11/07/2026: The cleaning lady, on a Saturday at 5:55 PM, was cleaning the restrooms and therefore closed off access to the women's restroom, preventing anyone from looking in the mirror. She told me, "I'm cleaning them," even though she wasn't cleaning them and was talking to a woman who was already inside. This is incredibly unprofessional.

06/08/2026: If you go to Disney, you have to experience it. It's located right inside the park, very close to the castle. It's table service, and the waiters are very friendly. I went twice on different trips. The first time, the service was a bit slower, so if you're in a hurry, it's not a good option, but the second time everything went much more smoothly. Recommended dishes: the chili con carne and the giant cookie with ice cream.

12/08/2026: I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. Honestly, I expected much better given its reputation and prices. From the moment I arrived, the welcome was cold, and I felt like I was bothering the staff when I ordered. No one seemed to be truly listening, and the organization gave an impression of disorganization. The wait was particularly long, even though the restaurant wasn't even full. Once my order arrived, several items were not as I had requested. I had to go back to the counter to have the mistake corrected, which wasted even more of my time. As for the food, this is where the disappointment was greatest. The burger arrived lukewarm, the bun seemed dry, the meat lacked flavor, and the ingredients didn't seem fresh. The fries were soggy and barely warm, as if they had been sitting around for several minutes before being served. For a restaurant specializing in burgers, one expects a much higher level of quality. The value for money was also very disappointing. Given the price, I expected a generous and high-quality meal, but I felt like I was paying more for the concept than for the actual contents of my tray. The portions were rather small and didn't justify the price. The overall condition of the restaurant also deserves more attention. Some tables weren't cleaned promptly, and the general atmosphere wasn't inviting. Better organization and a little more care in maintenance would significantly improve the experience. Most regrettable is that when I expressed my disappointment, I didn't feel my opinion was truly taken into account. A simple gesture of goodwill or a few sincere apologies would have eased the situation, but unfortunately, that wasn't the case. Ultimately, this experience was nothing like what I expected. Between the wait, the order errors, the meal's subpar quality, and the unconvincing value for money, I left feeling frustrated. I sincerely hope the establishment will take customer feedback into account to improve its service, but as things stand, I don't plan to return and I wouldn't recommend it to my friends and family.

05/08/2026: It's disgusting! The burgers are the size of a penny, and there are only two fries fighting each other. It's disgusting! We waited over an hour to be served.

13/07/2026: The new banana range wasn't available despite being advertised. Also, the white mocha I ordered was extremely bitter and much less flavorful than usual. However, the service and welcome were excellent.

29/07/2026: Excellent experience at Burger King! Everything was perfect. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and they even offered us two drinks, a truly appreciated gesture. Despite the crowds, the wait for our order was reasonable. The meal was delicious, hot, and prepared with care. We had a wonderful time. Thank you to the whole team, we will gladly return!

07/08/2026: Hi, I came last night. The drive-thru was full, so I placed a takeout order. It was 8:39 PM, and I was served at 9:42 PM... At one point, they told the drive-thru customers there would be a wait, but not the takeout customers. So I told her I'd been waiting for my order for over 30 minutes! She replied, "Yeah, well, I know... and yours is Chinese sauce, lol." No, I wasn't offered any sauce, but couldn't you do something about the wait? No, she said, and then she just threw loads of sauce in the bag!! I'm not the only one who waited more than 20 minutes, maybe even longer. They were running late with everything; they're supposed to be fast food!!

01/08/2026: I had an excellent experience at US Hot Dogs. The hot dogs were delicious, full of flavor, and prepared with care. The menu offers plenty of choices, so everyone should find something they enjoy. The quality is noticeably better than the usual fast-food hot dog. Each ingredient adds something to the final result without overpowering the others. The service was friendly, efficient, and welcoming. The atmosphere was relaxed, making it a great place for a quick meal or a casual visit with friends and family. The prices also felt reasonable considering the quality and quantity of the food. US Hot Dogs clearly takes pride in what it serves. If you enjoy authentic, flavorful, and well-prepared hot dogs, this place is worth visiting. I left completely satisfied and would gladly return to try more items from the menu. Highly recommended!

27/03/2026: I'm quite disappointed with my experience. The saleswoman offered me whipped cream without mentioning that it was an extra charge, whereas it used to be free. When I went to pay, I was surprised to see an additional charge added. When I pointed out that it was usually free, she replied rather haughtily that "nothing is free" and justified it by citing inflation, as if I were unaware of it. Her tone was clearly inappropriate and arrogant. I fully understand that prices can fluctuate, but the least one can do is inform the customer clearly and remain respectful. It's not so much the extra charge that's the problem, but the way customers are treated. Disappointing experience.
