if needed. Will return again and again, best indian restaurant in Nice hands down.
