01/12/2024: Family snack break! We wanted hot drinks and for our little one to play games! Surprise, the coffee machine is broken (this was already the case almost 15 days ago) Ok we'll take something else since we promised our daughter that she would play in the games. We order and go out to enjoy the sun! Surprise the games are closed!!! The order arrives, they no longer have any cinnamon rolls!!! Conclusion of the moment: Lamentable! When it's not 30 minutes of waiting for the games in the bogus happy meals and a site beyond the hygiene limit, it's out of stock, machine broken, games closed. We live nearby, it was convenient to go for a walk! We will take the car and go to Burger King or KFC

03/03/2026: Unpleasant staff (only one person on the entire team was pleasant). The team is constantly stressed and always very (too?) fast-paced. The establishment is often overcrowded. You're unlikely to be served on "real" dishes: only cardboard. Be careful with your orders if you're unfamiliar with the menu: ordering time is very limited due to the crowds and the speed of order fulfillment. In that case, I recommend using the app for click and collect for a more comfortable and relaxed experience. Some products are prepared quickly (I assume), for example, with little or no icing on items that are supposed to have icing. This establishment is designed for people who want to "have a coffee/tea" with a laptop. The food is the same as in other establishments of the same brand.

26/02/2026: Hi, yesterday I went to Starbucks and wanted a cappuccino. The girl who took my order was very disrespectful. She seemed irritated (I think she's Vietnamese or Asian). Normally, I ask to have my Starbucks customer code scanned before paying, whether it's cash or card. When I gave her the cash, I asked if it was possible to scan the QR code from the app to earn the corresponding stars. She replied very disrespectfully, saying that it had to be done before ordering. I replied that it was strange, because in other places, it's not like that. Her tone was unpleasant, and she seemed irritated and rude. Even when I said, "I'll have a small cappuccino," she pointed to a chart and, in a loud voice, said, "Short?" “I replied, ‘Yes, kiddo.’ She repeated the same question twice, as if I couldn’t understand. I know everyone has difficult days, including employees, but it’s important to be patient and respectful in the workplace. I hope she can improve her attitude. Thank you.”

26/03/2026: Hello, I tried ordering through McDonald's+ and every time I try to confirm and pay for home delivery, it says "an error has occurred." So I switched to Uber Eats, but there are never any delivery drivers and my order is always delayed. I'm disappointed with the situation with your app and your restaurant. Sincerely

27/02/2026: This is the worst McDonald's I've ever eaten at. I placed my order at the kiosk, and after a 20-minute wait, I complained at the counter. A woman who seemed to be the manager told me I hadn't paid, even though I had the receipt in my hand. Then she doubted I'd received my order and asked me what I'd ordered. I waited over 45 minutes to get my order.

14/03/2026: I saw last time you had your computer glitch that the manager only intended to take orders from friends. It was kind of her to change her mind after seeing my persistent looks of, "Are you serious? I've just been told [no orders taken, we have a computer problem, it's non-negotiable], and your friends arrive right after me, and now you're rushing to take their orders on a piece of paper?" Well... I still ended up being served after the five people who arrived after me, but they finally offered to kindly take my order on paper too... forgetting the extra sauce and bringing a tray to serve me (even though I asked for takeout). But I see she made the effort. 🙃🙃🙃

05/03/2026: A big fat zero for this McDonald's! My son placed his order at 12:07 PM and, an hour later, he still hadn't been served, even though he was due back at school at 1:00 PM. The staff refused to give him a refund and were extremely rude to other customers. I had to call them myself to demand a refund. This is unacceptable: my son was late for school and didn't even get to eat. Avoid this place at all costs.

31/03/2026: Too long, too many dirty tables, poor service. Three years later, I tried again. Unfortunately, nothing had changed, except perhaps that I didn't remember it being this bad. Really bad, and very poorly made; it was nothing like the burger picture.

29/03/2026: I've been to this McDonald's several times. The service is interminable. The servers offer no explanation for the wait time, even though the restaurant is almost empty. There's no apology either. I recommend going somewhere else.

24/03/2026: We've been ordering from you for over a year now (drive-thru, app, and dine-in), always for takeout. We live 10 minutes away with young children, and there are ALWAYS mistakes and missing items (children's and adult menus, plus the regular menu). Sometimes we get a good portion, sometimes almost nothing (drinks and McFlurries). We've been coming once or twice a week for almost two years now... so there's plenty to keep in mind. Lately, it's been a disaster... we've gotten to the point where we have to check every time we pick up our order, but now we also have to open each container because several times, once we get home and check, we find the wrong product inside (sparkling water instead of children's juice, fries and potato flavor with swapped seasonings—in two different boxes—wrong toppings, etc.). In short, the trips back and forth are becoming expensive and tiring. Please do something or treat your staff better… Like allowing them to use umbrellas during downpours to serve customers at their cars… #laborinspection

22/03/2026: Unheard of! A Big Mac arrived without a patty! No apology given. Dirty toilets with no toilet paper. Overflowing dish racks. Very unpleasant lunch break.

04/03/2026: Hello, I have a question for the Subway manager. Today at this restaurant, they tried to charge me extra for a pinch of carrots, which seems excessive. I often eat at the Subway in Saint-Aunès, near Montpellier, and I've never experienced this before. I think the people who manage this branch are doing you a disservice, and I wanted to let you know. Thank you in advance.

31/01/2026: Appalling service. The waitress was haughty and had absolutely no sense of customer service. I was asked to fetch a high chair for a child myself and then clear the table, even though we were the only customers. Unacceptable.

16/03/2026: Children’s chicken burger was raw. Absolutely disgusting

15/03/2026: Click and collect… takes longer than ordering! The servers are incredibly slow! The fries were inedible without salt! It's a shame, the place looked promising.

27/02/2026: Another incomplete order at the drive-thru... It's becoming a regular occurrence! You need to review your order control procedures, especially since there weren't many people there when I went and the order was simple (2 happy meals).

27/02/2026: After the person in charge of the drive-through took 30 minutes to take my order and then figure out how the payment terminal works, I've been waiting in my car for 30 minutes for my order!

03/03/2026: I went there tonight, March 3rd, at 12:30 AM. The McFlurry was a disgrace! Considering the price, you only got three crumbs of an Oreo. It's truly shameful. I even asked for pistachio, but of course, it was unavailable again. They never seem to have it in the evening. It's a real disgrace, especially with the nice weather coming! Anyway, I'm increasingly disappointed with this McDonald's. I strongly advise against going there!
