29/04/2026: We were very disappointed... We were promised it was a Courtepaille restaurant, but in fact, it was another brand we don't like at all. We learned that Courtepaille had gone bankrupt and had consequently been bought by this group, but with the closure of dozens of outlets. What a huge disappointment. We want our Courtepaille with its fireplace and traditional wood-fired cooking...

25/05/2026: Steak frites done well and made fun A brother to the famous L'Entrecôte de Paris. Very similar but different enough to merit going to both if possible. The wait and offerings are the same, sirloin steak and great frites. The sauce recipes are close but not the same. Both are good and secret. The decor is colorful and fun. The service is efficient and friendly. The word Entrecôte means ribeye but the steak is faux-filet which is sirloin. I think L’Entrecôte in Paris serves ribeye. Both are good meat. Highly recommended.

25/05/2026: Excellent choice for eating an authentic Entrecôte in Lyon! There is only one food choice at this restaurant: Entrecôte in mustard sauce with fries. Lots of fries! All you can eat fries! Surely the meat is finite, but fries comes to your plate as much as you want! Nice house wines (côte du rhone) and other labels as well! Highly recommend! Get there early, because there always a line and don't take reservations!

13/05/2026: It had been a long time since we'd eaten at this legendary place, for us who grew up near Coutainville. The sausages and fries are still as good as ever. The staff is very friendly. I highly recommend it!

20/05/2026: Five years later, I'm still just as happy with this place! The red fruit pavlovas are still delicious! As are the spaghetti with clams and the Bora Bora. The staff is very pleasant and respectful. The waitresses, waiters, and cooks are all in good spirits! You can feel the great team spirit, which is fantastic!

19/05/2026: Two seasonal workers relaxing on their day off received a wonderful welcome; Damien, the waiter, was lovely. Special mention also goes to the waitress who anticipated our request for a bowl of water for the dog; she was not only welcoming but also very professional. 11/03/2026: The food was delicious and perfectly balanced in terms of salt. The atmosphere was warm and the staff pleasant. The only thing to improve is the efficiency of the service, which could be slow at times. Overall, I enjoyed it.

The kitchen served us a simply delicious potshevik. The atmosphere was pleasant, and the decor was lovely. The price wasn't excessive, considering the quality of the food. 13/04/2026: Great atmosphere, guaranteed relaxation, friendly customers, and a lovely owner! She's really helpful and accommodating. That evening, it was sauerkraut night, and she offered me a mixed charcuterie and cheese board instead—perfect! We were able to stay on the terrace for a good part of the evening. A great evening.

05/04/2026: Hello, we went there last weekend at the end of March 2026 for a mixed charcuterie platter with a good white beer (8). It was generous, tasty, and simple, and the price was very reasonable. There was a good atmosphere, the owners are very friendly, I recommend it...

29/05/2026: Avoid at all costs… The appetizers were served lukewarm when they were supposed to be cocktails, the warm goat cheese toasts were served cold, and as for the fish, it was boiled without any seasoning, served with white rice and half a potato with a spoonful of crème fraîche. The sirloin steak was so tender you practically had to wrestle with it to eat it, and the fries were clearly reheated several times. In short, we opted for a safer dessert, so we had scoops of ice cream… The value for money was catastrophic… I absolutely do not recommend this restaurant!!!
