04/08/2026: Affordable and delicious breakfast! The quality of the pesto and mozzarella is a particular standout, especially at this pricepoint. I highly recommend the Isidora bagel for those who like a stronger taste, or the Leontine for those who want a light and filling breakfast. The worker is very kind and speaks English fluently.

27/07/2026: The bagels were good, but the dessert, especially the muffin, was stale. A cashier with glasses and brown hair had a nonchalant air about her and told us they were the desserts of the day. You really need to review your quality standards in this case. I was very disappointed by this person's unprofessional service, especially since her colleague was smiling and doing her job properly. It's a shame. Never again.

05/08/2026: Zero stars if I could! Completely inhumane and unacceptable! We visited this branch with my young children while walking from Arc de Triomphe to the Seine. Our experience was completely ruined 1. Defective Drink: The large Coca-Cola we ordered was completely flat with no carbonation, and the paper cup was soggy. My child drank part of it before I noticed. I politely asked at the counter to replace just the remaining amount, but staff refused after checking with the kitchen. Expecting customers to accept ruined food/drink is unacceptable. 2. Inhumane toilet Charge: After eating, my young child urgently needed to use the restroom, but staff insisted that even paying customers must pay €1 in cash. As a tourist, I only had credit cards and large banknotes. Forcing paying customers—especially a family with a young child—into an urgent situation like this over €1 cash is completely anti-customer and inhumane. Extremely disappointed with how a global brand treats its dining guests. Avoid this location if you are traveling with kids.

29/07/2026: I'm sorry to leave a negative review, it's my first time. But the service at Côté Seine needs improvement. I ordered a matcha mango and waited over 30 minutes while the server called all the customers behind me. I politely asked if my order had gone through, and he told me yes, it had, but no matcha. He continued serving other people without even apologizing or offering me anything else. I spoke up a second time to ask what to do, and after a 45-minute wait, he offered me a refund. I asked if there was anything else I could order instead, but instead of dealing with that, he served more customers who had just arrived. I was more than patient, especially at my age, and he made me wait. In the end, instead of apologizing, he treated me like dirt, telling me he wasn't a machine. Personally, I won't be going back there, and it's lucky that other customers were shocked. It's a shame that someone like him is ruining this magnificent establishment.

04/08/2026: We visited this place three times during our one week stay (August 2026), which says it all. It’s a great, relaxed spot for a drink and a simple meal. We really liked the casual concept: you order at the bar, receive a buzzer, and pick up your food when it’s ready. Easy, efficient, and it works well. The food is good, the staff are super friendly, and the atmosphere is warm and welcoming. Prices for the food are reasonable. The drinks are a little on the expensive side, but that’s to be expected in France, especially in such a popular ski resort at nearly 2,000 meters above sea level. Overall, a lovely place that we’d happily return to. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a relaxed meal or just a drink after a day in the mountains.

10/08/2026: Excellent location near several universities. Fast service and great food with an affordable student menu. However, the steak is often overcooked and cold. The fries and sauces are excellent.

06/08/2026: I went there tonight with a friend, the service is really top-notch, the waitress was very smiley and friendly, the cook was super efficient, I didn't get to interact with him enough but he seemed just as warm as his colleague and the burger was super good and I left feeling very full, I recommend it!

09/06/2026: Very disappointed. Apparently, it was just chicken and mashed potatoes, the mashed potatoes were cold and needed reheating, and the dessert was frozen... Around 50 euros for 3 people. Seriously?!
