12/04/2026: Everything was perfect from start to finish. Excellent service. One small drawback: the children's meal arrived much too late, well after our main courses.

29/03/2026: We had dinner at Le Cerf, a family of four, on a Saturday evening, and overall it was a pleasant surprise for me. My in-laws, who were already familiar with the restaurant, wanted to introduce it to my partner and me. To start, we were offered a small glass of soup that evening: a nice little touch. For our starter, we chose to share a tarte flambée, which I found rather bland, and therefore disappointing. However, I was more than satisfied with the main course (and I think my partner and in-laws were too). I opted for the potato pancakes with salmon: simple and tasty. I appreciated the generous amount of smoked salmon on the plate. My in-laws had chosen the cordon bleu with fries, while my partner thoroughly enjoyed a piece of beef cooked rare, just as requested. I decided to stop there, as the dessert menu didn't particularly appeal to me! We also appreciated the restaurant's ambiance with its warm, vintage decor. It was also quite quiet that evening, which made for pleasant conversation. Overall, we had a lovely time as a family enjoying a generally good meal.

11/03/2026: We hadn't made a reservation, but the waitresses managed to find us a table for a delicious daily special at an unbeatable price. A very simple but delicious meal. I highly recommend it for any business or family meal.

26/10/2025: It's been 15 years since I've been to this restaurant... I loved it! We had the Peking duck served as a three-course meal: delicious! The chef comes to your table to present the duck before carving it. The owners are extremely kind. I'll be back with great pleasure.

30/12/2025: This hotel and restaurant is truly top-notch. We slept well, ate well, and the location is perfect between Colmar and Strasbourg. We visited the Christmas markets in the surrounding villages and were absolutely dazzled. I highly recommend this place. However, if you want to eat at the hotel restaurant, I recommend making a reservation as it's always packed.

21/01/2026: I went in to get some cig köfte sushi, but the man was busy doing something else and told us, and I quote: "I don't have fun when there's no one here." So I concluded that he doesn't care about customer relations and chooses what's easy to prepare during the day. I went back to ask for the same thing again, and there was nothing to appreciate. The sushi had barely any texture, was made quickly, without any sauce on top, and was just placed on the side as if we were supposed to put it ourselves!

21/03/2026: My rating is 5, as I was very satisfied with the restaurant. For the price paid, it couldn't have been better. The atmosphere is simple, yet beautiful and welcoming. My Jarret de Porc dish was delicious, hot, perfectly cooked, and plentiful. I didn't try the desserts. The staff is friendly and attentive, and the service was very quick. In short, the cost/benefit ratio is perfect. I recommend it.

31/03/2026: Every time we're in Alsace, we make a point of stopping at this lovely restaurant, tucked away in the forest but not too far from town, with a large free parking lot. We're always greeted with a smile and good cheer. The dining room is spacious and the decor is pleasant. The tables are well-spaced, the food is top-notch, and there's a large terrace in the summer. The tarte flambée is perfectly cooked and beautifully topped. And even if you've already had a great meal, don't miss the desserts! (The giant profiterole is amazing!) Excellent value for money. Well done, keep it up!
