A very special mention goes to Sergio, the master of service, always ultra-professional, fast, warm, with that charming Portuguese accent 🇵🇹. The guy is everywhere, always smiling, always attentive. A true masterclass in hospitality. Thank you, Sergio, you take the art of service to another level.

14/11/2025: A very good experience, the setting is lovely, we ate upstairs, it was really nice. The pizza was very good, the staff very friendly. I recommend it! One tip: I would say that a reservation is recommended to be sure of getting a table 😏

21/12/2024: A highly recommended hotel with a very well-kept interior. The rooms, the sauna, the restaurant are in top condition and absolutely clean. See pleasant, quiet location. The staff is very friendly, makes a highly motivated and competent entry. The staff is consistently multilingual (French, German, English). The food in the restaurant was very good. I had an excellent entrecôte, my wife an equally fantastic cordon bleu. Compliments to the kitchen. The prices are a little higher but not exorbitant. We can recommend the hotel and restaurant without reservation. We will come again….

28/01/2026: Absolutely the best ramen in Strasbourg! Typical atmosphere, few seats, super friendly! The set menu, just 6 euros more than the regular ramen, which includes miso soup, salad, and two sides, is great for getting a full range of flavors!

28/01/2026: A great Japanese restaurant in Strasbourg. The service is fantastic and efficient. We've always enjoyed our meals, and the prices are more than reasonable. Our recommendations: the gyozas, the dumburri, and the Japanese curries. 🥢🍜💕

29/01/2026: The setting is superb; this is our second visit. The portions are generous and well-presented. The foie gras is excellent. We chose a gourmet menu and an Alsatian menu, and the food was delicious and of high quality. A minor drawback was the desserts: the selection was fixed and we couldn't change them, which was a shame as it would have been a perfect ending to the meal.

16/01/2026: Good food, service a bit fast... but unfortunately the owner is very unpleasant to his customers.... there is surely a different attitude to adopt regarding a cigarette butt left on the windowsill and the fact that there is no ashtray at the entrance of the restaurant....

24/12/2025: What a disappointment! The setting and welcome were quite pleasant. As for the meal... it simply wasn't good. The chicken tasted reheated. The vegetables were cut into large pieces (including a whole carrot!) and were tough. There were two chickpeas. All served with a broth that tasted like tomato sauce. Coucou lovers and connoisseurs, steer clear. We didn't even bother with dessert.

22/12/2025: My friends and I have been going to this restaurant for over 25 years. Excellent dishes on the menu. The Royal couscous is magnificent. The atmosphere is intimate and very calm. Cyril, the owner, is discreet and has a great sense of humor. See you soon!

03/12/2025: The meal was incredible! The Lebanese platter is amazing, just go! The cuisine is as much French as Lebanese, and the cordon bleu was the same, I've never eaten one so good!

08/02/2026: Excellent hotel/restaurant. The room was very pleasant and clean. The restaurant is truly beautiful, the food is very good, and the staff is very friendly. The only downside is the spa/pool, which is a bit outdated.
