02/10/2024: Waiting nearly 20 minutes just for someone to take our ticket. 3 couples given drinks and food who came in after us. Absolute joke.

02/10/2024: Strange system: You have to order directly at the door and get a receipt for it. You will then be led to a table. Nothing happens for 15 minutes. Then someone comes and gets the receipts. Even though the lady was very friendly, you get the feeling that the "system" doesn't work properly. The food was ok - nothing more and very overpriced for the price, even in Disneyland. :(

05/08/2024: Disappointed and as with every order something is forgotten… The time before it was the children's games (still good...) the next time 8 patetos are missing! Last order today, order a “small beef” result instead a fish burger, Mac Fleury kitkat + supplement of 40 cents of chocolate, result no chocolate 😡 in short it was the last time!!!!!

22/09/2024: Lack of professionalism highlighted by the staff, lack of hygiene in the toilets when you go to wash your hands and mice passing through the hall. I will never set foot in this McDonald's again

14/09/2024: I noticed a big difference between the McDonald's in Italy and those in France. In Italy, everything is well maintained, there are lots of staff and the service is really fast. In France, it's quite the opposite: few employees, waste on the floor and frankly mediocre service. We have the impression that the employees are not motivated at all. And what's more, the quality of the food is really disappointing. Too bad we can't rate it at 0 stars

02/09/2024: When I arrived home, everything was cold and inedible, I threw everything away I called the restaurant to inform them, the manager told me that it was normal that they were understaffed, and that generally, the hamburgers were eaten cold. 25/09/2024: My experience at this establishment was extremely unpleasant. The staff was rude and discourteous. I placed a small order consisting of Fanta, potatoes and a cheeseburger, and was made to wait for half an hour, despite the fact that there were only 5-10 people in the room. When I contacted the cashier about the slow service, I was told that my order was not in the database, although I showed the receipt. After a long wait, I finally received my order, but the food was cold and tasteless. When I asked for a complaint book, I was refused and insulted. I was also denied access to the toilet, claiming that I did not have a receipt, which I was forced to hand over at the checkout. After long negotiations with the cleaner, I was able to get into the restroom, where two German teenagers with dilated pupils emerged from one stall, and after them there was an unpleasant chemical smell in the toilet. I am extremely disappointed with this establishment and do not recommend visiting it.

13/09/2024: This is the first time we've come to this super fast McDonald's served in 5 minutes and for once the wrap looks like a wrap unlike the one in my city thank you very much

19/09/2024: Surely a manager at the checkout who yells at all her colleagues, it really can't be pleasant to work with her, especially if they're students, otherwise the service is 90% impeccable and cleanliness is always there.

14/12/2024: I've been to this McDonald's twice now. I was disappointed the first time like many comments, the sandwiches lacked sauces and the service was slow. I told myself that it was just a bad passage (even though there were really few people) and also the nugget offer. And there, this second time pissed me off to the point of giving this McDonald's 1*. The service OK, the trays dirty on arrival, I forgot my ice cream and they gave it to me half full (by the manager and given the price eh, it's excessive), I asked for two steaks I got one steak I'm going to get the second meat (and as a bonus the sandwich had a questionable taste) (there were very few people in the room once again). The manager but help, a person is in charge of serving the customers, he hears the fries and goes to take care of them so he leaves his post for 5 min, people start to group together (4-5) and she storms out, banging fingers and calling the guy with an authoritative voice but? You don't talk to people like that even if you're their superior. In short, I won't go back there again, I'll go to BK where it's much better than this horrible place (which greatly disappointed me with McDonald's) Update answer: I was talking about the sauces in the hamburger! If it's to eat 2 loaves of bread with dry meat in them and 2 melted cheeses, but give me my money back so I can make what I wanted to eat myself and advertise your merchandise If you were really attentive to your customers, this McDonald's would have had a team overhaul a long time ago, everyone is complaining about the same thing and has been for a while. Very disappointing

28/09/2024: It was pouring with rain. We had been driving for hours. We were in a town we didn't know and our hotel had closed the kitchen. McDonald's was the answer! Food was hot and tasty. Staff were helpful and friendly. Great Job
