03/09/2024: Well arranged parking for camper vans and well located next to the lake, and a restaurant, very quiet, 6€50 for the night. Thanks to the Town Hall.

01/09/2024: We discovered this campsite in 2010 and were immediately won over by the beauty of the place, the functionality of the facilities, the impeccable cleanliness and the kindness and friendliness of Hervé and Arnaud. We have seen it grow over time in size and services offered: today it is certainly one of the most modern, functional and hospitable campsites of our long career as travellers/tourists. Les Rives du Lac is the ideal place for a stopover or for a multi-week stay. The pitches are large and shaded, there are three very well equipped children's play areas, a library, three swimming pools, two of which are covered, an excellent restaurant bar, free bike rental, toilets cleaned three times a day, always hot showers. There are accommodations in bungalows and mobile homes for all needs. We recommend looking at the website which is very well done and describes all the facilities available well. And then there is the staff, always super friendly, prepared and available to help and give advice, making the stay truly pleasant. We now feel at home, every time. And so we have returned often and willingly over the years: in the meantime we have had two children who are always enthusiastic about leaving for Veynes. We highly recommend it to everyone.

25/08/2024: Nous avons passé une excellente soirée : Accueil et service respectueux de notre rythme , serveuses souriantes, repas excellent . La viande était goûteuse , tout comme les frites . Les profiteroles ont bien conclu ce repas . Une soirée en amoureux sans fausse note .

15/09/2024: Attentive staff, very good roasted camembert and tasty mussels with cream. Lost brioche and frosted chocolate mousse, very good and plentiful!

15/09/2024: We went for lunch. My partner had a tuna steak which was delicious and I had mussels and fries with blue cheese which was also delicious. In addition, a very beautiful terrace as background music with very beautiful music to create a pleasant atmosphere. The waitress was very nice. Congratulations to the whole team and the owner. We are going back tomorrow evening before leaving this wonderful island.

31/08/2024: Arrivé à 13h le dernier samedi avant la rentrée des scolaires, je rentre dans l’usine. Vite placé à l’intérieur (la terrasse est fermée malgré le beau temps), je dois presque hurler tant le volume sonore est élevé ; les enfants se faisant manifestement concurrence dans les courses poursuites et les cris. Je commande une entrecôte saignante avec une badoit rouge, haricots verts, salade, sauce béarnaise. Le total sera de 25,40. L’entrecôte arrive complètement carbonisée ; le gras ayant la même couleur que le maigre. Les haricots verts ont le goût d’eau et tièdes. La salade est recouverte d’une sauce largement moutardée. L’entrecôte est difficile à couper malgré le couteau à dents. On a vite envie de se sauver et c’est peut-être la recette pour faire un max de couverts… Bref, une expérience unique.

26/09/2024: It's in free fall... Already really high prices, which neither quantity nor quality can justify! Several employees are missing, the waitress was completely overwhelmed! Burnt sauce not replaced, endless service, burnt waffle, unable to handle the bill properly...

20/08/2024: Bonne brasserie, service rapide, choix des plats : le plus ? l'assiette azzuro mi salade mi pizza a moins de 16 € bien copieuse. Je recommande !

06/09/2024: After touring the bars of the Citadelle on a Saturday evening with my cousin at 'Humanity' we decided that L'Abordage is by far the warmest bar Julien has nothing to do with it. Boss Baba Cool type ZZ Top big beard which ages him by 30 years while clean shaven he must be 12 years old. Good, very friendly atmosphere. And a really low price... Kisses to the company. 😘

09/09/2024: Bad luck for my family. The main course squid was inedible, which the owner of the establishment admitted. No proposal for replacement. Commercial gesture of only 10% on the final note. Concerning elderly people, 2 of them were harmed. Not cool.
