03/09/2024: Le changement de direction n'est pas du tout efficace ! Nous avons vécu une expérience catastrophique : le garçon courait partout sans s'occuper des tables, on n'a apporté ni verres ni eau, la viande était pleine de nerfs, pas de gâteau mais de la salade de fruit ! La personne qui faisait la vaisselle a préparé la salade sans enlever ses gants savonneux (bonjour l'hygiène). Bref une adresse à oublier.

14/11/2024: I recommend this CBD shop to everyone, the best quality on the entire French Riviera, the boss gives very, very good advice, super nice people, he even offers customizable macaroons. Come take a look, you won't be disappointed.

01/08/2024: Wat een afschuwelijke tent. Ik ben nog nooit zo onaardig behandeld. We waren netjes, bestelde in het Frans, waren beleefd maar dat maakte allemaal niks uit voor het personeel. De gooien de kaarten op tafel, zetten een fles water neer zonder glazen, je krijgt een boze blik als je 10 minuten later om glazen vraagt. De rekening hebben we wel 5 keer gevraagd. Ik werd zelfs belachelijk gemaakt door 1 van de obers. Ach ze spreekt Frans wat aandoenlijk… om vervolgens een neerbuigend gebaar te maken en weg te lopen.

08/09/2024: I often go to the square because I know that in this brasserie, the dishes are very generous and excellent. So yesterday I went with friends and family, the beef tartare, excellent as usual.,, a very fair price €17 I think.. all the dishes were excellent and I recommend the gourmet coffee which is huge because everything on the tray is a normal size for the low price of less than €9. The boss is charming, the service is fast, the 80s music is fantastic, the servers are charming, I recommend this restaurant

07/09/2024: Regular customer attending Cannes trade shows for 3 years. We were received like nothing. No more service, cleanliness is no longer there either. Another restaurant that has taken on a big head. My colleagues and I will never go back there again.

08/09/2024: The crêpes weren't bad, made with buckwheat... I had it with andouille and mustard, to taste the cured meat... And in the end I'm satisfied. The ciders with which we accompanied dinner were good. Prices are expensive for what it is but low for the area. But... But... The place doesn't really seem very clean and, and this is not an impression but is proven by experience, the tables were sticky. I recommend getting the take-away crepe and eating it on a bench 🤣

18/07/2024: My recent stay at The Eze Hermitage was a horrifying ordeal that should serve as a stark warning to anyone considering booking a stay there. The nightmare began with the absence of air conditioning in our room, which forced us to leave the balcony door of our second floor room slightly ajar for ventilation. This lack of comfort turned into a catastrophic lapse in security when an intruder managed to climb up onto our balcony and break into our room. We woke up to find the man crawling into our room and stealing $400 worth of our belongings. To add insult to injury, when we rushed downstairs for assistance, we discovered that the front desk was deserted and there was no night security, contrary to what the management had claimed. We were left to fend for ourselves in a distressing situation that could have easily been avoided with proper safety measures. Clearly, we found another hotel for the second night of our trip, as staying at The Eze Hermitage was no longer an option. Despite the severity of the incident, the inn demonstrated a shocking lack of accountability and customer service. After enduring a week of fruitless back-and-forth communications, they made a great show of their so-called "generosity" for not charging us for the second night we didn't stay and grudgingly offered only a partial refund for the one night, which does nothing to compensate for the trauma and financial loss we suffered. In summary, The Eze Hermitage is a prime example of negligence and poor hospitality. I strongly advise against staying here unless you want to risk your safety and well-being.

12/07/2024: I stopped for a coffee at the hotel bar, the Italian bartender did not want to make me a coffee even though he was serving coffees to 4 hotel guests. He told me to ask the lady at reception......who prepared it for me "very kindly"....with a smile....!!!

05/09/2024: We had heard raves about this restaurant from several sources, so we went there this evening. The manager was very cold and rude which really bothered us. The food was okay but nothing special. Unfortunately there isn't much on offer for vegetarian guests. There are only two dishes on the menu. The waitress was sweating so much from running back and forth that we constantly had the smell of sweat in our noses while we were eating. All in all, it's not worth going back a second time. There are much better restaurants in the area

31/08/2024: Siamo stati qui un anno fa e aspettavo dall’anno scorso di ritornarci! Un ristorante piacevole, atmosfera intrigante, ma il mangiare! Esperienza eccezionale, sapori meravigliosi e inconsueti. Da provare il dolce con banana, latte di cocco e tapioca. Super consigliato!
