25/01/2026: We arrived very late, almost at closing time, and were greeted with a smile. The food was fresh and high-quality, and the fries were homemade and excellent. The meat was cooked to perfection. If I could give six stars, I would! Bravo, Chef!

06/05/2026: I have no complaints about the meal tray. However, the McDonald's coin gift was already opened when I was given my tray! Needless to say, there's no surprise left for the quest for the red coin. And the receptionist didn't seem to care. The place is very noisy, and access to the restrooms isn't controlled by receipts. What a shame.

03/05/2026: Honestly, I won't be going back just because the employees are incredibly nonchalant! No greeting, no eye contact, they talk amongst themselves without any regard for the customer. It's a huge lack of respect, as if talking were a chore 😑

13/04/2026: The McDonald's restaurant in La Blancarde leaves much to be desired, from the ordering process to the restaurant's appalling cleanliness. It's filthy, with water on the floor and unwashed dishes. The staff, including the manager, are dreadful! There's no politeness whatsoever, and the self-service kiosk only works half the time.

11/04/2026: Don't order for delivery, items are ALWAYS missing and good luck getting a refund!

06/04/2026: Having regularly ordered a hot matcha with white mocha at other Starbucks locations, I ordered the same thing at the Aéroville branch. From the first sip, the taste was extremely bitter. My initial thought was that they might have forgotten to add the white mocha. Surprise: here, the mocha isn't a syrup but a puree, poured directly from a bucket. Despite this, the taste remained bitter, with a very earthy matcha flavor. It was undrinkable. The result: €7 spent on a drink I tasted and then threw away.

23/04/2026: I went to this café today and honestly, the whole experience was a mess. We ordered to stay in, a caramel macchiato and a matcha latte, and they still served everything in takeaway cups like we were being hurried out from the start. The staff were unbelievably inefficient. Then it got worse. The café is supposedly open until 8 pm, yet at 7:45 pm they told us to leave because they “needed to clean.” Since when is cleaning time included in customer hours? That’s not how it works. And they didn’t just politely inform us, they basically told us to move out, even though I was sitting inside with my baby. To top it all off, the drink I got wasn’t even a caramel macchiato, it was just plain milk coffee. I’ve been a Starbucks customer for years, I know exactly what a caramel macchiato tastes like, and this was not it. We left completely disappointed. I will never come back to this place and I would absolutely not recommend it to anyone.

22/04/2026: I decided to go to the drive-thru to get a McFlurry and a coffee to save time. They rang up my order, and then I waited twelve minutes. I wondered what was going on! Twelve minutes to make a coffee with whipped cream that I didn't even get, and an ice cream. And yet it was only 4:40 PM, there was no one behind me at the drive-thru, and no one else in line. Next time, I'll pass.

19/04/2026: Toujours quelques choses qui va pas dans les commandes. Va vraiment falloir voir à s'améliorer. On se dit que l'on va laisser une dernière chance et encore un problème ! Trop c'est trop.

20/04/2026: The service has deteriorated significantly compared to last year: frequent errors when taking orders at the Drive-Thru, mistakes and omissions in one out of three orders (and it's even 100% of the time when you request a paid extra, which is systematically forgotten). It wasn't this disastrous last year. You're tarnishing the image of a McDonald's that used to be a cut above the rest in the area. Get your act together, for goodness' sake!

20/04/2026: The McDonald's restaurant in Caluire had recently improved in my opinion, particularly due to an improvement in order taking. However, during my visit to the drive-thru last night, several mistakes were made. I ordered nine Infinity Stars, but without informing me, I was served nine nuggets instead. Had I been notified, I would not have confirmed this choice. Furthermore, I ordered a Filet-O-Fish, but I received two and was charged for them. These errors are regrettable and negatively impact the customer experience. I would appreciate it if you could take the necessary steps to prevent this type of situation from recurring.

16/04/2026: I had a Happy Meal for lunch today, and imagine my surprise to discover new extra taxes (not including sugar): +50 cents for a cheeseburger (yes, it has a slice of cheese!) +50 cents for potatoes (yes, they're not fries // and to top it off, they put fries on the wrong order!) +50 cents for the pineapple portion (yes, it's fresh, but apples are fine, they're not taxed). In short, while France is strangling us in every way, even small pleasures are being discreetly taxed with unjustified charges. I feel robbed! Goodbye McDonald's, hello competition!

13/04/2026: I feel compelled to defend the McDonald's employees. I was waiting at the same time as Mr. Ethan (I can't be bothered to write his name, it's too long). I found him rather ungrateful towards the servers who were working so hard to serve him despite their small number and the considerable crowd at the drive-thru. I agree that there was a wait, but wasn't the taste of the burgers, and surely his nuggets too, worth it? If there were more customers with friendliness and patience, I'm sure the servers would be more cheerful. Hiding behind a Google review riddled with spelling and grammar mistakes is easy enough. Going to the servers and apologizing for one's ingratitude is much harder, however. A little less cowardice would be welcome, my dear Ethan. Hats off to the employees for tonight; it couldn't have been easy managing all those people without any help from a manager at 10 p.m.

17/01/2026: Extremely dissatisfied!! We ordered a certain amount worth of food and ended up with a smirking waiter who forgot 5 items on our order... OUTRAGEOUS! Furthermore, on a previous order, due to an unfortunate oversight in not providing our loyalty card, we returned the next day to ask if it was possible to have the points credited back to our loyalty card with the receipt... and were told to get lost... Shameful!

16/01/2026: The restaurant is very well-maintained and clean, the service is more than adequate, and the food is excellent. The menus are very well prepared, unlike other establishments where everything leaves much to be desired. Here, you can see the effort of the staff, and you thank them. I recommend this establishment wholeheartedly.

06/05/2026: Disappointed, it wasn't clean (fries and napkins on the floor the whole time we were there and weren't picked up) and the wait was long even though there weren't many people there.

16/05/2026: A disgusting place. Absolutely unclean. A foul smell in the restrooms. The worst McDonald's we've ever been to. Surprising given its location.

09/05/2026: The toilets are constantly disgusting. Orders are regularly messed up. Today's example: "We're out of toys for the Happy Meal." Great, that was the case the last time with Mario, and the time before that too. So we opted for the book... which wasn't even put in the bag! You have a job: to put the right burgers and other items with the right order. Is that so complicated to do? Wow...

18/04/2026: The pizzas are so good 😋 The service is pretty good. And the atmosphere is that of a typical pizzeria.

30/03/2026: We had pizza and tacos. The pizza was okay, but the tacos, which were just meat, potatoes, and tons of salsa, made us sick. Street food has definitely gone downhill. They even charged us for drinks that were already included in the combo…

23/04/2026: I absolutely do not recommend this restaurant! It's filthy, both upstairs and downstairs! The toilets are in a truly appalling state...
