09/05/2026: Hello. Just wanted to let you know that the floor and the restrooms were filthy. We had to ask an employee to come and clean the table where we had sat for lunch because it hadn't been cleaned either. I do not recommend this place. Avoid it!

He led me away very angrily. I bought food with money, not for free. Please tell me how to behave with a customer.

15/05/2026: The drive-thru order took an excessively long time (this has happened several times). Once I got home, the kids' meal box and toy were missing. The fries weren't cooked and were inedible. The McDonald's in Croix Dampierre is nothing like the one before. Disappointed.

15/05/2026: The ketchup, instead of being in the burger, is on top of the burger... Two mistakes in the same order. Staff training needs improvement. They don't display a "Happy Meal toys out of stock" message. The children are crying and the parents are furious.

22/05/2026: Drive-thru visit today Two large buses were entering the restaurant as we were going through the drive-thru. I sincerely want to applaud the team on duty; we were informed from the start that there would be a 10-minute delay. This timeframe was met perfectly despite the crowds! An employee came to help out before his scheduled shift to ease the burden on the team. This demonstrates a very positive atmosphere. I sincerely believe that such high-quality service deserves recognition. Well done, team!

25/04/2026: Today at McDonald's Côte de Nacre: a huge disappointment. My order was incomplete, with three items missing. The staff seemed completely overwhelmed; orders were piling up without being brought to the table. It felt like everyone was bustling about, but nothing was actually getting done. Their organization needs a complete overhaul. And to top it all off: I brought back potato wedges when I had ordered fries… and they threw them right in front of me. Unbelievable.

09/04/2026: 20 minutes for a McDonald's sandwich is a joke. After 20 minutes it says it's ready, they take it away, and then you have to go complain.

15/12/2025: As regulars, and returning to this chain because it's a guarantee of quality... well, this is the second time we've been disappointed, and not just a little. The quality of the burger meat is disappointing; the meat used to be flavorful, but this time it tasted like it came straight from the freezer. The side dishes (sauces) are the same quality as McDonald's, and the fries are a disgrace—greasy, dark brown, and they stink. Oh well, there are three of us, and we won't be going back, and I wouldn't recommend it. In short: an "El Gringo Beef" and a vegan Milanese as a meal, the princely sum of 29 euros. My husband and I couldn't stomach it, and we threw the fries straight in the bin... a disgrace for that price!

07/05/2026: Quite disappointed with this particular Starbucks because I couldn't use my points to order my cup, even though we specifically collect them for that purpose… I used to go there often, but now I'll go to the one on Rue Capucine.

26/02/2026: I gave it one star because zero isn't an option. The hamburger was made with bread that crumbled, the pepper sauce came in a tube from the supermarket, and the wine was vinegary. The waiter told me that was all they had, like he didn't care. Luckily, a manager came to change it for me. Seriously, avoid this place; I won't be going back.

25/02/2026: February edit: Burger'n'Co is closed at this location to my greatest sadness. They only do deliveries for two other restaurants as a dark kitchen; you can't eat inside anymore. Haven't found any other spot that does melted cheddar on fries... Original: Great spot! The burgers are really good; juicy meat, fresh produce and great sauce. I highly recommend the loaded fries: the cheese is nicer than most other burger joints I tried downtown. You can add a red pepper to your burger, which is put on top of the bun. It's sweet to mild if you're used to texmex, probably mild to hot for French people who are not used to spicy food. Overall great experience!
