15/03/2026: Yesterday, March 14th, I ordered a click and collect order and was stuck in my parking spot for 45 minutes! In the meantime, five employees came to see me, saying it wasn't my order, sorry! I repeatedly pointed out that I had a baby in the car and that it was becoming unbearable! Unable to leave her alone, my husband called the restaurant to speed things up. 45 minutes later, my order arrived, but no manager came to apologize, no gesture of goodwill... we are absolutely furious! 😡

08/03/2026: We came for ice cream, but there was no ice cream. What a shame, so we went straight to the competition.

23/03/2026: We were very disappointed; there was a long wait for our order. We ordered a tapas mix to go with our aperitif, but the drinks arrived well before the tapas. The burgers took a long time to arrive and were cold, as were the fries. I think it's expensive for what you get! I don't recommend it.

20/03/2026: The Nashville tenders are the best I've ever had, the service is top-notch, friendly, and offers great advice! It's just a real shame that the chain decided to raise prices while reducing portion sizes and removing some best-sellers from the menu (the portions are still more than reasonable, but raising the price on top of that...).

20/03/2026: Overall, my experience at this McDonald's was satisfactory, but one point needs improvement. The glasses we were served had fingerprints, which gave the impression that hygiene could be better. Furthermore, using plastic cups might not be the most suitable solution, as this material is sometimes more difficult to clean thoroughly than regular glass. These are minor details, but in a large chain, one naturally expects impeccable hygiene. I simply hope this aspect can be improved in the future.

16/03/2026: Orange juice (Minute Mad) was no longer available; Oasis Tropical was orange and sweet, but tasted like nothing else. The chicken wrap was not warm enough and therefore cold by the time I was halfway through. There were fewer than 6 customers, so busyness cannot be the excuse. Inside, there is a draft everywhere (so the ventilation is set way too high, especially considering the number of people present); combined with a temperature that is too low, it is unpleasant (tried three spots). In the summer, the air conditioning is set too cold, which, combined with the overly powerful ventilation, makes it unpleasant everywhere. We have been coming here for years, but this was the last time.

22/02/2026: Where to begin... we got our order wrong five times already: a double tasty instead of a single, a tasty without tomatoes (due to an allergy) but with tomato slice remnants inside, and twice we were given fry sauce instead of sauce for the nuggets. The food was cold when we ate there, and there was no sorting of the trash (which was in a deplorable state). We ordered over €70 and they brought us a tray from another table with an apple and drinks. And to top it all off, the guy who cleans the toilets takes out the trash and brings us back the burger with the same hand he used to scratch his backside.

20/02/2026: Avoid if you're in a hurry: we came as a group of two, and the restaurant was empty and the service was quite slow! Cleanliness wasn't great.

10/12/2025: We had a very good lunch today as a couple. The staff was efficient: from the welcome to the service, everything was very quick. The burgers are good, made with fresh ingredients and cooked to perfection. A big plus for the homemade fries! I'm giving it 4 stars because I find the price a bit high for a burger compared to other restaurants, even if the ambiance and location probably explain the price. I recommend it.

24/03/2026: What can I say? There were 10 of us in total, and it was 3:30 PM. We ordered one hot chocolate, one latte, one wrap, and waited 25 minutes. And to top it off, the wrap arrived cold, making it impossible to exchange!

24/03/2026: It's noisy, rather dirty because the bins are often overflowing. Items are frequently missing from the tray. The wait is long for a service that doesn't live up to expectations.

18/12/2024: If I could have given 0 stars, I would have done so without hesitation. I came today to buy croissants and a strawberry or raspberry tart. The saleswoman informed me that there were no more tarts (the store was practically empty) and offered me a raspberry donut instead. So I took it, but what a bad surprise when I got home! The donut seemed to be from yesterday, or even the day before yesterday. The jam inside was yellow: either it wasn't raspberry or it was completely spoiled. Aren't you ashamed? And this in a French bakery?

14/12/2024: Too expensive, low quality, crowds in front of the bakery and it smells a lot of tobacco inside because of the people smoking in front. To flee!

29/03/2026: Thank you to Nawel and her team for their speed and friendliness. Despite the crowds, they were patient and courageous; my order arrived piping hot and without any mistakes! Thank you, Nawel, for suggesting the new items—they were excellent! I will gladly return.

03/12/2024: Mealtime is a real gem! The dishes are generous, tasty and prepared with quality ingredients. The atmosphere is warm, ideal for a dinner with friends or family. Special mention to the service, always attentive and smiling, which adds an even more pleasant touch to the experience. An address that I highly recommend for lovers of good cuisine!

02/09/2025: So, where to start... We ordered a burrito, a "salad," and nachos on Deliveroo. - First of all, the salad: a big joke, if not false advertising! I'm attaching a photo of the salad Fresh Burritos advertises on its website vs. the salad I received 😉 A disgrace. The salad is supposed to be in a crispy wheat tortilla, nothing. €10.50 for a cheap little salad that I would have preferred to make myself. - The burrito: once the packaging is removed, the sauce leaks and drips everywhere, and the burrito is cold! We have to eat it on a plate, with cutlery (ciao Mexico 👋). - Nachos: €3.50 a bag with 10 ridiculous chips, and of course the sauces were miraculously omitted 🤷 To top it all off, the restaurant is unreachable. Yet another franchise hiding behind a broken hotline. First and last time for us✌️

01/03/2026: That woman with the nose ring, who does she think she is? I wonder... she works at McDonald's and dares to look down on people... frankly, it's unacceptable... it's thanks to us that she has a salary.
