03/12/2025: I strongly advise against this kebab shop. The tacos were terrible, far too greasy, and the meat was disgusting, bordering on food poisoning. It's way too expensive for what it is; everything is rotten, and there are cockroaches on the walls.

20/11/2024: Very good time spent at Amélie's creperie. Good welcome with smiles. Very professional service. The “Gourmet” formula was excellent. The vegetarian pancake, the glass of cider and the gourmet tea delighted us, all at a reasonable price. Friendly, smiling and communicative staff. Thank you and see you soon

02/03/2026: I don't know if it's the most expensive McDonald's in France, but it's definitely the dirtiest and most shabby. I hope the kitchens are cleaner than the dining area. Avoid it.

19/02/2026: There are always squatters sitting in groups, domineering stares, voices that take up too much space, an atmosphere of cliques. A sense of insecurity in one part of the restaurant, always the same.

16/03/2026: This fast-food restaurant is spacious, but the tables are often dirty. The atmosphere can be unpleasant, and although the service is quick and efficient, the welcome lacks warmth. I do not recommend it.

13/03/2026: I've been going there since I was a kid because I live nearby, so it's always been convenient and a fun outing. There's been a huge drop in quality over the last two years. The standards just aren't the same anymore: it's shocking. The burgers look awful in their boxes, the fries are less generous, the McFlurry spoon is made of recycled wood and feels unpleasant, the orders are cold, and there's no distinction between the drinks anymore… They consistently forget things in Drive orders. It's never good enough. EDIT 2: No oversights this time, but the McFlurry was served in a half portion (see photo). That's the last straw. Go BK!

29/01/2026: They called me from the wrong number and then dared to criticize me behind the counter next to their colleagues. All they had to do was do their job properly and give the correct number. Very disappointed.

06/02/2026: Here's what we ordered for around €14: Sorry, but it doesn't look anything like the photo you showed. It's clear the cheese has been overcooked, or something like that, but it's unacceptable. Please improve your dishes, otherwise you're really stingy.

22/03/2026: Hello, I just paid €20.75 for an order at the Starbucks in Bibliothèque François Mitterrand at 5:44 PM (by credit card): For 2 white chocolate cookies, 1 sugar donut, a large signature hot chocolate, and a tall white mocha. The signature hot chocolate was brown water with no whipped cream and completely bitter. The white mocha was the same, with no whipped cream and completely tasteless. I have been a customer for 20 years, all over the world. This is the first time I have encountered such unappetizing drinks. Starbuck is normally a quality brand and a safe bet for getting children to eat. I am extremely disappointed.

04/03/2026: Passing through Bouaye yesterday, I ordered a Big Mac with bacon, fries, and a Coke. There was no wait, the Big Mac was generously filled, and the fries were hot and crispy. The food was excellent, and the server was friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed my visit. A McDonald's I would recommend.

25/03/2026: Dried-out wrap, inedible double cheeseburger, half the ingredients were missing. A deck of cards was included. The points were correctly deducted, but the game itself was nonexistent.

17/01/2026: Extremely dissatisfied!! We ordered a certain amount worth of food and ended up with a smirking waiter who forgot 5 items on our order... OUTRAGEOUS! Furthermore, on a previous order, due to an unfortunate oversight in not providing our loyalty card, we returned the next day to ask if it was possible to have the points credited back to our loyalty card with the receipt... and were told to get lost... Shameful!

16/01/2026: The restaurant is very well-maintained and clean, the service is more than adequate, and the food is excellent. The menus are very well prepared, unlike other establishments where everything leaves much to be desired. Here, you can see the effort of the staff, and you thank them. I recommend this establishment wholeheartedly.

22/03/2026: So, I was all smiles, ready to comfort myself with a McDonald's on this Saturday night. Comfort myself? What am I saying?! WAITING would be the more accurate word. I waited almost an hour for my order (two measly meals). Already in the drive-thru line, it took me nearly 50 minutes to move two meters. I got out of my car to see what was happening in the kitchen, and there it was, a kitchen nightmare. The reason: they were overwhelmed. Having such an incredibly incompetent staff on a Saturday is nothing short of an abomination. As a gesture of goodwill, the server generously forgot one of the meals (which I obviously asked for; 70 minutes for a cold burger is worth it!). To top off this nightmarish evening, we didn't receive a single apology, not even a hint of an empathetic smile… AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!

20/03/2026: It's true, you shouldn't expect much when you go to McDonald's. But this one is a real sausage fest... Here's a (non-exhaustive) list of the carnage: - 30-minute wait for service, - 3 meals ordered, drinks not received, - no ice cubes even though we asked for them, so the aspartame is very, very strong, but it smells like a toilet... - Big Mac, cheeseburger, and toasted sandwich were cold. Not lukewarm, no, cold. - not half the sauces we ordered, - no napkins, - toilets with access codes (you have to be born before the shame of 2026 to do that...), locked due to a mechanical problem. I don't even want to imagine what the inside was like, since I didn't get a look... - Let's not dwell on the presentation; the burgers were practically unassembled when they arrived, which is great if you're handy or a Lego fan, - and other such types of enthusiasts. On the bright side, the nuggets were hot and tasty, and the fries were too, but that's not much compared to the overall experience. It's a good thing you have to pay in advance, otherwise, we would have been heading straight to Burger King, a Chinese buffet, a kebab shop, or anywhere else. To top it all off, several order errors resulted in entire bags being thrown away as soon as they were prepared, during the brief hour we managed to survive.
