10/09/2026: Great spot on Rue de Grenelle! Marcelle is truly a delightful place, perfect for breakfast, lunch, or brunch. The setting is warm and inviting, the decor is lovely, and the atmosphere makes you want to linger. The menu is varied, the ingredients are fresh, and everything we ordered was delicious. The portions are generous, beautifully presented, and you can tell the ingredients are high quality. Special mention also goes to the coffee and pastries! The service was excellent: the staff were friendly, energetic, and attentive despite the crowds. The atmosphere remains relaxed and welcoming, which is especially appreciated in this neighborhood. Overall, a very good experience; I will gladly return. A sure bet on Rue de Grenelle that I highly recommend!

12/08/2026: Went in the summer, it was hotter inside than it was outside, mac and cheese looked good online but was a let down, the tenders are tasty and crunchy.

24/10/2026: I had a Boxmaster and the cherry Pepsi was good. It's a shame the fries were cold, but they were still tasty. The drink was fine. The service was good, except they didn't have enough napkins. The restaurant and restrooms were clean.

23/10/2026: Appalling service! A one-hour wait and never even being served. I had to get a refund. Completely useless from start to finish. Every customer came to complain about missing items because the service was so disastrous.

15/06/2026: Let's be honest, you shouldn't be claustrophobic… The amenities are adequate, but the rooms are far too small! You're practically tripping over yourself! Not to mention the paper-thin walls and the doors that slam constantly! The reception is decent, though, and the parking is accessible. It's a 3-star hotel, and for a 3-star, there are better options.

30/09/2026: Really disappointed. I came around 2 PM and ordered a McDonald's deal and a Happy Meal, but half my order is missing. I didn't get any of the drinks, just my dessert, and I also didn't get the drink and dessert from the Happy Meal. It's not the first time they've forgotten things; sometimes it's fries or a burger, and I don't mind coming back. But today, I don't have time to make a last-minute detour since my break is short.

30/09/2026: The brunette woman with a ponytail and false eyelashes who served me today, September 30, 2026, at 4:55 PM, was nonchalant; she didn't say hello or enjoy her meal. Clearly, politeness is hard for her. I know it's not easy working in the restaurant industry, but if the customer is polite to you, you should be polite as well.

29/08/2026: We come often and we're never disappointed. The welcome is always so friendly, which is really nice. The prices are much lower than in Amiens, and on top of that, the food is delicious. I love the Johnny burger, my husband is a big fan of the Vegas platter and the merguez sausages. The portions are generous, and I'm crazy about the fries. The concept is original, much to the chagrin of those who want to eat cheaply and be treated like royalty. I recommend it 100%.

21/07/2026: A rather disappointing experience. The burgers were frankly lacking in flavor and quantity. You can easily prepare the same thing (or even better) at home. What a shame!

24/10/2026: The staff were very kind and helpful, and we had a very good meal. The only slight downside was the wait, which was a bit too long (we waited for our main course and then again for the desserts to arrive).

24/10/2026: After a fantastic first visit with a super friendly waiter, I encountered a very unpleasant waitress this time, with a rather disturbing expression. When we left, we forgot to close the door (it was stuck), and the waitress came out of the restaurant to close it, giving us a withering look. I find this extremely unprofessional; a simple reminder to close the door properly would have been far more appropriate and professional.

16/10/2026: Over my last five visits, it's been extremely rare to get a complete order. Whether the restaurant is packed or empty, it's always the same story: something is always missing. Since I get takeout, I'm obviously not going to unpack all my burgers at the counter to check, but between bacon being systematically left out of the sandwiches, missing nuggets, and sauces that cost 30 cents each going unnoticed, it's disheartening. Mistakes happen during the rush under pressure, fine, that's understandable. But being the only customer in the restaurant and ending up with an incomplete order is unacceptable. Working in the restaurant industry myself, I know the business and how these kinds of establishments operate: at this level, when there's no one around, it's not even an oversight anymore, it's just laziness and sloppy work. The only positive point that somewhat redeems the situation is that the food served is at least hot. But this in no way excuses the complete lack of rigor and control over the bags.

04/09/2026: A great place to stop by! The burgers and fries are truly delicious and high-quality, with some fantastic finds like the Saint-Félicien cheese burger (which is definitely worth trying). The service is provided by a super friendly team, making for a very pleasant experience despite the sometimes slightly noisy interior. As for prices, expect to pay a little over €20 for a burger, but it's still a great place that I highly recommend!

29/08/2026: The food is okay, but under-seasoned. I expected more from a restaurant specializing in burgers. I had the pepper burger—the pepper flavor was barely noticeable. At the same time, the patty was still quite raw in places. The mocktails are highly recommended.

16/10/2026: We were served by a lovely lady, very professional, very polite, and eager to please. The service was quick and pleasant, the best I've ever experienced at McDonald's. And I noticed that almost all the servers were visibly disabled workers, which I thought was fantastic! Thank you, McDonald's Biganos, it's a pleasure. I was disgusted by the table next to ours: a woman with her three children (around 10-12 years old) who all spent their meal making fun of the servers when there was absolutely no reason to! It annoyed and angered me immensely. Afterwards, you wonder why everything goes wrong, but if parents aren't capable of being respectful and setting a good example for their children... I pity their foolishness! In any case, well done and thank you, McDonald's Biganos!

07/10/2026: Dinner for five on a Saturday night. When we arrived, it wasn't too busy: six cars at the drive-thru, no Uber Eats delivery drivers waiting, and about ten people waiting for their takeout orders at the counter. Five or six tables were waiting for their dine-in orders. It was busy, but manageable. We placed our order at the kiosk and went to sit down. We could see the staff were struggling. We thought they were understaffed. Fifty minutes later—yes, you read that right, far from 3 minutes 30 seconds of service, far from traditional restaurant service—in short, fifty minutes later, we received the first part of our order. The sandwiches: the meat and bread were cold; they must have sat on a tray for a while after coming out of the OAT (the unit that holds the made-to-order sandwiches), and the fries: soggy and cold. We asked for at least a replacement for the fries, which were returned to us, hot this time. The employee took our order and said they would bring our drinks as soon as possible. Ten minutes later, still nothing. I went to the counter and asked the person who took my order if I could have my drinks. They reassured me, saying they were coming. I received a 50cl drink that I had paid for, filled below the 40cl mark, and another drink that wasn't the one I had ordered. I calmly asked for what I had ordered. After ten minutes, I finally received all five drinks, which I carried home myself on a tray. The staff were never aggressive; we could see they were just being put through the wringer. We didn't complain, and everything was handled relatively calmly on our end. I know all too well what these situations are like, having worked for the chain for 14 years, from employee to manager, and for a year at a competitor. But in 15 years of working in fast food, not counting all the years I've been a customer, before and after, I have NEVER seen such poor management, such catastrophic customer service. And yet, I've worked openings, shifts on game days, nights out at clubs, and evenings at big events. With far more customers. But I've never seen anything like this. It's worth noting that the previous time, we also experienced terrible service (our order was delayed for 15 minutes, spilled right in front of us, including a drink on my wife). Then, the order was refilled after 10 minutes. So, half an hour the previous time, about an hour and twenty minutes the last time. Before, we came with pleasure. Since these two deplorable experiences, we're disgusted. The monopoly in the area is likely to change if management continues with this kind of approach. In any case, we will now turn to the competitors, such as the chicken colonel, or the King.

23/08/2026: Great selection of varied kebabs, excellent service, a fresh coat of paint would be a real plus in my opinion, but that's just my opinion. Otherwise, the food is very good.

08/08/2026: Whatever your craving—burger, tacos, pizza—you'll be delighted! The staff are very friendly. The prices are very reasonable for such good quality. In short, try it and you'll love it!
