19/05/2026: Stopped by the McDonald's drive-thru in Dole this afternoon. The staff was pleasant, and the service was smooth despite the crowds. I was in a hurry, and the order was taken quickly and efficiently. My order was complete when I picked it up; nothing was missing. The team was efficient and remained friendly and pleasant, even during peak hours. Very happy with my visit! 👍

11/05/2026: The chicken was undercooked and still pink. Luckily, I always check before eating, otherwise I would have definitely ended up in the emergency room or the morgue. The staff really need to realize that this can be serious, even fatal, for vulnerable people. If you eat at this restaurant, check thoroughly before eating, especially for your children.

14/05/2026: ***Unacceptable*** While at the McDonald's in Tournus on Wednesday, April 22nd at 4 PM, I ordered two McFlurries, one of which was a Kit Kat with only 6 or 7 crunchy bits. As a regular customer, I know the portion is normally more generous, but the manager refused to add more, claiming it was the standard amount. I am extremely dissatisfied; she showed absolutely no customer service skills. Next time, we will go to McDonald's restaurants in other cities, from Mâcon to Chalon-sur-Saône.

10/05/2026: An error in the order! Several messages sent on Messenger, several calls, but no response!!! We ordered two Golden Ligue 1 meals and nuggets to go. We received vegan nuggets when we had ordered regular ones, and one sandwich from the Golden Ligue 1 meal was missing. We went back to the restaurant, and they refused to remake our order. They simply made the missing sandwich and the nuggets. Result: A completely cold meal, cold Croque McDo, cold fries, and a flat drink. (Because by the time they went to get the missing sandwich and nuggets, the rest of the order was completely cold.) Outrageous! Especially since it's not the first time! No gesture of goodwill (well, except for one Sunday). P.S.: Thanks for the gift! For the price, it's unbelievable that they didn't remake our order! The worst part? No response! This McDonald's is completely abandoned!

23/04/2026: The sinks have no water. The toilets are not working. Hygiene is deplorable. The only two toilets that are open have seats that don't stay on, so they're filthy.

23/04/2026: There's always something missing from the orders; they know how to charge extra for sauces, and then when we need them, we don't get them.

18/05/2026: It's impossible to customize a burger like before since April 2026, even with allergies and even with the veggie burger, which is possible at other food outlets in the park! They only offer an allergy-free menu, which is really bad. It's unacceptable considering the price of over €20 for a meal; they should at least make an exception for disabled customers with allergies. There's no priority for disabled customers. They only offer the ordering kiosk, and then if you pay in cash, you have to go back to the non-priority line and then wait again to get your order… In total, almost 40 minutes of waiting to get your order—horrible! The burgers are basic quality with little sauce and are therefore dry. I recommend them, but not this particular food outlet. Nuggets aren't offered as part of a meal deal, even though they are available as part of a meal deal at Adventure World—truly surprising. There are no tables adapted for disabled people, but fortunately, all levels are accessible thanks to two ramps.

12/05/2026: The dish was absolute rubbish and far too expensive for what it was. The food was catastrophic, truly catastrophic.

24/04/2026: I ordered an Uber Eats pickup because the restaurant no longer delivers, my PayPal payment wasn't confirmed, and the restaurant isn't answering calls... Sorry, but I'm not going out under these conditions!

18/04/2026: Good evening, I was hosting my in-laws for dinner for the first time on a Saturday night. Wanting to delight their palates, I naturally turned to The ROSTER. Wow! Imagine my shock when I noticed the outrageous delivery times offered by their service. We ordered at 8:30 pm and were only delivered at 10 pm, much too late for my mother-in-law and her light sleeper. The experience was very poor and resulted in an immediate falling out with my in-laws. Therefore, I do not thank you and do not recommend this restaurant, or rather this den of iniquity, given the CATASTROPHIC service. A word to the wise!

10/05/2026: Several mistakes on an otherwise simple order: one burger ordered as veggie arrived with a steak, and one sundae had neither topping nor peanuts. The service is deplorable, yet prices keep going up while the quality remains very poor. Avoid this place if you don't want to be disappointed.

13/05/2026: I ordered the Big Tasty with rösti but received a regular Big Tasty despite paying more! My meal was cold. Things were missing from my order! There were fries instead of potatoes, and no sauce in my small wrap. The service was appalling, with a long wait and staff who seemed just as annoyed as I was! Thank goodness new fast food restaurants are opening in Pont-Audemer (BK)!!!! For a total of 70 euros, it's a disgrace!

09/05/2026: We ordered at 12:13 PM. We were immediately informed that our drink and our burger were no longer available. There's clearly a lack of organization. Why do items still appear as available when they're actually out of stock? Furthermore, the staff were rude, which made the experience even more unpleasant.

08/05/2026: Very fast service, our order arrived in 5 minutes. The servers were very friendly, and it was incredibly clean. Normally there are a few crumbs on the tables, but here there wasn't a single one. Best McDonald's I've ever eaten at
