08/09/2026: 11:55 am, a frosty welcome from the lady... we quickly turned on our heels. As a regular customer, I've rarely been treated so badly. We simply asked if we could sit on the terrace, but service starts at noon... we didn't ask to be served, you unpleasant lady!

20/09/2026: The waiter was very friendly. However, the cook needs to learn how to cook properly; the meats should be medium-rare and rare, and for the price of a rib steak at 30 euros, it's too expensive, especially when the meat is very tough.

09/09/2026: Very disappointed. We've noticed a decline in quality for a while now. The daily special, which was supposed to be salmon lasagna, was nowhere to be seen! Meanwhile, the dried spinach, which wasn't mentioned in the description, was everywhere. And all this for 60 euros is unacceptable. We won't be back.
01/09/2026: A delightful surprise during a trip to the region. The food was excellent; I enjoyed a generous, incredibly tender ribeye steak cooked to perfection. The side of fries and salad was also impeccable in both quantity and quality. Highly recommended!
However, be sure to book ahead, as it was quite busy for a Tuesday lunchtime, and we had the excellent idea of arriving early to snag one of the last tables.

Always quiet, with top-notch cuisine, clean and healthy, and a menu that's not too heavy. If you're really hungry, order double the amount 😋, that's just how it is 😊.
But it's an excellent Korean restaurant 🙋.

To sum up Le Brasier in three words:
- Simple
- Good
- Inexpensive
The meats are high quality, the wood-fired cooking is expertly done, and the service is excellent.
I highly recommend it.

21/09/2026: Long wait, mixed-up dishes, and cold food. A few stars for the children's play area which kept us occupied. We weren't expecting much, but we were still disappointed!
