12/12/2025: A superb discovery made by chance during a business trip! At La Grange d’Aigue Vive, everything is in place for a remarkable experience. The cuisine is refined, fresh, and perfectly executed, with beautiful flavor combinations and a true attention to detail. The setting, both warm and authentic, is in perfect harmony with the quality of the food. The owner, welcoming and passionate, adds a touch of conviviality that makes all the difference. 05/05/2026: Excellent meal. The calf's liver was delicious, as were the fries. The setting is pleasant, perhaps a little noisy. The servers are welcoming and professional. One small drawback: a bit of a wait at the end of the meal. I recommend it.

03/05/2026: I ordered a rare ribeye steak. I received a tiny piece of meat, as tough as a shoe sole. It was practically inedible. I told the waiter, who replied that I should have mentioned it at the beginning, before I'd even tasted it. It wasn't cooked rare at all. No compensation was offered. When it came time to pay the bill, the manager wasn't even aware of the problem. I won't be back.

06/04/2026: Still as good as ever; the dishes are very well prepared and very tasty, the service is friendly and efficient, there's a good selection on the menu, the wines are a bit pricey. Good value for money.

25/04/2026: Hello, I strongly advise against this restaurant on all counts. I arrived at 9:30 PM for a meal on a Saturday (which, according to Google, closes at midnight). The welcome was icy; they seated us near the restrooms even though the entire dining room was available. The waitress told us to order very quickly because they were about to leave (great for waiters!). The head waiter, a tall man, was the worst waiter I've ever seen in my life—sorry, but he should find another line of work… Anyway, the cocktails were rushed, and our order arrived five minutes later… so we didn't order dessert because we were bothering them… Moral of the story: don't come here, or completely change your staff (and change your hours, because being open until midnight when they say they close at 10 PM is pushing it).

04/05/2026: I come every month and it was very good until now, but for the last two months I've noticed a significant drop in the quality of the meat—more fat and tough pieces. And the price increase makes it less appealing: €9 for a meal (small fries, minimal sauce), €6.50 just for a sandwich. It's a shame, I used to love this kebab.

23/05/2026: May 23, 2026: Near the Beaume-les-Messieurs waterfalls, this generous restaurant is truly worth the detour! The same high standards and attention to detail are evident throughout. The daily special (Charolais beef skewers with fries and salad) delighted us, paired with a glass of Chardonneret wine and complemented by a delicious gourmet coffee... remarkably exquisite! Thank you. July 13, 2025: One year after our first visit, we returned and enjoyed your restaurant once again: carefully prepared dishes, always so flavorful, and well-crafted cuisine at a very reasonable price... with efficient and friendly service. Bravo for your enthusiasm in always striving to satisfy your customers. P.S.: The génépi liqueur in the gourmet coffee ice cream makes it delicious. September 1, 2024: Among the 400 Google reviews, all those fortunate enough to have booked a table in advance agree on the excellence of this establishment. Indeed, often packed, a victim of its own success, this restaurant is well worth making a reservation… if you want to get a table! True to the reputation of the Jura region, this "Restaurant Brasserie Le Jura" honors its gastronomy in a pleasant setting conducive to a convivial atmosphere. The prices are very reasonable, the service delightful… Olivier and Sonia, very professional and accommodating, do everything they can to please their customers (offering complimentary amuse-bouches). We confirm the quality of the food, both the buffet and the individual dishes, which are generous (see photos from September 1, 2024), and the gourmet coffee, reserved for true connoisseurs! We highly recommend this excellent restaurant: so BOOK, go, and… enjoy!!!

08/05/2026: I usually eat at this chain, which is generally very nice, but this was my first and last time at this particular location. The chicken was literally undercooked (inedible). I pointed this out to the waitress, who apologized, saying she'd apparently noticed it herself after eating one before her shift, but they still serve it without cooking it any further! Otherwise, the waitress was very welcoming and professional, but I wish I hadn't gone to McDonald's afterward...
