15/10/2025: Atmosphere is nice but the service is very slow and they mess up the order which I don't know why. It should be very straightforward because you pay ahead like at McDonald's for what you want and they give you a receipt and later sit you down. I think they need to re-examine how they serve people.

23/09/2025: I experienced racial discrimination for the first time in my life at Disneyland in France. Disneyland is nothing like Universal Studios. The staff here are completely racist. If you’re not French, don’t come to Disneyland Paris. This is not a fairytale land—it’s a place that makes you feel miserable. No one smiles at you. Everyone treats you with hostility. Especially in this restaurant. First of all, if you’re not French, you’ll have to wait outside endlessly (even though this restaurant is very large, with dozens of tables, fewer than eight were occupied, and there were 11-15 servers). After waiting, a server with a sour face takes your order, and then you’re forced to wait even longer. The place is nearly empty, staffs were chatting with each other but just because you’re not French, you have to keep waiting! After a long wait, the unfriendly staff finally seat you at the worst table—or at the bar only. Why? Because you’re not French. Only French people can grab a nice viewpoint table. They gonna give you an excuse, that table is for 4ppl, but actually when I had the meal, I found many tables were served for 2ppl who were French. We did pointed this, they just ignored us and refused to serve a good table for us. And the U.S. headquarters won’t care about your complaint either. This was the worst experience ever. It’s nothing like Universal Studios! I’ve been to Universal Studios in many countries, and the staff everywhere were genuinely kind and welcoming. I could really believe I was in a fairytale world. But in Disneyland Paris, all you’ll encounter is deeper discrimination.

04/02/2026: Avoid McDonald's at all costs! Endless wait times, unpleasant waitress, made a mistake with our order (which can happen), and when we complained, she swapped the item (ice cream) and threw it on the tray, knocking the tub over! No apology, nothing! Appalling! I advise you to change careers; I will never return!

24/01/2026: €7.90 for a mass-produced burger with no quality and no taste! Much more expensive than in a real restaurant with a real burger!

21/01/2026: Unpleasant staff, our order arrived completely squashed while we were eating in! We ordered a Coke Zero and a regular Coke, and there was no way to tell which was the sugar-free one. When they brought our drinks back, they just put them down without showing us the label. In short, they need improvement.

07/02/2026: Unfriendly staff… They walk around with a nonchalant air, they're happy to be working, you can tell! Order placed for takeout. Back home, burgers made in a rush. Everything's falling apart… On top of that, the prices are going up and the portions are getting smaller!

06/02/2026: Here's what we ordered for around €14: Sorry, but it doesn't look anything like the photo you showed. It's clear the cheese has been overcooked, or something like that, but it's unacceptable. Please improve your dishes, otherwise you're really stingy.

04/02/2026: Order a complete disaster and unacceptable service. I was given an order that didn't match what I ordered. I refused it immediately. They told me a new one would be prepared… only to give me the exact same order again. So I asked for a refund → flatly refused. On top of that, all the food was cold: cold burgers, cold and soggy fries. It was inedible, I had to throw the whole order away. And to top it all off, the desserts I paid for weren't even in the bag. Paying for an incorrect, incomplete, cold, and inedible order, and then being refused a refund, is unacceptable. Very bad experience, no sense of customer service whatsoever. And above all, they refuse to refund me.

02/02/2026: I've been twice now, and both times my order was wrong. The cookies had the wrong flavor each time... but otherwise, great service! Nice atmosphere

02/09/2024: When I arrived home, everything was cold and inedible, I threw everything away I called the restaurant to inform them, the manager told me that it was normal that they were understaffed, and that generally, the hamburgers were eaten cold. That if I wanted I would come back so he could make me some fries again, but not the burgers This is unacceptable, and the manager was very, very vulgar and rude to me

16/01/2026: Pathetic... Unfortunately, we ordered takeout. So we couldn't see the state of the burgers; the bun was completely wrecked, the lettuce was hanging off the outside, and there was practically no sauce—absolutely dry. The Coke was flat and lukewarm. Anyway, this reinforces my decision not to go to McDonald's again... 🤢

03/12/2025: I strongly advise against this kebab shop. The tacos were terrible, far too greasy, and the meat was disgusting, bordering on food poisoning. It's way too expensive for what it is; everything is rotten, and there are cockroaches on the walls.

18/01/2026: Attention, customers! Yesterday, Saturday, I bought a Venti Pistachio Latte. The price on the screen was €6.95, but at the register, I was charged €7.25. I asked for an explanation of the price difference. According to the server, these are new prices, but there's no update from management on the screens indicating "new prices." Lie or truth? It's theft. As a customer, I must pay the displayed price, and I can't rely on the server's explanation without proof. I asked for a refund of the difference, but nothing could be done. So, Starbucks, please act quickly! Otherwise, I'm going to move on.

17/12/2025: I was very disappointed with this place; the benches and tables were dirty. The cashier was unfriendly, and the coffee was tasteless. Avoid it at all costs! I wonder why it's even still open!

22/01/2026: I ordered an Extreme Deluxe McMuffin in my Golden Meal, but I was served a normal Extreme McMuffin. There's a €4 difference on a takeaway menu, so you can't really tell right away. Plus, it's not the first time they've made a mistake with the burger versions.

27/12/2025: Very disappointed. A 20-minute wait when the McDonald's was empty, and the food arrived cold. There was an error with the order even though the employees had plenty of time to chat! Three Royal Cheese Jalap Bacon meals were served without bacon! The meal cost €13.90 x 3 instead of €13. That's called fraud! Everything needs to be reviewed at this restaurant.

18/11/2025: I was just served by Joey… I’ve never seen such an unpleasant and bitter barista. Some days are good, some days are bad, but when the customers aren’t at fault, the least they can do is take it easy.
