18/12/2024: If I could have given 0 stars, I would have done so without hesitation. I came today to buy croissants and a strawberry or raspberry tart. The saleswoman informed me that there were no more tarts (the store was practically empty) and offered me a raspberry donut instead. So I took it, but what a bad surprise when I got home! The donut seemed to be from yesterday, or even the day before yesterday. The jam inside was yellow: either it wasn't raspberry or it was completely spoiled. Aren't you ashamed? And this in a French bakery?

14/12/2024: Too expensive, low quality, crowds in front of the bakery and it smells a lot of tobacco inside because of the people smoking in front. To flee!

15/03/2026: We filed a complaint about 2 out of 5 macarons that the production team couldn't provide due to stock shortages. The manager didn't understand anything and refunded us for all the macarons and took them back, which wasn't what we asked for. We simply wanted a refund for the items that couldn't be delivered. However, this woman didn't understand anything, even though all her colleagues understood our request. As a result, we were either left without dessert or had to wait in line for another 20 minutes. Thanks, McDonald's! 😡😡😡

08/03/2026: A real scandal! 35 minutes to be served with so few people and an incomplete order. The restaurant was empty, and where were the reusable dishes? That's supposed to be the motto for the planet.

21/03/2026: 6pm…everyone has their hands in their pockets…the toilets are disgusting.

21/03/2026: It took 45 minutes to get part of our order, which arrived cold and served with a sluggish, nonchalant attitude! It's a disaster, with countless mistakes affecting many customers. The manager is completely overwhelmed with a team that doesn't know how to work under pressure.

08/03/2026: Visited on the evening of March 8th. Unacceptable service. The small wrap, already small as its name suggests, is practically half the size! A burger ordered without pickles was served at the table with cold, unmelted cheese. They simply removed the pickles. THANK GOODNESS WE'RE NOT ALLERGIC! I absolutely do not recommend this McDonald's. This is the second time I've left a negative review for this same location; frankly, it leaves much to be desired.

05/03/2026: The award for the worst McDonald's restaurant I've ever been to. Absolutely no smiles at the drive-thru, the intercom, the register, or the staff. The sandwiches were terribly assembled and strewn about. There were long waits, and the area around the drive-thru was filthy. Not only is their organization terrible, but they also charge extra for sauces when you wait 10 minutes at the drive-thru. And when you complain, they couldn't care less. A disaster! Definitely not recommended. We'll be writing an email to head office.

15/03/2026: I strongly advise against this place; they claim to be open on Sunday afternoons, but when you arrive, they say "no, not open".

25/01/2026: We arrived very late, almost at closing time, and were greeted with a smile. The food was fresh and high-quality, and the fries were homemade and excellent. The meat was cooked to perfection. If I could give six stars, I would! Bravo, Chef!

21/03/2026: I was happy the service was actually fast for once… but then I didn't check my order. And out of three of my meals, the three main burgers were missing. That's annoying.

14/03/2026: I forgot to take advantage of the free sandwich offer, and they wouldn't budge. Other McDonald's would have offered the sandwich anyway after the order was confirmed.

15/12/2025: As regulars, and returning to this chain because it's a guarantee of quality... well, this is the second time we've been disappointed, and not just a little. The quality of the burger meat is disappointing; the meat used to be flavorful, but this time it tasted like it came straight from the freezer. The side dishes (sauces) are the same quality as McDonald's, and the fries are a disgrace—greasy, dark brown, and they stink. Oh well, there are three of us, and we won't be going back, and I wouldn't recommend it. In short: an "El Gringo Beef" and a vegan Milanese as a meal, the princely sum of 29 euros. My husband and I couldn't stomach it, and we threw the fries straight in the bin... a disgrace for that price!

26/02/2026: Terrible service. Wrong products, frozen fries. You can feel the tension from customers who are fed up with the wait and the incompetence of some staff.

26/02/2026: Where to begin? We ordered click and collect at 6:30 PM, only to end up waiting in line for 45 minutes just to get into McDonald's and scan the QR code at the kiosk. Having a large McDonald's with lots of kiosks but only using half of them because, and I quote, "we're running out of food in the kitchen, so we're regulating the supply"—what's the point? Waiting half an hour for our order, only for the staff to give it to someone else, leaving us to go and get it ourselves. And of course, no sauces or napkins. Not to mention the staff who were just standing around, clearly more interested in fixing their hair than helping their colleagues... a real shame for team cohesion.

15/03/2026: We ordered two raclette meals (maximum 280) and ended up with two CBOs (consumers/meals). Seriously, not once did we order without a mistake. Frankly, Burger King is more reliable.

23/03/2026: Getting worse and worse! This restaurant has deteriorated significantly in the last year or so. Change of management? In any case, the toilets are broken and haven't been repaired, tap water sprays everywhere, and the cleanliness is appalling! The tables are disgusting at 7 pm before the rush. Five out of eight self-service kiosks don't work! The burgers are barely lukewarm, and the buns are dry. There are no placemats available. Is anyone in charge here: a manager, a director?

26/02/2026: I gave it one star because zero isn't an option. The hamburger was made with bread that crumbled, the pepper sauce came in a tube from the supermarket, and the wine was vinegary. The waiter told me that was all they had, like he didn't care. Luckily, a manager came to change it for me. Seriously, avoid this place; I won't be going back.

25/02/2026: February edit: Burger'n'Co is closed at this location to my greatest sadness. They only do deliveries for two other restaurants as a dark kitchen; you can't eat inside anymore. Haven't found any other spot that does melted cheddar on fries... Original: Great spot! The burgers are really good; juicy meat, fresh produce and great sauce. I highly recommend the loaded fries: the cheese is nicer than most other burger joints I tried downtown. You can add a red pepper to your burger, which is put on top of the bun. It's sweet to mild if you're used to texmex, probably mild to hot for French people who are not used to spicy food. Overall great experience!

28/03/2026: I've been coming to your place for a long time, but the quality isn't what it used to be. The bread was stale, the fries were soggy, and there was no mayonnaise or ketchup even though I'd added them to my order. The wait was way too long—25 minutes! And the music was too loud and in bad taste. I won't be back.

23/03/2026: UPDATE MARCH 2026: I decided to give it another try, and it's really disappointing because I ordered and paid for a veggie cheesy burger and ended up with a steak 🤡 and no caramel in my "caramel and peanut" ice cream. Mixed experience: the veggie cheesy burger, which included a rösti, was generous, but the rösti was burnt to a crisp. You could tell just by the color, and then by the taste... It was seriously burnt. The raclette sandwich, supposedly containing caramelized onions and raclette cheese, was actually just onions. A very generous portion, certainly, but the cheese was practically nonexistent. And for almost €5... The portions are generous, and the fries are pretty good. It's great to have a vegetarian option for all the burgers.

03/12/2024: When you enter this fast food restaurant it's sad, without dynamism and above all all the tables were dirty. I ask if we can clean a table. Madam angry did it quickly.
